Today was a good day one of my former clients asked if I would be training in the BX today and if so could he come out some work in! You already know what we do here at Two01 Sports Performance™ So we were blessed to have @hoopliferay come through and put some work in with @two01basketball and our director @sdan1elz we worked on tons but here in this video we are doing some #resistancebandtraining sprints on the track. Weighted broad jumps for the entire group today. Each and every athlete stepped up to the challenge. Three rounds: Round 1: No weights 20 yard up 20 yards back Round 2: 30lb dumbbell 20 yards up 20 yards back Round 3: 40lb dumbbell 20 yards up 20 yards back . . Nothing but that work today.
