México vence a Holanda en el Mundial U23 de Beisbol

Con pitcheo de Alemao Hernández México aprovechó seis hits y dos pecados de la oposición para apuntarse hoy domingo su segunda victoria en el campeonato mundial sub 23 de béisbol que se juega en China Taipéi, con una blanqueada de 4-0 sobre Holanda. México contó con una gran apertura de Alemao Hernández, quien lanzó cinco entradas con serpentina de tres imparables, tres bases y seis ponches. El recluta de los Diablos Rojos de México hizo 73 disparos al plato, 44 de ellos strikes. La novena dirigida por Enrique “Che” Reyes anotó dos carreras en el cierre de la segunda y otro par en la quinta. México se mantiene invicto en el Grupo B del torneo avalado por la WBSC. En su presentación derrotó a Australia y su segundo compromiso, ante Corea del Sur, fue suspendido por lluvia. La sexta la despachó José Luis Reyes (Leones de Yucatán) en tres bateadores con un ponche y Alan Mundo (Padres de San Diego) sacó los últimos tres outs con un hit. Javier Sánchez, de los Generales de Durango, llegó a segunda por mal tiro del antesalista y avanzó a tercera por un wildpitch; Hugo Sánchez (Leones de Yucatán) recibió boleto; José Zepeda (Guerreros de Oaxaca) cedió el primer out y ambos corredores anotaron cuando el antesalista pifió un batazo de Brandon Valenzuela. El ataque terminó con una doble matanza a rola de Óliver Carrillo, iniciada por el campocorto Shervynen Newton. La derrota fue para el abridor Scott Prins. El león de Yucatán Ángel Camacho, el orgullo de Adulfo Camacho, fue el único con dos hits en el partido. Se fue de 3-2, con una base robada (foto) y una carrera producida. Óliver Carrillo bateó de 3-1 con una anotada y Hugo Sánchez, de 2-0 con una anotada. El yucateco Aldo Núñez Ortega no vio acción. México se enfrentará a Puerto Rico el lunes a las 12.30 hora local.
