Don't worry! I was planning to put more information out after our interest check concludes since the process can be a bit confusing. It works very similar to a secret santa exchange if you've ever done one of those.

The way a fandom gift exchange generally works is you state preferences for what kind of content you'd like to receive (like ships, general themes, just kinda whatever you want from it) and what you would like to make (a fanfic vs fanart, what ships or themes you like creating, etc.). This form will come a bit after the interest check.

Then the mods will anonymously pair you with someone else, and send their preferences sheet to you. You would be expected to make something off of what they like, and not reveal who you are until the posting day.

On the designated posting day, you post your artwork and tag the person you made the gift for. Whoever made your gift will also post on that day and tag you. Our deadlines and schedule aren't fully decided yet, but there is a question in the interest check to gauge what would be best for people.

You seem to have not read the post properly. I'm not mad at Mark. At all?? I don't think he's 'bigoted' . I just think he should take a break (he's been making daily comics for over a YEAR NOW.) And that next time he does a comic feature say LGBTQIA+ stuff / issues, to do some research and maybe go over it with some people to make sure it won't come off the wrong way. I Explained in the post why both posts and jokes came off wrong. Jokes can be misunderstood/mistaken (I pointed out how on the Twitter version of his Test comic people where asking about "where to find " such tests and to give links.

Jokes can also be done in a harmful manner (I am NOT saying that this is what Mark has done, I am simply pointing out that not all Jokes are fun and lighthearted) and to mock someone.

this is yushi he used to have a brother named mochi but he got hit my a van and i will never stop mourning him. the right most pic is yushi (left) and mochi (right)

(i went into the depth to look for a photo of mochi and then i realized i didnt have any anymore, and then when i found some i started crying because i was mochi's favorite and he didnt deserve what happened to him i miss him so much im so sad i cant stop crying hold on) i found the last video and photo i had of him but he had a gaping wound in it so im not going to add it T_T

this is jinjin yushi's baby

the story of how we got him is pretty long, but i'll tell you to distract from my sobs. so we have a stray girl cat in our neighborhood and im pretty sure yushi got her pregnant lol thats so funny to say but its true.

this was jinjin when we got him (he fell from the roof and had a broken leg but we didnt have money to bring him to the vet so i just gave him a makeshift cast and prayed he'd get better (he did)) he was so skinny and touch deprived T_T im crying again but he's better now

this is him after a while and his leg was better and he's with ysuhi in the first pic. we though yushi would try to kill him at first but they're so sweet to each other T_T i cant stop crying

honestly i swear im not making this up but jinjin is so much like mochi that i think God sent him to ease my sorrows T_T its genuinely so crazy how alike they are T_T i miss mochi so much im so sorry mochi. when he got hit i was so scared to watch him die and i regret not being with him in his last moments so badly im sorry i had to tell you this i wont go on about anymore

actually no but its so wild that you also know astro slay bestie. we actually thought jinjin was a girl so i named him after characters from genshin impact his full name was barbara jean ponyo (ponyo as in the anime) but then he was a boy so i was like lol jean is fine or gene in masc form then it became jinjin. my sister cringes everytime we talk about astro jinjin now lol HAHA

i don't believe toji was the worst and that he left cause he wanted to. his last words were great proof. a man doesn't forget his child's name like that, especially not after naming him himself. obviously he had to leave, especially if the theory about mamaguro being killed by the zenins is true. marry another woman, get her surname and hide the kid for as long as possible. if mamaguro was indeed killed, he must have walked away to push megumi away from him- or, maybe the zenins put it in their agreement. no need to romanticize it tho, this obviously wasn't a great decision. but toji cared about megumi enough to not waste his potential, even if it meant making megumi hate him. i feel like toji forgetting about his family was a trauma response. he just focused on forgetting about his family. i was 100% sure he was just being a dick in that one panel but no lol he really forgot about him
