And in my own fucking country wow.
Anti-terrorist bill?
Are you fucking serious rn?
Out of all the times right now?? Srsly?
If the police have suspicions over you they can arrest you without warrant. Get detained to up to 24 days just because you’re suspected to be a terrorist??
What the actual fuck.
What has gotten into this so called “more fun in the Philippines” country?? Because i tell you now. It is not fucking fun here.
What kind of unacceptable bill is this!
So what anyone “suspected” to be a terrorist and the definition of terrorist for the government is if people join rallies and donate to non state recognized oragnizations AND MORE!
Why tf is the governement obstructing our freedom of speech??
We’re not allowed to rally? Wtf. What if we are rallying for a good cause huh? To make everybody hear our voices and to fight for what’s right?
Will the government suspect us of being terrorists?
Well they will now. It’s just absolute shit what the world and my country has come into.
This bill causes flagrant violations to our human rights.
We’re giving power to these police officers who of course have their own set of bigotries.
And that there is the resume button of the collapse of this economy.
What the fuck.
So what now being an outspoken activist gives out the suspicion of being a terrorist?
Fucking bullshit.

                                      Remedies for Breaches of Rights
Although the rights of individuals are established and should always be recognized and respected except under the specified circumstances declared that those rights can be restricted or infringed. There are many instances wherein someone’s right is breached whether they are aware or not. Hence, there are some remedies available for a person whose rights have been infringed:
·         Financial compensation (Only if the individual has suffered loss wherein the court allows for compensation).
·         Individuals can file for an Injunction (a judicial order restraining an individual from continuing an action which threatens or invades the legal rights of another. It can compel a person to carry out an action such as restitution to the victim).
·         Access to the relevant reparation organizations or authorities.
·         An apology (Sometimes the victims of violations of human rights would feel better that the person/organization that has breached their right(s), admits their wrongful action, and apologize).
·         Awareness of Human Rights (Some of these human right breaches are caused by ignorance. Therefore, measures should be implemented to ensure knowledge of human rights reaches everyone so that individuals do not infringe another individual’s right(s).
