Alastor is rubbing his elongated antlers against a wall when Lucifer wakes up and finds him. He stops to lean into them before sideglancing at his fiancé, huffing through his nose.

With great bravado and flare the masked man of mystery approaches. Dressed in white, trimmed and accented with gold. He's had his sights set on the bountiful and lovely vision of a woman from across the way for some time. Confidently, he presents himself, wings spread and feathers fanning. He bows and raises his head with a grin then offers his hand for hers to take, "Would you fancy a dance, dear, beautious Butterfly Maiden~?"

The first few months of the year were always pure pandemonium throughout the Pride Ring - the residual aftershock that always followed the Extermination. Much to do, much to take care of, many meetings to hold and audiences to grant to those who came on their hands and knees to the royal thrones. If they were human, this work might have run both the Queen and King into an early grave - but thankfully, one has since ascended from her mortal shell, and the other was just never human to begin with. They faced the months together as a team, and now finally as everything began to wind down in the third month, it was time to take a break and rest.

That was the idea, anyways. Whether they actually did just that or not was uncertain at the time, but it would appear that the morning wood not be turning out that way.

It was still the early hours of the PM when the slumbering Devil felt a sudden weight bearing down on his hips, a familiar, soft embrace cupping them as he was pushed down into the pillows and the mattress.

"Lu," Lilith crooned, her cool palms resting on those red cheeks with a thumb caressing beneath one of his eyes. "it's time to wake up, darling. 🎶"

He’s muffling the giggles into his hand, grinning evilly down at the royal as he sulks on the floor.

“Oh goodness, I am so sorry, Your Highness! You see, you’re just so small, I didn’t realize you were sitting there!”

Ahhhh kisses! Kisses from Lilith! Lucifer happily closed his eyes, purring with delight, as her soft lips peppered his whole face, before landing on his own, and he kissed back happily. When she pulled back, he was already blushing and a little lightheaded from happiness.

"I love you more," he replied cheerfully. "You chase the clouds away with just a word, my dearest."

She was the original sin. The first person to have made a mistake that was against God's wishes. But the one thing about God was that he forgave and she had begged for that forgiveness day in and day out, doing everything in her power to repent.

Her husband, Adam, didn't have to worry about that. He was perfection and never did anything wrong.

It was a mark against her but at least she had made up for her mistakes and gained a way into heaven to be with the man she thought she loved - the man she was made for.

But her story didn't end there.

With the exterminations cancelled, it opened up a new doorway in Heaven. One in which she could finally voice her own opinions. Having heard of Charlie Morningstar's Hotel and her goal for it for the sinners, She had believed redemption possible since the very beginning. She had believed that hell nor heaven were forever as they had their own rules in both ends of the spectrum and she knew if she wasn't careful, she could easily find her way in hell.

But somehow that didn't stop her from going to him. A meeting planned with Lucifer - the man whom had been kind to her and very different from Adam when they first met. He had a wife but that didn't mean friendship wasn't possible for the two and despite the gift that nearly ruined where she'd end up in Death, Eve truly believed Lucifer never meant any harm by it.

Regardless, she hadn't seen him in awhile and though she knew others didn't trust him when it came to the Angels, Eve did. So she waited where they had agreed to meet. Sneaking down from Heaven to see him. A routine they had created long ago - contact was forbidden but they had their ways and he had been the one to come up with it.

She just needed to talk to him, to see him. A chance to let him know she'd do anything in her power to help his daughter with her hotel and help those sinners have a better life in death.

Alastor simply lets it happen, keeping his arms folded behind his back while his tail wags rapidly all the while. "Yello, my dear~ Whatever prompted this flurry of affection, hmm?"

A sweet, soft embrace unfolds upon him. All at once he's lost to his lover's warmth and comfort, her breath hot at his neck tickling him and simultaneously sending chills all throughout his nevous system. Oh, could it be. His heart swells with the joy of ten thousand stars, brighter than any that could be found in their celestial skys or likely any other, at that. His hands clasped over top of hers while he leaned back, gently nestled, safely aganst her, he glances to her, with a smile he couldnt hide if he tried. "Oh, darling, my truest love, of course it's you! Please, oh please, don't let those words spill out so haphazardly my sweetest, love. I couldn't bear it if you ever had to miss me. That would mean we'd parted and I can't stand the thought, my love." No, no he doesn't want to give the terrible thoughts any more creedence than he already has. Not now, not while within her caring arms. He giggles loudly and presses his cheek to hers.

"Ohhh~ Not if I spoil you first, my most beautiful apple-dumpling~"

Sweet as honey and poured into his ear just as thick, Lilith purred and pressed against the Devil's abdomen with her palm, dragging him back to gently crush against her frame. He did not need to focus to feel it, long and resting on the curve of his back. "That all depends on you, love."

"Do you feel like taking all of it tonight, or should I shorten the length?"

For a moment, while receiving all of Eve's kisses, the Devil is completely out of breath. Her impact against him knocking it right out of him. But with some magical effort, all the air returns to his lungs and he lets out a chuckle of exacerbation and amusement.

" If you're going to do that, give me a warning, will you? Can't kiss you back if I can't breathe! "

She couldn't help but blush at his nuzzling but she couldn't help but nuzzle him back. She purrs softly, her tail swishing behind her quickly and against his stomach, "Lu~"

Tears threatened to spill from wide eyes before she's scooped up into her father's arms. The little girl threw her arms around her dad's neck, burying her face in his shoulder. She knew that, no matter what happened, her parents would always be there to comfort her, especially to scare away the bad dreams.

Charlie lifts her head when he asks her what's the matter, blinking hard to try to clear the tears from her eyes.

"I had a bad dream," she finally responds, her voice small, and it's clear she's still at least a little scared, even though she's trying to be a big, brave girl. "I couldn't find you or Mommy, and I was all alone!" She didn't like the thought of being by herself; it was scary!
