Sextando com Malbec para o fim-de-semana começar com tudo! 🍷🙌🏼 🍇 Este é o “Reserva de Família Malbec 2018” da @BodegaSottano — um Malbec varietal produzido com uvas de Gualtallary (no Vale do Uco) e Perdriel (em Luján de Cuyo), em Mendoza 🇦🇷. 🛢 É fermentado em tanques de inox e maturado 18 meses em barricas novas de carvalho (70% francês, 30% americano). 🍷 Na taça tem cor púrpura de média intensidade. Mostra aromas de frutas vermelhas maduras, um toque lácteo (iogurte), um leve mentol, especiarias (pimenta branca) e, com o tempo na taça, um tostado. Na boca tem corpo médio, acidez média-alta, álcool evidente, taninos médios+ e macios. Muita fruta e especiarias, com média persistência. . 📝 Um belo vinho! Jovem ainda, mas já com alguma complexidade aromática, tem estrutura e fruta para encarar bons anos pela frente e evoluir bastante. Have you had a Malbec from the Cahors region in France? This was my first - 2017 Chateau Lamagdelaine Noire. Another Costco gem for under $20 a bottle. Bursting with fruit, spice, leather, coffee aromas. Nice dark fruit on the palate, grippy tannin, and a super long finish. —————————————————————- Malbec in Bordeaux is most commonly a blending grape. In Cahors, it is the primary grape. Elaborado com uvas provenientes de 3 grandes áreas produtoras (AVAs) de Zinfandel — San Joaquin, Sonoma e Lake County — o vinho passa 6 meses em barricas de carvalho francês e americano. 🍷 Coloração rubi de média intensidade na taça. Aromas de geleia de frutas vermelhas, especiarias doces (cravo e alcaçuz), caramelo, chocolate e tabaco. Na boca tem leve dulçor, corpo médio, acidez moderada e taninos aveludados, de média intensidade. Pouca a fruta (passa e em compota) com um toque de especiarias e tabaco. Média persistência. 📝 Um vinho muito gostoso, totalmente equilibrado e com a tipicidade da uva bem evidente.
