#rambles#source is my left knee btw#weather app says the low is going to be between 38 and 41 f°#so this isnt just me being a dramatic southern californian this is like. actually cold. within a stones throw of literally freezing.#anyways i have already taken some naproxen bc my knee is starting to really hurt already :/#depending on how that goes then its either icyhot or heating pad. maybe if i get ready for bed early theres time for both
