If you have your phone with you, just hit the record button every time you are with these bullies. It’ll help you remember what you need for the documentations. And if they cross over into illegality, you might be able to capture it. It’s a hard situation that you are in, and i feel for you, but please don’t let them win. I say that as a black woman who sees all this BS and feel sorry for my white friends being subjected to this BS. Please know that there are black people like me. Yes, recording is a great option but please be careful about it. Definitely learn what your state’s consent law is (e.g. are you in a two-party state or are you in a one-party state) to protect yourself as well.
And really, don’t forget about HR. Yes, HR/Human Resources is there to protect the company and not the individual employee, but you’re in a situation where the company is being exposed and could be held liable for what these women are doing. That makes what you’re dealing with an HR problem so if your HR people are smart, they will see that.
Some more suggestions from another anon who wanted to stay private:
* If you can have your meetings with them virtually, try to do so and  any time you’re in a virtual meeting, request it to be recorded. Sometimes when people like your bullies know they’re being recorded and monitored, they may behave.
* Consult your EAP (Employee Assistance Program) about what benefits you may have for mental health support.
* Consider getting your own lawyer. Hopefully your boss/leadership team/HR is wonderful enough that you won’t need to take it to a lawyer, but having a lawyer (even if it’s just a legal aid clerk from a law school’s clinic) in your back pocket can bring an immense sense of security because you know you have a backup plan if the company won’t help.

Having worked with lawyers the last 4 years of my career, the level of male incompetence in the legal field is unbelievable.
Not only are male lawyers less educated and less accomplished on average, they lack basic competence in office administration. They don’t know how couriers work, they don’t know how to work a virtual meeting, they don’t know any of the online applications used in their practice, half of them can’t send an email or create a PDF on their own. And then they have the nerve to treat their staff like shit, despite their staff basically running the whole operation.
By contrast, every female lawyer I’ve worked with is overqualified, overeducated and up to date in their field, extremely conscientious, and very competent, as well as easy to work with. But they have a hard time breaking into the field and have to work 100x harder to become partners than mediocre men.
Support female lawyers. If you have a choice between a male lawyer and a female one, and you feel comfortable to do so, please consider choosing a female lawyer, especially if you’re dealing with abuse or a child protection case. I don’t even want to get into the amount of male lawyers who have taken advantage of divorced or abused women. They’re just not safe to interact with if you are in a vulnerable position.
Support female lawyers when you can, and don’t take any shit from male lawyers who can hardly breathe without 2 assistants to help them.

Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election through a successful tripartite subterfuge.
One, Biden never really campaigned. His handlers rightly assumed that the more the public and the media saw a debilitated Biden in the flesh, the less they would want him as president.
So, the Biden campaign used the COVID lockdowns to ensure that Biden stayed safe in his basement office.
Biden strategically distanced himself from disinterested journalists, using COVID as an excuse to avoid public appearances. It allowed him to run a 19th-century, front-porch sort of virtual campaign.
In his place, the liberal media, Democratic grandees, and the billionaire donor class served as Biden campaign surrogates—vastly outspending, out-advertising, and out-lawyering the underfunded incumbent Trump.
Second, again using COVID as a pretext, well-funded Democratic legal teams altered the voting laws during early 2020 in key swing states to encourage non-Election Day voting.
For the first time, majorities in many key states voted by mail-in/absentee ballots and during weeks of early voting.
We now know why the left was so motivated to push through radical balloting changes that were otherwise impossible prior to 2020 but have been mostly institutionalized since.
Non-Election Day ballots outnumbered Election Day ballots. They were far more likely to be cast by Democrats. And as the number of such ballots soared, the traditional rejection rate of non-Election Day ballots prior to 2020 fell—even as registrars were swamped.
Once obscure terms such as ballot harvesting and ballot curing became mainstream.
Ballot deadlines were extended. There was lax enforcement of incorrect ballot names and addresses or auditing the registrars’ rolls.
Rich liberal entities, such as Mark Zuckerberg and his $419 million in 2020 cash infusions, sought to absorb the work of state registrars. His aim was to “improve” voter turnout through partisan “assistance”—from funding drop boxes to monitoring non-Election Day ballots.
Three, in 2020, the enervated left-wing Joe Biden was reconstructed as a vigorous moderate “ol’ Joe Biden from Scranton.”
Biden’s stealth script was to provide a temperate veneer to the new hard-left Democratic Party.
His 2020 campaign claimed Joe was for “unity” and “moderation”—even as it camouflaged an otherwise extremist neo-socialist agenda to be implemented after November.
Can the Democrats repeat that winning formula for Kamala Harris in 2024?
Only partly.
Even without the excuse of COVID, Harris certainly will not agree to unscripted, ad hoc interviews with non-partisan journalists.
She is unable to speak extemporaneously and off the teleprompter without appearing childish.
Her handlers will ensure few opportunities for Harris to burst into cackling or to stream her puerile musings about yellow school buses or kindergarten geography.
Yet the third element of Biden’s 2020 strategy will be difficult to replicate.
The Bay Area leftist Harris—unlike the Biden of the 1980s and 1990s—never had any reputation, feigned or not, of being a “centrist” or “moderate.”
Her entire political career was one of pandering either to leftist Democrat voters in 2020 or ultra-liberal Californians in her statewide races.
She is on record of opposing fracking and off-shore drilling, private health care, border enforcement, and the traditional close U.S. relationship with Israel.
She proudly promoted the radical new green deal, defunding police forces, mandatory buybacks of private guns, and mass amnesties.
She gratuitously championed the swindler Jussie Smollett and his fraudulent claims of being a victim of systemic racism.
During the horrendous riots of 2020, she sought to raise bail for violent rioters and looters that had been arrested.
On CBS, she egged on the 2020 protests that had already turned violent with deaths, law enforcement injuries, arson, and mass looting—despite the pathetic efforts of partisan fact-checkers to claim otherwise.
Harris gushed of the turmoil: “They’re not going to stop. This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not going to stop, and everyone beware, because they’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop before Election Day in November and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. They’re not going to let up and they should not, and we should not.”
What did Harris mean by “beware?”
Was the BLM- and Antifa-led mayhem really just a “movement?”
Why boast that the turmoil might be endless—both before and after Election Day?
And why connect the massive disruptions to the upcoming Election Day—unless she believes that unrest in the streets could weaken the election chances of the then incumbent president?
In sum, Harris, like Biden, is certainly capable of running a remote stealth campaign.
She will surely take advantage of 2020’s revolution in non-Election Day balloting.
Yet, unlike Biden, Harris has no credible moderate veneer—only an unapologetic radical past and a corpus of hard-left boasts.
So, 2024 will hinge on whether Republicans will expose Harris’s lifelong, hard-left ideology and extremist agendas.
She is a poor substitute for the successful bait-and-switch 2020 con of “ol’ Joe Biden,” the fake moderate “uniter” from Scranton.

She does data entry. Not an exciting job but something where she mostly manages herself and own work. She doesn't have to associate with anyone. In my head, she does what a former SIL i had did. She types up the handwritten notes taken by lawyers. (Yeah I never thought of this either but she made decent bucks)

So because I don't have enough story and AU ideas, here's another.
A/B/O universe where when Tony was still an infant, Howard and Peggy created a contract that would join the two families where the next Stark alpha would marry the next Carter omega.
And it wasn't a big deal even when Tony presented as an alpha because everyone born in the Carter family was a beta. So Tony doesn't really care.
Except Sharon IS an omega and SHIELD hid it because they didn't want to lose a valuable potential agent, so she's been posing as a beta.
Well.
A mission goes wrong and Sharon's suppressants and blockers are compromised and JARVIS, always tapped into SHIELD, alerts Tony that there is in fact a Carter omega and therefore the contract is again valid.
Cue the two of them reluctantly meeting but also having a hell of a time resisting each other.

Tony stirred on the futon in his lab. "What now, J?"
EPSILON protocol, Sir. It has been triggered.
Tony sat up and raked a hand over his face before frowning. "Wait a minute, that's the one with the whole contract between us and the Carters, right?" He raced though his mind's collection of protocols. "It's null and void by now. Everyone born to that family since it was written has been a beta."
It appears that is not the case, Sir.
"Even if there were an omega born, they'd be what, only sixteen now if they'd presented? That is way too young, even for a degenerate like me." Hell, even eighteen year olds were too damn young. Who wanted a child in their bed?
You are not nearly as degenerate as you pretend, Sir. And the omega in question is twenty-six.
"Bullshit," Tony said instantly. "No one presents that late." The latest presentation on record was twenty years old and that case had been extreme and in the 1930s.

"SHIELD hid her presentation," he murmured to no one in particular. He had vague memories of a small, blonde she-devil of a little girl hunting down a group of boys with several loaded NERF guns at the Dugan farm he'd once been forced to visit with Howard and when he'd seen her, lifted a finger to her lips in a gesture so threatening even he'd been taken aback. She'd annihilated those boys. She'd been eight years old. "Guess they didn't want to lose out on a Carter legacy."
"How'd she get outed?" He asked JARVIS, swiping through the dossier.
The mission report appeared and he read through it, focusing on the chemical agents she and her team had been tasked with containing and bringing back to headquarters from the defunct Hydra base. "Yeah, that combination would definitely be enough to counteract even the strongest of suppressants," he acknowledged. "Where is she now?"

Tony smirked. "Mostly-secret headquarters."
Indeed.
Medical records appeared and Tony read through those as well, surprisingly satisfied when he saw that an alpha had not been contacted to assist Sharon in the sudden heat losing her suppressants had triggered. It didn't matter that he didn't want any kind of marriage, let alone an arranged marriage to a virtual stranger... for all intents and purposes Sharon Carter was now under his protection, whether the lawyers could work everything out or not.
"Welp, wake up legal, J. Time for them to earn their retainer and see if this damn contract will even hold after all this time."

Her heat - her first actual heat - had been hell.
Sharon had known she was an omega, but SHIELD had insisted she take suppressants and pass as a beta the moment she presented a week into her recruitment.
Can't lose the prize that's a Carter legacy, after all, she thought, disgusted. While perfectly legal, suppressants could have some nasty side-effects and the ones prescribed by SHIELD were nastier than most.
But she took them because despite her annoyance with SHIELD, Sharon loved being an agent. She loved her job and the rush she got every time she was neck-deep in a mission with her life on the line.
Her last mission should have been simple, but no one had accounted for the additives HYDRA had been playing with in the chemical cocktails her team had been sent to retrieve. It wasn't until she'd woken up in a containment room back at the medical wing of The Theater - SHIELD's new secret headquarters - that she'd realized her secret was out. There would be no sweeping it away, not with Agent 32 and Agent 74 as witnesses. Those two whistledicks would sell her out in a heartbeat.
The worst part was that now, barring a legal miracle, she was going to be forced to bond with the current Stark alpha, Tony.
She groaned and threw her head back onto the terrible cheap pillow that came with the rackety twin bed in the medical wing. Her SHIELD days were over and she didn't think she'd be able to cope with that loss. She wasn't cut out to be a society bond, only there to look pretty and be a docile pet on some rich Alpha's arm. If she was pressured into writing a cookbook for charity, she'd kill herself. Or the persons pressuring her. Whoever was most convenient.
Her phone lit up with a message, which should have impossible. All signals barring medical equipment were killed.
Unlock door lucky 13, please.
When she did nothing, another message appeared.
Look. I could make JARVIS do it - he enjoys screwing with SHIELD's systems. But come on. We were going to meet sooner or later.
Sharon loved being backed into a corner - it was where she did her best work. And yet.
With a sigh, she threw herself out of the bed and very justifiably tantrum-stomped her way to the door to unlock it.
The first whiff of Tony's scent - 100% alpha and 100% not scent-blocked - nearly undid her.

“I didn’t know that men could be doctors,” my son said to me when he was about six. We were driving home from a visit to the pediatrician. I was perplexed. But then I realized that the doctor we’d just seen was the first male physician he’d encountered.
I reassured him that men could indeed be doctors. But I was careful to add, “and nurses, of course.” His observation was a powerful reminder of the feminist mantra: “you have to see it to be it.” If any particular activity, including a job, is seen as being for people of the opposite sex, it is unlikely to feature in your own aspirations.
My son’s elementary school had an all-female staff, so it took a while to convince him that men could be teachers, too. Role models matter. As Gloria Steinem said in 1995, “The way we get divided into our false notions of masculine and feminine is what we see as children.”
In recent decades, huge progress has been made in smashing the gender stereotypes associated with many traditionally male jobs, including science, medicine, engineering, law, and even the military. When the original Perry Mason series aired in 1966, just 4 percent of law students were female. By the time of HBO’s new version in summer 2020, there were as many women in law school as men. Terms like “female lawyer” and “female doctor” already sound antiquated.
Similar trends can be seen in other formerly male-dominated fields. In 1980, women accounted for just 13% of jobs in the STEM field (science, technology, engineering and math); the share has now more than doubled, to 27%. There’s more work to do here for sure. Progress has been especially slow in the tech world. But in general, what Harvard’s Claudia Goldin calls the “auras of gender” around most male-dominated professions have declined.
But the same is not true in the other direction. Traditionally female occupations, especially in what I call the HEAL fields—in health, education, administration and literacy—have, if anything, become even more “pink collar.” Just 26% of HEAL jobs are held by men, down from 35% in 1980. The gender desegregation of the labor market has so far been almost entirely one-way. Women are doing “men’s jobs.” Men are not doing “women’s jobs.”
In some occupations, the decline in the male share has been dramatic. The proportion of men in psychology, for example, has dropped from 39% to 29% in the last decade. And the trend is set to continue. Among psychologists aged 30 or less, the male share is just 5%. Fewer than one in five social workers are men (18%), half the proportion in 1980. The only occupation where the share of nurses has risen, albeit painfully slowly, is nursing, which is now 13% male.
Men account for just 24% of K-12 teachers, down from 33% in the early 1980s. Only one in ten elementary school teachers are male. In early education, men are virtually invisible. It ought to be a source of national shame that only 3% of pre-K and kindergarten teachers are men. There are twice as many women flying U.S. military planes as there are men teaching kindergarten (as a share of the occupation).
There are three pressing reasons to get more men into HEAL. First, given the decline in traditional male occupations, men need to look to these sectors for jobs. Blue collar jobs are disappearing. There will be more STEM jobs, too—but these are much smaller occupations. STEM accounts for only about 7% of all jobs, compared to 23% in HEAL. For every STEM job created between now and 2030, there will be three new jobs in HEAL. The labor market is feminizing faster than men.
It is true that some HEAL jobs do not pay that well, while most STEM jobs do. Medical assistants, for example, make around $38,000 a year. But many traditional male jobs are not highly paid either: construction workers and bus and taxi drivers both make around the same as medical assistants. And there are also plenty of HEAL jobs that offer good pay and benefits, including nurse practitioners ($100,000), medical and health services managers ($71,000), education and childcare administrators ($70,000), and occupational therapists ($72,000).
The second reason to get more men into HEAL is to help meet labor shortages in critical occupations. Almost half of all registered nurses are now over the age of 50. This means many are likely to retire over the next 15 years, especially if they are under greater stress at work. And the number of nurses and nurse practitioners needed is expected to increase by about 400,000 by 2030. In September 2021, the American Nursing Association urged the federal government to declare a “national nurse staffing crisis.”
Teaching faces similar challenges, especially in particular cities and states. Enrollment rates in teacher training programs declined by more than a third between 2000 and 2018, and the fall was larger for men than for women. The pandemic made matters worse. Drastic action is being taken in some places. New Mexico has drafted National Guard soldiers as substitute teachers; a Minneapolis school district asked for parent volunteers to get a substitute teacher license; and Polk County, Florida, flew in sixty teachers from eight foreign countries, all with J-1 visas. Gov Ron DeSantis is allowing veterans without a college degree, to teach.
But these are short-term solutions at best. A massive teacher recruitment drive is needed, including among men. We face labor shortages in two of the largest and most important sectors of our economy—health care and education. But we are trying to solve them with only half the workforce.
The third argument for men in HEAL is to provide a better service to boys and men. Many would prefer to be cared for by a man, especially in certain circumstances. Consider the case of a man in need of help using the bathroom in a hospital or care home, or the middle-aged man needing a therapist to help with his addiction to pornography, or the fatherless teenage boy needing help from a psychologist with their substance abuse. In each case, they may prefer a male provider. At the very least, it should be an option.
It is not ideal if most substance abuse counselors are women (76%) when most substance abusers are men (67%), or that most special education teachers are women (84%) when most students being referred to special education are male (64%). I’m not saying we need to aim for perfect gender parity in these occupations. But it is reasonable to aim for a closer match between users and providers.
Getting more men into HEAL occupations would be good for men, good for the professions, and good for clients—a win-win-win.
But how? By learning the lessons from the successful movement to get more women into STEM professions. As a society, we recognized the need to get more women into STEM jobs, and invested accordingly. Now the same is true of men and HEAL. I propose at least a $1 billion national investment, over the next decade, in service of this goal.
We need new scholarships for young men choosing to study HEAL subjects at college, like the existing ones for women pursuing STEM. This should include getting more men into vocational training courses, too, such as in health administration. We need an aggressive recruitment program to get more male educators in HEAL subjects: right now, only 6% of nursing professors are male. We need subsidies for HEAL employers to diversify their workforce by hiring more men. Higher pay would help, too. K-12 teachers have not seen a pay rise this century.
Above all, we need a culture shift so that certain jobs stop being seen as no-go zones for men. This means tackling the stigma faced by many men who do choose these roles as effeminate, or as professional failures. Women have had to break down gender stereotypes to enter male professions; men will have to do the same for female-dominated HEAL jobs.
We need, in short, a national effort. As I have argued here, getting more men into HEAL jobs is important for their own economic prospects, given the decline of many traditional male jobs. But it would be good for society too. Men can HEAL.
