Went for a recovery jog and it turned into a 10 mile and 15K PR! Jammed out to my new #psytrance mix, Dust And Bones Vol 2, and just went with the flow. The weather is absolutely perfect outside and the sun is shining. Had an epic run today out at Brown’s Ranch! I wanted to go out fast and burn myself out to see how far that would be and it all fell apart around mile 23. I now have a pretty good idea of what my 50K pace should be.
