hi im nearly 20 i never learned to wear makeup either and I decided to say fuck it last year and I don't know what kind of makeup you want to try but right now all I do is put on Mascara and then smudge it to look like eyeliner on my bottom lashes and wear a little bit of lip gloss and it is so fun. so I think you should do whatever and go buy cheap pharmacy makeup and have fun and don't bother with all the hard stuff. if that is something you think you might like.
