I don’t think Ivypool would have reacted to Bristlefrosts permadeath the way she did. Like her daughter doesn’t even get an after life and dies in the place Ivypool witnessed the most brutal torture before having to kill Antpelt to prove her loyalty while secretly being a spy. And she shows up after hearing she can’t even bury her daughter much less see her after she dies and is like oh? Okay :))

Like for the story it’s interesting that Bristlefrost had a permanent death. But I definitely think Ivypool after everything she’s been through would have marched up to starclan and demanded her daughter back, especially since Dovewing got her husband Tigerheart back.

I also think Dovewing would have objected to sending any of her kids to The dark forest, and may have gone herself if she wasn’t pregnant. Idk I just think it would have been more interesting for Ivypool, Dovewing, and other cats alive during the Great Battle to at least talk more about dark forest and put their foot down abt their kids or any kids being sent back

okay not gonna lie this episode of warrior felt like one of those mvs of kpop groups that are about to disband bc of the parallels from past episodes bc you know when a group disbands they reference some of their past mvs in their last cb before they finally disband? yeah

although i didn't get my maiyong scenes as i wanted I DID GET MY MALIZA SCENE HAHA

also i know i shouldn't speak of this ever again but that fucking scene with buckley's right hand man and his girlfriend.. why did she get eaten out but not mai ling on her wedding night this is a crime against humanity

anyways, i guess i really am a child of divorce 😭 mai ling and li yong really went from marriage to divorce in like three days im sobbing

but that scene with mai ling and ah sahm though!! i was an absolute MESS after that scene bro

all in all, this was a really great episode. i really hope if we get a season four, we get to see more of the chinese characters' developments and how their relationships with the people that matter most in their lives progress and that they stop showing scenes of the irish characters because no one really gives a fuck about them
