Okay, I’m gonna go ahead and be honest--I went out and bought a family size bag of Halloween candy so I’m having a pretty good day so far, but that’s not the point of this video. My defining moment of 2018 probably has to be graduation, if I’m being honest. There’s a thousand other things I could choose from, but I think graduation was the start of it all. I was stuck in a bad mood and felt like I wasn’t doing enough, but then graduation and summer came and went and suddenly it felt like I could do anything. I had the whole world in front of and it was just the beginning. Yeah, I’m still in school, but I have an amazing support system and I know things can only get better, you know? A year ago, I could only wish to be as happy as I am right now and, maybe a year from now, I’ll be even happier and excited to start a new job or something of the sort!

WDPA VIDEO DIARIES || Daisy Donovan

“Well... I’m not really sure where exactly to start. It’s been a year around many beds here.” She said with a wiggle of her eyebrows. “Sorry, that’s not really a defining moment. Uh.. I think.. well, I think I’m moving more towards photography. I’m not sure, but when am I ever sure. It’s just far more freeing to me than marketing and planning. I enjoy it, but.. something about me and a beautiful place that just makes me feel free. The feeling I’m constantly trying to chase down. Being locked away in something just freaks me out too much. I need to spread my wings. It’s probably why it’s so hard to grasp the concept that I may actually be falling for Charles. In a way that .. I just want everything to be with him, and only him. It feel safe, not like I’m trapped. I think ... I’m finally finding a safe place for me that I can still breath and still express freedom.”

Writing Prompt 1: Week One

Prompt: “You showed up at their (friend/family/SO) door soaking wet, bruised, and covered in glitter.”

TW: Mention of drugs, Alcohol , Strippers?

Caroline smacked the bottom of the jar of sprinkles a few more times. Clearly she didn’t have enough over her ice cream to be content. The girl beside her also couldn’t hold in her laughter. “I’ve heard a few times you can never have enough Sprinkles.” She tossed Caroline a wink , and the girl simply just laughed. “They’re my favorite part.” She admitted sheepishly with a small grin towards her. 

Perking up she extended a hand towards the other. “I’m Caroline!” She beamed. The other looked very well put together, her nails were perfect, hair curled at every inch, and her make up was flawless. “I’m Candice, but most people call me Sprinkles around here. A little inside joke with my job.” She shrugged looking towards the other. “You ever hear of a gentlemans club?” Caroline titled her head for a second before her eyes went wide. “oh... OH!” Laughing nervously she quickly pulled out her little hand sanitizer and put it in her hands. “Well.. that’s .. a job! I mean you make more money then most of us.” She shrugged. 

Spinkles just simply laughed at the other. “They’re not all dirty like you see in the movies, cupcake. Why don’t you hang with me tonight and I can show you? I promise you won’t catch anything. You seem like a sweet girl that really just needs to dip her feet in the water a little.” Nibbling on her bottom lip Caroline thought about it for a little while. There was no harm in seeing what they were all about. Rather then following stero types and assuming the worst. Besides, Sprinkles seemed really nice. “Sure!” 

Slipping into a little dress and some heels Caroline really took this night out to heart, slipping on a red velvet lip to finish off her look. Feeling her phone go off she pulled it from her vanity and smiled. Sprinkles had arrived and now it was just time to .. see her world.  The uber wasn’t anything fancy, but Sprinkles pulled out a little pink flask, and Caroline’s mind went towards it. “What’s in there?” She asked casually. “Whiskey. I think just the smell will knock you on the ground, cupcake.” Scrunching her nose she nodded a little. “Sprinkles and Cupcake.. what a duo. I mean it might but I think if I’m going to be enjoying the night life, I should try it right!?” She started looking towards the other. As she was handed the flask she tipped it back. Coughing almost instantly at the burn that washed down her throat. “Oh.. wow.. no. I like the drinks that look like slushies.” She started shaking her head. 

As the car came to a stop Caroline looked out at the building. It looked almost like a restaurant, with just very dark windows and a mystery behind the doors. “Alright, cupcake. Now you just stay with me. The girls all know me here, and will be sure to keep all the ..  creeps away. Tonight is about having fun, okay? I got you covered.” Caroline grinned happily towards Sprinkles. It was all so sudden and random - but maybe this was the summer memories she needed to be making. 

As they walked in the music rattled her whole body, and the small of smoke filled her lungs quickly. “Oh.. wow..” She grumbled looking around. To her left was a woman that was on a guys lap, a white line across her chest that was sniffed off? “Oh my gosh, is that cocaine?! “ she whispered towards Sprinkles pulling on her arm a little. A laugh left her and she looked down at Caroline. “You really don’t get out much Cupcake, do you?”  Caroline couldn’t pull her eyes away she just shook her head before Sprinkles was tugging on her arm towards the bar.  “Now you said you like the slushie drinks? So blended.. have you had margaritas?” Caroline nodded. “Oh yeah! I like those!” She beamed remembering how Hook helped her with her alcohol choices. Humming she put herself up on a chair. Turning to look at everything. “Wow.. I wish I knew how to dance like them.” She stated admiring the actual work and talents the girls had as they held themselves up against poles. Spinkles tapped her shoulder and pointed out the drink to her. “It’s mango.. I think you’d like that.” Caroline grinned as she held her margarita and nodded , taking down the contents rather quickly. 

Four margarita’s later, and Caroline was... a mess. Looking towards Sprinkles she hopped off the chair, falling over into a table that she caught herself on. “You have to teach me the fairy twirl around the pole. Please? Please..” She stated already walking up towards the stage. The girl that was dancing looked at her and than Sprinkles with a puzzled face before Sprinkles just laughed and nodded. “We’ll let’s help her out Sunshine.”  “Oh my gosh, honey your name is Sunshine? Wow, you’re a Princess okay. Don’t let any of the jokers here say other wise.” She let out with a nod as she was pulled on stage. A few men clapped and Caroline did a small bow. “I’ve never had a fan club before.” She giggled out before she put her hand on the pole. Sunshine’s hole body shimmered under the lights. “Is that glitter? Oh my gosh, hug me! I need to sparkle.” Before Caroline could even try and do her dance she was hugging the other with a giggle. “Okay.. okay.. I think my name is Cupcake!” She nodded towards the other, Stumbling as she hugged the pole.

Sunshine looked towards her and just laughed. “You’re the cutest thing.” She said before taking Caroline’s hand, walking her around the pole. “And you just own it, okay? You’re adorable - you don’t need to try and be sexy with this, just give a few bat of her lashes.” Nodding as Sunshine let her hand go Caroline did just that, Walking around the pole before letting loose to just swing around. “Oh! Pinecones! That was fun.” She grinned happily. “I need off now.. I think someone is trying to give me a dollar though... You can have it!” She beamed before taking Sprinkles hand to hop off. 

“We need to get you some water, Cupcake..” She laughed as she walked her back to the bar. Caroline gripped the cup, taking a few sips before she heard a song come on and she jumped. “I love th- oh! pinecones!” She chirped out feeling the water fall into her lap.. Pouting she looked up at Sprinkles. “I am wet... sparkly... and I have so many bruises from stumbling.” She huffed.  “Alright, let’s get you home.” She laughed leading Caroline out 

Sure, home meant her own room, but Caroline had other plans on where she wanted to be. Finding herself in front of Tito’s door she knocked a few times. Leaning her forehead against the wall she waited. Looking down at her phone she saw the time. “Oh my throne bush it’s 2-” When the door opened she picked her head up, and took a few steps forward till she could place her forehead on his chest instead.  “I... made friends with a stripper! Her name is Sprinkles and I love her, okay? And Sunshine because she really did shine. I need to know what body glitter she used.��� She stared before pulling back and holding her hand out to snap a ‘Z’ in front of her. “But she taught me how to work it, honey. Work!” Giggling she looked up at him. “But I spilled my water, and now I’m sad cause I’m wet. But I’m not sad cause you’re so cute. You even have cute sleepy hair, and a cute sleepy face.” She giggled reaching up to squish his cheeks before humming and wrapping her arms around him as she pressed her cheek to his chest. “You can keep me tonight. I give you permission to keep the cupcake. Okay? Okay..”

Cecilia had gone to Florida for a callback audition, and had some spare time on her hands.  She ended up going to Disneyworld for her first time and was having fun exploring the adventure theme park on her own.  Cece managed to go on a few of the rides, eat boozey ice cream, take selfies with strangers, trade collectible villain Disney pins, and... did I mention taking selfies?

Ali Bashir. No nicknames--unless ‘charming’ counts. I’m half Indian on my dad’s side and was born in Bhuj, Indian, and raised just outside the border of Pakistan.

Is it cheating to say all of them? If I had to pick, I’d say my hair.

FAMILIAL QUESTIONS

What is/was your family structure like? (i.e. are you adopted, how many siblings, pets, etc.)

I’m an only child, so I’ve always been close to my parents.

Who was your father, and what was he like? Who was your mother, and what was she like? What was your parents marriage like? Were they married? Did they remain married?

My parents have been married since 1990 and were blessed with me in 1996. My mom is from America, my dad is from Indian, which is where they met in 1988. Years later, here I am.

Do you have any siblings? If so, what are/were your siblings names? What are/were they like?

No siblings, just me.

Who are your closest friend(s)? Describe them and how you relate to them. If not, do you wish you did? Is there anyone you wish they could build such a relationship with?

Anya Romanova, though friends is a lose term, because I’m sure she actually hates me.

Hiro Hamada is also one of my closest friends because of how similar we are.

I’m always single, always with someone. Let’s just assume that my relationship status is ‘having fun.’

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON…

Rant about that’s eating you up

Not much to rant about, honestly, but I am kind of mad at how much girls expect after a night. I make it clear what I’m looking for and they still expect a date? Surely my reputation precedes me?

What would/would’ve make you drop college/university?

If my parents really needed me, I would, but I don’t see that happening in the near future.

Are humans better at creation or destruction?

A little bit of both. Creation, destruction, it’s all a balance.

If you could sum up humans in 3 words, what would they be?

Self-absorbed, fun, talented--oh wait that’s just me.

Are some lives more valuable than others?

I think if you treat other people like trash, your value goes down.

Do you believe there is good in everybody?

That’s a tough thing to ask someone like me. Somebody would say that there isn’t good in me, but who really knows what someone else is going through. 

Would you ever turn on someone you just met in order to save themselves?

Most likely, though it depends on the scenario more than anything. Am I in danger of failing a class? Of course I would.

Which of the seven deadly sins do you most embody?

Greed. Let’s just say I tend to...find things that aren’t mine.

If you were omnipotent for just one day, what change would you make in the world?

I’d try to help the people that struggle putting food on the table each day.

What is your biggest fear and why?

Disappointing my parents after all they’ve given me.

What makes you really angry? Be honest.

People that only see you for your skin tone.

What is something unforgivable that could destroy a relationship?

I’m gonna say that stealing from them could be one.

What’s one experience you had that made you very afraid?

Getting caught stealing food as a kid was enough to make me a bit cautious.

What does it take to make you cry?

I haven’t been pushed that far--that I remember. I guess that’s something I’ll have to figure out in the future.

Would society call you a good guy or a bad guy? What would you say you are?

Society would say I’m a bad guy, but I’m just having fun.

Have you ever committed a crime, or something you felt was wrong? What was it?

Have i committed a crime? Yes. Was it something I felt was wrong? No. Stealing food when I was younger, a few pick pockets here and there, but never stealing identities. I have a line.

Do you hold grudges?

Nah. That only makes people look ugly.

Does you have a deep and/or dark secret? If so, what is it?

I usually don’t publicize how I grew up. People look at you different if you do. I wasn’t very fortunate when I was young, but people don’t have to know that to know me.

Do you like to suffer? Like to see other people suffering?

Do people normally like that? I don’t enjoy seeing people suffering, no.

Are you more physically or emotionally strong? Why do you believe so?

Physically strong. have to keep up my good looks, don’t I?

Have you ever lost a loved one? What happened to them, and are you the same as you were before you lost them?

Unfortunately, I lost my grandparent when I was younger, but I don’t remember the heartbreak, so I can’t say I’ve changed much. Thankfully my parents are still alive and well.

Hannah loves cozy, chunky sweaters and cardigans. Most people would know who you were talking about just saying the girl with the yellow cardigan given it’s her favorite one to wear.  Thigh high tights and long socks make her feel comfortable all year round  in her skirts. Caroline’s Hobby’s , Clubs & Sport?! 

It’s pretty common knowleadge that Caroline is the most clumsiest person to ever walk the Earth it seems. Which is why she thought the sport with the least follow would be best for her, Badmitton! She’s not the best, but she has a blast trying. As far as clubs, Caroline is a part of the GSA, Environmental , Art , and   Agriculture .
