#byler #will byers #stranger things #every season besides s4-5 opens with non main characters #for el we got a flashback of the lab followed by her perspective in the scene directly after #and I think for Will we will see something similar #with us getting the flashback of him in castle byers in the UD #followed by him in the present in the scene after #but what exactly would warrant that memory being brought up in association with Will in the present?#mayhaps his connection to the mindflayer and the UD run deeper than we realize…#it’s likely not something he could just rid himself of in s2 and now he’s all good #he literally still feels a connection to everything he is feeling #that means he is still technically at risk of being the spy in some capacity #the massacre at Hawkins lab also was a guiding force for El discovering the ‘truth’ in s4 #so it’s likely for Will this instance will operate in a way that re-contextualizes the events in the past up to now #like that time Will suggested they go to the hospital in s3 only for the flayed to be waiting for them #or how flayed Billy knew they were at the cabin…#all while Will was looking cryptic as hell in that scene watching over el #or the fact that he picked Billy in the first place the season after he focused on Will…#you know.. williams #I think the easiest way to introduce the castle Byers flashback is a dream honestly #specifically a dream within a dream #seeing that recent leak and Will looking like either he has a black or hasn’t slept in days #is giving very much ‘I am afraid to sleep bc I’m scared of what will happen’#I think dude is not exactly possessed in the sense that we already saw in s2 with like the particicles #but he’s still vulnerable #the door is still ajar…#no but fr this idea of opening a door in your mind was so blatant in st2 AND s3b of teen wolf #I think a big part of it will be guilting Will over the fact that Will has helped him before without Will telling the others #hence his weird vibe in s3… like he’s already successfully fucked with Will post s2 potentially with us being none the wiser aka here we go

What some people don't seem to realize, is that Bdubs never left the jungle. Oh, he respawned, and he progressed through the seasons, and he lived beyond the confines of the foliage - but he never truly left it.

It's been multiple seasons since then, so some people have probably forgotten. They must have, or they would probably be a little more concerned by the fact that Bdubs' cloak is made entirely of living greenery.

thinkin about an It au with the older teens...

steve, eddie, robin, nancy, jonathan, argyle, and chrissy are all like super close friends as children, and they experience this Horror (upside down related, ofc).

they think they defeat it, think they're safe to grow up and to live their lives. they make a pact though, that it it ever comes back, they'll come back too.

only it wasn't actually ever dead; it just went dormant. for 27 years.

one of them stays behind (steve), just in case. the rest of them get out of Hawkins, only to get that call 27 years later. the call they've all dreaded.

cue all of them reuniting (except for one, chrissy maybe since she's canonically dead) over dinner where everything comes flooding back. they have to fight this thing again, and this time they have to defeat it.

(of course, steddie would be a thing here, and maybe ronance and jargyle too)

#not that I still want a show . but i still daydream like a fool #anyways if you haven’t watched dbd you gotta!!!!#it’s ghosts solving ghost cases and there’s a psychic girl (!!!) and a fujoshi on their team. it’s crazy #and if i may add. ghost MCs are kinda giving Ronsey . ronsey before shit hit the fan honestly #aside from the themes obviously but something about the show’s editing and the humor made me really stop and think like hmmm….trc mayhaps.#it’s a fun watch :)

I have found a beautiful perfect humble rock specimen that is light yellow with a weird dark yellowy brown lining, somewhat resembling a chunk of smoked gouda cheese... effervescent

#I am still very into trash collecting at the moment and even went out and got one of those grabby sticks for cheap and a little #bucket I can carry around and put trash in. so I am going on walks in nature a bit more (not really to enjoy nature but more to play the #very fun Real Life Hidden Object Point And Click Game that is 'hunt for bottle caps and cans' .. but eh.. whatever gets me out of the #house lol).. anyway.. some nature places near water will have cool rocks #Which I know you're not supposed to take them and I MOSTLY dont.. but every once in a while it's like... when else will I ever find a #gouda rock... I have cleaned up 4 buckets of trash today.. I have helped the environment.. mayhaps.. i could take a One Single Rocke as a #treate... ANYWAY. but yeah. I don't know the names of rocks but there's a rock that's a matte muted marigold yellow sort of #color and I call them 'cheese rock'. I'm pretty sure this one is of the 'cheese rock' species but it just has weird brown coloration #like maybe it got stained or something on one side of it. Most of the other cheese rocks have no markings. though sometimes there will be a #auburn reddish sort of hue on a corner or something.. hrmm.. curious. I also got a Beginner's Hobby rock tumbler and some supplies #so I might try polishing some of the rocks from my enormous rock collection. even though they're all street rocks I picked up from sidewalk #and stuff. I saw a video where someone put random gravel and stuff in a rock tumbler and none of them were Stunning Gems or whatver #but some still turned out cool enough that I would be pleased with the result... OUgh.. I want to post more I need to like do costumes and #sculptures and stuff and be Active On Social Media and think about my Future and Career and how it always benefits artists to keep an #active social media or etc. but I just feel so tired and bad lately. I think the summer heat waves have really exhausted me. I also have #been trying to make new friends + on a weird schedule so I've been socializing and also watching media too much. I notice I always start #to feel this kind of unsettled stress of not making any forward progress in my life if I do that for too long. like 'Okay this week I've #done nothing but meet up with two friends & watch like 10 episodes of tv and only worked on a few projects on the side.. this is HORRIBLE!'#(ppl who follow me here that I talk to on discord: this isn't about you! Im specifically just referencing being tired of introductory talks #with a new round of random strangers during my Friend Hunt. Just clarifying so it couldn't be misinterpreted as vaguepost implying that I'm #secretly bothered by talking to you or etc. lol.. anyway) . Which I know to MOST people 'I talked to a lot of friends and watched some cool #stuff!' sounds like a GOOD relaxing time but.. to me it is not ghhj.. Those are 'external' focuses on things outside myself which bothers #me if not moderated. Like.. i MUST retreat internally to work on my worldbuilding and my own thoughts and etc. at very regular intervals or #it will really start to bear on me too much. Brain Mandated Hermit Isolation lol. Just being too detached from my world and stuff for #too long feels increasingly bad. PLUS. every day I don't make tangible progress towards my goals is a day wasted that I could have been #investing in my future by working on novels/games/sculptures/actual career relevant stuff. Not even in a Capitalism way i just genuinely #enjoy Completing Tasks & feel miserable if I don't for too long. EVEN the media I'm watching I turn into A Task since I rank in a detailed #google doc list after viewing lol.. Like EW movie too boring on it's own. NEED to turn it into something I can categorize and analyze ghghj #LOVE to make things more complicated than they need to be. like YAAAY organizational tasks! yaay meticulous sorting!! SOMEONE SHOULDVE WARNED ME BEFORE I GOT COMPLETELY INVESTED #I know next to nothing abt dimension 20 I’m pretty sure I just saw a post abt burrows end specifically MONTHS ago and was like 👀👀👀#opened a tab with the first episode to watch later and promptly forgot about it #until last night! having a bad night and was like hrm what if I just watch smth #and I’ve been reading watership down recently!! finally got my own copy bc it was my favourite book when I was like NINE #so I am fully primed to fall in love with a story abt little animals rn and man #I am OBSESSED with this and also realising yeah I’m at a point where I could get very into tabletop rpgs now #what if. what if I just get dropout. what if I just do that. would that not be fun. I would like to see the stoats do stuff #i am so in love with Ava and her player and I understand so much more about brennan lee mulligan now. and VIOLA #viola may be my favourite character I’m obsessed with how she interacts with other characters.m #i NEED to know what’s up with thorn’s cult thing. and also thorn. what is going on there #hrrgrhehh the thing that’s holding me back is I’m allergic to subscriptions #impermanence. even though I know it’s fairly unlikely I’ll wanna watch it again any time soon I don’t like the idea that I’d have to like #in a couple years pay for it again or not be able to bc I can’t afford it even though I already paid for it once #I’m a books + cartridge games guy and it shows.#okay. the boy and the heron is an incredibly good movie please go and see it especially if you're a fan of ghibli/miyazaki

my only complaint is that it's not out of theaters yet so i can't go back to dissect it because bruh i need to internalize that movie and study all the animation because JESUS CHRIST THAT WAS HAND DRAWN. i need to lay down.

#miyazaki has been THE formative filmmaker for me since i watched Totoro and Nausicaa when i was 5 #and his works (and other ghibli works) have really influenced the way i see the world #so it was just so satisfying to see the culmination of his career and it FELT like a culmination #anyways gonna be listening to the soundtrack (which goes so hard) for the next week #actually my second complaint is that the theater was almost out of tickets so i had to sit in the very front row and my neck HURTS #hm. mayhaps it's time to watch tale of the princess kaguya #it's one of like 4 ghibli films i haven't seen and i've been putting it off because i KNOW it's gonna wreck me #i watched grave of the fireflies 5 years ago and still haven't recovered #my posts

Knuckles and Shadow interactions in sonic movie 3… WHAT would they do different…

They’ve reestablished Knuckles’ naivety without costing him his dignity, and he’s very much a character to respect in terms of power and skill (as the movie goes on to tell the audience that yes, he’s well versed in multiple forms of combat)

Assuming the movies apply the same treatment to Shadow, we can probably get a good idea of his character BUUUUUT until it’s said and done (or at least until I see a trailer that has me gripping my seat and going feral) my best guess is that their interactions would be limited
