WC/RW DAY 14: SEVEN RED SUNS

this is sunray, leader before swiftstar, who retired from their duties early [and still outlived their deputy?]

they'd felt tired of leadership for a long while, and wished to simply live as a warrior amongst their clan once again. they returned their lives, their mark, and name as sunstar, leaving swiftstar and then moonstar to lead their clan.

pebblestar was a close friend of theirs, and they were the one who suggested he take temporary leadership to clear his illness through death. they were devastated, to put it lightly, when moonstar died before their eyes.

it had worked for them before, they returned their lives to starclan and lived. yet the cold body of the widely-beloved moonstar lay at their paws, and an equally cold pebblestar, though only cold in mind, followed them home.

they deeply blamed themself for the death of moonstar. they should have known, they told themself, that she was on her last life. yet pebblestar's condition weighed on their conscience as well, especially as it only got worse. their plan had failed. and it had cost a life, soon to cost two, of the cats they cared for most.

sunray died in the flood that wiped out most of drizzleclan.

among their friends in starclan, they found themself at peace, finally. they played their own part in rebuilding drizzleclan, guiding a promising kittypet named spikes to become one of the first warriors under peachstar.

and here's a living sunray! it's painfully obvious i draw the living ones first with how wonky the starclan ones look lol

wc x rw day 4 — gourmand (pumpkinstar)

pumpkinstar!(formerly pumpkinleaf) the friendly and inviting leader of rainclan. they are kind and strong, but protective. lately the pressure of leading has been getting to them, with their deputy, redstrike, becoming severely ill. they’ve had bubblehop(rivulet) step up as their temporary deputy, however they don’t seem to be taking the job as seriously as they should…

WC x Rainworld Day 11 - Five Pebbles Ok gang I know I skipped Artificer but I'm really struggling and a little art blocked so it might be a while </3

Pebbles is a loner living on the outskirts of the Twolegplace, holing up in a barn with a select few allowed to come and go.

He used to be a warrior of Tideclan under the name Pebblefang, and the adoptive brother of Moonstar. Several encounters with a rogue named Sliver led to a wavering belief in the Clans' spirituality and system, eventually causing a fight between him and his sister.

He ran off that day, and never came back, mostly due to pride. Multiple intrusions from Scavengers into "his" barn led to him getting hurt. One day, he met Cherryblaze, the ex-Rainclan warrior, as she wandered near the Twolegplace.

They struck a deal- She would defend his barn, so long as he gave her occasional shelter and food, and stayed accepting of her slaughter of all Scavengers.

WC x RW art month day 4 - gourmand

this is berrypounce! she is a cloudburstclan elder, and likes to tell the younger cats stories of his previous adventures (classic elder stuff)

day 69 - returning to my roots and joining the challenge for a day to bring you warrior catsified nightcat!! a ghost hanging around clan territory, nightwatcher is used to going unseen and unremembered - and yet it's certain its caught certain warriors staring directly at them

warrior cats x rain world day 10 - artificer

cw for a teeny bit of blood

ember-eye :^] exiled from her old clan after breaking the warrior code and going behind her leader back to avenge her kits that were taken by rogues. she was taken in by pebbleclan and became their deputy after defeating the rogues. yippee

scavengers in this au are sorta like bloodclan, but they're not related to the canon version. they're just a massive group of rogues that live in the city and also beat up clan cats

artificer was definitely the character I was most excited to do.. her story is so easy to put into warrior cats .. and tbh I missed making art of bloody cats with spike collars

Day 11-12 wc × rw. Moon and pabbles

Rivulet is a very fast swimmer and insists that everyone should learn how to fish so the clan can have more prey (no one agrees except for Monk, who always agrees with them). Along with being a fast swimmer, they’re so very fast on land, being able to catch prey fast. She’s also mates with Monk and Artificer and have three kits with them.

Riv’s wc name is Splashpond.

day 1: monk! had some fun doodling their design. friend said they look like a lemon bar. another said banana pudding. anyway. warrior name would probably be uhh emberheart is what I have in my name doc for these critters

probably would be a warrior. I don’t see any other rank fitting monk actually? Atleast my monk. because they will kill. they’re a spiteful little critter

My favourite chonky cat

- Rubblestar's name is a play on how they "hit hard enough to turn anything into a pile of rubble".

- Rubblestar is related to Frostpaw and Softpaw (not quite sure how yet, probably an auncle or cousin or something)

- Despite some nasty rumours being spread by cats from other clans, she is not descended from kittypets in any meaningful way

- Rubblestar was the best prey-catcher in all the clans until Foxcatcher came along. He isn't salty about it though - having more skilled cats is great!

day 5 - Spearmaster

spears!!!! based off an oriental shorthair. theyre an ex kittypet who ran away in a house fire (also saved the young kittypet living next to him, River aka rivulet) he went to pebbleclan and became an apprentice, keeping his name. he only found out he had a pearl in his chest when pebblestar angrily literally ripped a hole into his chest and found it lodged into his throat (not a good look on him as leader but eh he didnt have much to lose)

the rest of the story basically follows him in game to a T so i wont bore you guys to death.

WC/RW DAY 15: SLIVER OF STRAW

not much is known about silverstar, the founder of drizzleclan.

she hasn't been seen in starclan since the flood. it has caused turmoil amongst our cats.

make my message clear to your seniors, little one. the clan must carry on without the will of starclan.

day 6 - rivulet

bubblehop! energetic, friendly, silly, and easily distracted temporary deputy of rainclan. they’re doing their best to fulfill their position, but they’re not exactly enjoying it… they preferred the less responsibility, and they miss hanging out with their friends. they’re just waiting for it to be over, but its been 3 moons and redstrike has only gotten worse. it doesnt help they’ve been having horrifying visions from starclan. though on the upside, theres been a certain scarred warrior they’ve been eyeing… 👀

WC x Rainworld Day 3 - Hunter

Foxchase is our first Tideclan warrior! Well, deputy.

She is clanborn, although her mother is rumored to have been a kittypet. At the end of the day, she was squarely raised by her father, Sigilnose (possibly WIP name for NSH).

When a gargantuan flood took Tideclan by storm, Foxchase played an active part in rescuing cats who had been swept away. She saved Moonstar from drowning to her permanent death, later earning her the deputy position. She is one of Moonstar's most trusted friends and advisors.

Foxchase has an unwavering sense of duty. She is rather quiet, but her words are deeply meaningful- In contrast to her father's habit of joking around at all times. She can be silly though, but only with those she trusts and loves the most.

I want Foxchase to have some sort of long-term disease but honestly, I'm not super knowledgeable on any? I was considering her having early signs of FIV, or some sort of bone disease, but I'm not really sure.

Notes:

- Foxchase is transfem.

- She has a bite scar on the right(???) side of the neck (whichever one you can't see, you know. i'm bad with my lefts and rights sorry)

WC x RW art month day 3 - hunter

this is bushfire! their kittypet name was hunter (im so creative) - they were a kittypet before being abandoned in cloudburstclan territory, and are now a warrior! one of their front legs was paralysed when they were younger, which lead it to being amputated. they got new owners who didn't want a three-legged cat because it would be 'too high-maintanence' and was abandoned. they were found by one of the senior warriors while out hunting, and brought them back to camp.
