You surely got a hint from the quote above.
For you, using social media has become a huge part of your daily life and exaggeratedly, it is now your religion. While others only use it because of its convenience, you are highly involved with it that your eyes were glued on your smartphones’ screen.
First thing in the morning, you check on your social media notifications and swipe on the feed even before you sip that coffee and eat that bacon and eggs your mom has prepared for you.

You eat at a restaurant and when the food gets to be served, you get your phone and capture that sumptuous food. You do not care if the food gets cold as long as you get to take a photo of it and this makes food a two-way process—your stomach and your Instagram feed.

You’re always updated on what is happening with your friend by stalking errr…just checking on their page.
gurl.com
You always checks in when you go to a certain place (and hates when someone you knew follows you).

You purposively wear a flashing outfit for your #OOTD entry. There you go with the routine: strut, snap and share.

You have a habit of taking numerous selfies with only one pose and post them online. Worse is, you put them in a collage.

#YouUseHashtagsInNormalConversations

You put a smile on your face when someone likes your posts, thinking that it serves as a validation that you have pleased many people. If you only knew…ahm, nothing.
tumblr.com
You feel upset when no one hits that like button nor double tap that post. Aww, poor little kid for having this first-world problem.
giphy.com
You post your reaction on different issues and significant events in the news as if anyone wants to hear your opinion.
spymasterpro.com
You overshare everything you do for a single day and feel the need to let everyone know what you’re up to. You really do believe that everyone cares, don’t you?
blogspot.com
When you’re not on your phone, you’re on your laptop. Vice versa. Where are you in real life?
starworksartists.com
Just as waking up in the morning, you check on your social media before slumber time. I understand, it is not repetitive, just a habit.
You freak out and think that the world is on its downfall when you do not have any internet access with you.
blogspot.com
“Pics or it didn’t happen.” is your mantra. Something did not actually take place unless you have shared it on social media.

If you keep on nodding while reading on the checklist, chances are you have an illness, a Social Media Addiction. Better get a vaccine now!
