Picked up an older Wenoka dive knife the other day (thrift store score). Pretty cool knife, be great for on the kayak. #wenoka #wenokadiveknives #diveknife #edc #knives #outdoors #thriftstorefinds #bushcraft #kayaking

I'm going to make a sheath for the extra dive knife we have.
It's a vintage Wenoka and I can't seem to find just the sheath for it online. It's hard enough finding this exact one to see how much it is worth. We still need to sharpen the blade though, it's kinda dull. But I'm kind of stuck on what to make it out of. I was thinking leather since I still have a lot of it left, but exposing leather to salt water constantly probably isn't a good idea? Anyone have any other suggestions as to what to make it out of?
