@sakuramakii - The OG - they’ve been my moot since I started this blog and they still press the like button on my posts (lowkey wish you would post more often so I can do the same)

@saesbangs - Sweet Moot - Fellow Sendou Defender- they’re so nice and they support my Sae simping I support their Sae simping too. I asked them what they thought about Sendou, and they straight up defended him and sort of wrote a deep dive on his character. We love Sendou in this household!!

@asaedw - My Bae - The Sae To My Rin - she called me her bae first when we were hyping each other up after she made a fanfic for me when I was sick. I call her the Sae to my Rin because I look up to her like Rin would to Sae. She’s been on my dash for a while and she’s been one of my favorite fanfic writers and she inspired me to write fics too

@emichanted - The Hype Girl - she’s making me all excited and hyped up whenever we mention spamming my inbox. Only My Bae / The Rin To My Sae and The Hype Girl can spam it because they wrote fics for me when I was sick but I think everyone knows that now, I say it any chance I get.

@luvynii - My Number One Fluff Fan - they’ve hyped me up ever since my first fluff fic. Just about most of the fluff fics I have, they’ve read it.

@inojuuy - Loyalist Liker - they see a post from me speaking out on my thoughts or other content I make, they hit that like button.

@hygienic-law - Sendou Hater - The Hater- has been hating on Sendou ever since I mentioned liking him!! Overall just hates on the Blue Lock characters that I like now. Started roasting Yukimiya for no reason!! All I did was hype him up!

@laslowchan - Twin Moot - we’re both aroace and autistic. We also love the Itoshi brothers and Kaiser. I appreciate the likes and reblogs. We’re so nonchalant too, we don’t have to talk to one another, just exist.

@minlahzz- Discord Child - Nagi to my Yukimiya - I met them in the same server as my Sendou Hater / The Hater and Discord Lurker. I’m protecting this kid at all costs now. They’re the Nagi to my Yukimiya because we vibe so well together. Also, because I pretty much have the qualities that Yuki has and they have a lot of the qualities that Nagi has. They love Nagi very much. I love Yukimiya very much.

@jwmiooa - Discord Lurker - she ominously types and she also reads the chats but never says anything unless something peaks her interest. I admired that so I took a few notes and now we have an alliance.

@sunathetuna - Fellow Yukimiya Simp - we actually first met when I made a Genshin poll. Suddenly, I got a notification from them but this time, their profile is Yukimiya themed! So I just HAD to let them know how goated they are!

@demiitria - Supportive Moot - Fellow Karasu Lover - My Tumblr Wife - been moots for a while now. We just haven’t talked until the middle of this month. We started talking to each other when I became a huge fan of Yukimiya. They hype my playlists up and they tagged me in a Yuki fic! I know I have their full support <3 They got me into joining Karasu Nation. I’m obsessed with him now thanks to them!! We rizzed each other up after I sent her a Yuki pick up line joke. She wanted to marry me after that. I said yes !!

@pinkymangacaps - Sneaky Pinky - The Girl Who Matches My Freak - literally been moots before I even joined the discord server. I even wrote a fic for her without even realizing who she was! Realization crept up on me!! It crept up on her too, we didn’t know we were tumblr moots until HOURS apart from each other. She interacts with my 18+ fics regularly. In DMs, we match each other’s freak. We are on the same level!

@dollyrins - Discord Ally - despite how complex our system is, we haven’t turned on each other’s backs. Sure we have our disagreements, and there’s a few things tying our alliance together. But she has my back in some cases and I have her back too. I’m just salty that my ally has to agree with Sendou Hater/The Hater. But when things get too crazy, my ally is there to break it up and save me!!

@plutoplue - The Defendant - Sendou Hater/The Hater likes to give Plue a hard time in a joking way! Some of the other discord server members mess with her actually. I act like I’m her lawyer and I do my best to step in and defend her any chance I get. She did have the guts to tell me that she isn’t a huge fan of Yukimiya and knowing full well I’m beefing with The Hater. But I still have her back regardless!

@airybcby - The Yukimiya Writer - been on my dash for like a month or so. My Supportive Moot/Fellow Karasu Lover tagged me in a Yukimiya childhood friends to lovers fic she wrote in January which made me give her a follow. My Fellow Yuki Simp became moots with her too so we HAD to try to get myself noticed and it WORKED!! Obviously, because she wouldn’t be in my moot hall of fame if it didn’t!

@dontlickmyfeetplz - The Moot Who Makes Me Laugh Just By Seeing Their Username - The Best Answer To All My Questions - username explains it all, they make me laugh. Every question I’ve asked them about a certain Blue Lock character is SO detailed and it’s exactly what I’m always looking for in an answer.

To this day I regret leaving out my ace side of the story when I was talking about how I found out I was aromantic during aro week. I also regret not making aroace profile pics during aro week too.

I made aroallo profile pics and a collage edit because it’s true they need to be seen.

Aroaces need to be seen too. It’s annoying when there is an aroace character with good representation get shipped romantically and sexually or whoever created the aroace character makes it canon that they feel romantic and sexual attraction. Yes aroaces CAN experience those but for the aroaces that don’t are just left with no representation.

This pride month, I’m going to really show my aroace pride.

can't say i love the aro community becoming increasingly hostile to aroaces, especially when a lot of us have already been alienated from the ace community for the exact same reason. i don't like the conflation of asexuality and aromanticism either, but some people seem to be getting reallll comfortable with casual acephobia. like. man just say you hate ace people, you're not special

Unlike Sae and Kaiser, I don’t taint Rin. I like to call him “my baby” only when I’m talking to my bestie and that’s about it. But I still want to do a dive.

Let’s get started!

Rin is the ultimate fan favorite in this series. I have seen some Rin hate on occasion. I don’t know why he gets hated on. He’s a very good written character. And he’s my third favorite character in the series.

Rin is complex, let’s be real, majority of the characters in Blue Lock are complex. But he’s a fan favorite and being a complex character and a fan favorite most of the time leads to heavy mis characterizing.

Rin doesn’t hate Sae. Getting this out of the way first. Rin was just upset that this long time dream of theirs has changed. He didn’t want to let that dream go. Sae knew it was time to face reality and alter his own dream and go for that instead.

If Rin really wanted to stop following in Sae’s footsteps, he would’ve quit football right then and there. Rin always did what Sae did. But now Rin has stopped following his brother and is focusing on his own personal reasons. He’s in his own world and reaching his own conclusions.

Sae wanted it to turn out this way for Rin. He probably just didn’t use the right words to say back then. (They really need to fix their miscommunication.)

Rin is a perfectionist, he’s very competitive, he’s determined. He’s working his way up and improving his skills to the point of pushing his limits. He’s also in his self discovery phase. He knows he can be a better player and he’s trying to understand what he’s missing to become an even better player. Hence why he’s a perfectionist.

But at the same time, Rin isn’t perfect. He’s influenced by his negative emotions. And his mentality isn’t really idealistic. He takes the longer path when it comes to seeking out the answers he wants. He also has a fear that he won’t be good enough.

Rin is just being himself and is doing his best to improve himself on a skill level. The path he takes to improve himself on a skill level is painful. Long and painful. Just like seeking out the answers he wants. But he can take it and handle it. Sae knew he could handle it too. That’s why he pushed Rin so much.

I can’t really think of anything else to add. I hope I did give Rin the justice he deserves though. It’s just so easy to misunderstand complex characters. I hope I somewhat weeded out the mischaracterizations people give him whether it’s on purpose or not.

This is a Yukimiya appreciation post!!

I love how high his standards are. Wether it’s standards for himself or just in general, it’s high and he won’t settle for less. He knows his worth and what he deserves. He’s not afraid of confrontation either.

I’m disabled. I’m neurodivergent, I wear glasses all the time, and I also have scoliosis. I really look up to Yukimiya a lot because of this. Despite the struggles, he keeps going and pushing through just to meet his goal. It’s just so inspiring to me. I love how he’s written when it comes to the topic of his disability.

I appreciate and love his character development a lot. He goes from patient to impatient, sweet and soft to salty and rough. He has that sweet and caring personality that lights up the mood. Even the way he scooped Nagi up when Reo wasn’t around was so sweet and wholesome of him. Nagi needed patience and Yuki was the right person to give him that. It’s just unfortunate that he had to be rough on Nagi later on due to his impatience.

Yukimiya is just so complex and that’s what I love about him most of all. He’s a good written character and I’m glad that I kin him. I would list the reasons why I kin him, but it would be a while.

I just love that he knows what he deserves and he’s doing his best to reach to get it. Yukimiya is not just a character to me. He’s my everything and I’m just so passionate talking about him. In some ways, I even raised my own standards because of him. I know my worth and I know what I deserve in life. I’m not going to settle for less.

I’m so appreciative that Kaneshiro wrote Yuki so well. Everyone needs a Yuki in their life and if you don’t have a Yuki, do your best to be like him.

I don’t regret my decision to join Yukimiya Nation. I love how sweet everyone is. He really rubs off on people in the best way.

Kaiser has been through so much. It kills me when I see him in panels and it’s just him suffering.

It’s going to kill me to see him like that animated too.

I think I want to write a second deep dive on Kaiser soon. It will have to contain spoilers.

I may simp, but I also respect him for what he truly is as a character. He’s so well written and like I said before, he’s much more than his looks.

When I get around to making that Ness dive, I’ll do it back to back. Like how I did with Sae and Rin.

Kaiser and Ness need to be included together. You can’t talk about one and not the other.

I have the softest spot for Kaiser and yet I taint him. He really wouldn’t be a god in bed. He doesn’t even know how to react to gifts when he receives one.

I love him. When he gets animated, I hope he’s less mis characterized. But that’s just wishful thinking.

When he got called out by sae for having a mediocre career i laughed at him to be honest, cause then he felt like just an archetype loser character of some sort.

but the way he went all-out in the U20 match and NEL afterwards truly gained my respect. he can be a bit bitchy and annoying but his fire as passion as a striker never falter. he realized the discrepancy between him and shido, rin, in the U20 match and quickly thought of ways on how he could still shine and fight in his own way. thats what allows him to be in the top 23 of blue lock i think.

i saw someone said this, and i agree a lot. so im quoting them,

Sendou is a survivor. That dude just keeps fighting no matter what.

sure he might got a tad bit mean from what i suspect to be insecurity before towards sae and shidou but hey, those two were equally if not even more meaner towards sendou so i think its justifyable.

Now it’s time for me to add on to my own words about this man.

Sendou doesn’t deserve the hate he gets! Like yeah he’s a womanizer, but there’s so much more to him than that!!

He does have his annoying moments yes. But he’s arrogant and confident in his own skills. He’s supposed to be annoying that’s like his whole charm. It fits his arrogance so much.

He refuses to let go of his ego.

He’s proud of his accomplishments and achievements. He has the same amount of goals as Nagi in the NEL. He even pulled off a goal clearance.

Sendou is improving his skills. He was called a fraud in U-20s. But he’s absolutely not a fraud now. He keeps going and he’s more determined than ever.

He literally is a survivor and he doesn’t deserve the hate he gets. I don’t even know why he’s so hated. He’s an underrated character who gets an insane amount of hate. I have three moots that I know of who don’t hate Sendou.

I can’t wait to see more of Sendou. He’s my GOAT!

This is my second deep dive on Kaiser. I made a Ness one yesterday. So I’m going to make it back to back and more in depth than the first time I wrote a Kaiser dive.

Spoilers ahead, I’ll let you scroll down fast.

Sigh, okay. This is going to pain me because I hate to see him suffer, let alone write about it.

Kaiser had the worst childhood. His mother left him and his father, his father would abuse him. His mother doesn’t even know if he’s dead or alive. Which is so messed up. Literally the last thing he asked Santa for was freedom.

He is rude, but get this. He’s not unnecessarily rude to his teammates, he’s only rude to them when they say something he thinks is unnecessary. He is rude though to those he views as beneath him. But he’s respectful to those who are better than him. Which I think is a very interesting thing about him. Kaiser is arrogant. He’s very arrogant.

I did show Kaiser in a bad light in my Ness deep dive. He’s not going to be shown in a good light here either. There’s really no defending this even though you can have sympathy for him. I’ve said it before, it’s normal to hate Kaiser and feel bad for him at the same time.

Now here’s the whole situation he has with Ness. Kaiser does appreciate the way Ness is loyal to him. But at the same time, he sees Ness as a tool. I think Kaiser has his own insecurities. His treatment towards Ness, probably comes from the abuse of his father when he was a child. I really think Kaiser doesn’t know how to form healthy friendships. Even though at one point his friendship with Ness was at one point, healthy.

The reason why he only got interested in psychology was because he wanted to learn how to manipulate people. I think that’s an interesting thing about him. But like, what the heck dude!? At the same time. It does make sense why he does that though. He sees people as nothing but tools for him so he wants to use them. Especially Ness.

Kaiser does have potential to become humble now. Ness separated himself from him. It did bother him. Ness was the only person he had that he was close to. Both of them were lonely and had no friends until they met. I said something similar to this in my Ness dive too.

Overall, Kaiser is complex and it’s easy to misunderstand him. He does get hate. Majority of it is because of how he treats Ness and because of the fangirls who know nothing about Kaiser and just dumb him down to his looks. I said that before too.

I think that’s all there is for me to add at the moment. Feel free to add on to this.

I taint Kaiser too often. I know he’s complex and just more than his looks.

I know what he went through.

I know why he’s the way he is even though it’s not actually an excuse for him to be a jerk.

He has ego, an insane amount of it too. He uses people to fulfill that ego like Ness for an example.

Kaiser and the relationship he has with Ness is just toxic.

I actually like Kaiser because of how complex he is. I also like him because he wants to do the impossible. I’m kind of that way too. But I’m not crazy like him obviously.

It’s so normal to hate him. But also want the best for him and to mentally heal himself.

I really do want to see him come back as a healthier or at least a somewhat kinder version of him. But also keep some of the sass.

I can see why people hate Kaiser because of some of his fangirls (including myself because I know I’m not helping most of the time.) Some fangirls really don’t know or understand his character and just dumb him down to just his looks or some of the awful things he says and does and they find it hot.

Anyway, I felt like saying all this because I didn’t want to be seen as someone who doesn’t understand him.

I tried to say all of this without spoiling too much. Or not spoiling at all. I think I did a good job.

The mis characterizing in Blue Lock is wild.

Like yes they’re complex characters so it’s easy to misunderstand them. I even misunderstood and mis characterized some of the characters too.

But some of the mis characterizing is just over the top sometimes. It’s extra and it’s like?? What did I just read??

I really need to start writing deep dives again…

Also, TikTok is not a great source for wanting to get to know the Blue Lock characters better. TikTok is mis characterizing central. If anything, Reddit and the characters wiki are the better options. I say Reddit because I’ve seen a lot of good character deep dives on there. It really does get deep and more into depth over there.

I taint Sae like how I taint Kaiser.

So I’m going to do the same dive like I did last night with Kaiser.

Whatever happened in Spain changed Sae’s view of what it takes to become a striker. He knows Rin has what it takes though.

Sae seems rude, he doesn’t mean to be.

He wants the best for Rin so he pushes him.

Sae definitely needs to have a heart to heart conversation with Rin because there’s sooo much miscommunication.

He’s a bit of a complex character. It’s even more difficult to understand his character because again we don’t know what happened to him in Spain. We just have an idea of what happened and that he changed his dreams to becoming the best midfielder.

All we have are just bits and pieces of Sae’s life experiences that has been shown. I hope they flesh his character out more soon.

I will say this though. I’m the oldest sibling as well. I may not always be there for my brother physically. But I’m really proud of him. We have our differences and maybe a miscommunication ourselves. But we do have an alliance too.

Sae is misunderstood. He’s very misunderstood.

I do see Sae get hated on by the fandom. It’s not as bad or as popular as the Kaiser hate though. From what I’ve seen at least. And it doesn’t have anything to do with the fangirls that I know of.

I think it some of it comes from the hardcore Rin fans who may also mischaracterize Rin himself. But that’s what I personally think.

Sae has a good heart. He’s just so nonchalant. Nothing wrong with that though. But it probably adds on to the misunderstanding.

Anyway, I love Sae, he’s my favorite Itoshi. I don’t know how well I did with this one. This may need a spoiler warning, or not. I don’t know, let me know if you all feel like it needs one.

I really hope I did Sae justice with this one.
