I wanted to test the Decanter version with their premium cuvée. Here is a fine example with this Saint Roman. Choosing premium bottles is never easy. As always the choice is very well made. A fruity and floral nose with hints of vanilla caramel. The palate is rich and fresh. There is a nice minerality and a lot of elegance. I invite you to look at the other photos. The big advantage of this box is to have a folder with product sheets and tasting sheets. It allows you to be able to follow your evolution as a wine enthusiast. So you can have fun and learn at the same time. 🍇🍇 Pendant longtemps j'ai testé la Winy box de @ventealapropriete en version bio. J'ai voulu tester la version Décanteur avec leurs cuvée haut de gamme. Voilà un bel exemple avec ce Saint Romain. Choisir des grandes bouteilles ce n'est jamais facile. Comme toujours le choix est très bien fait. Un nez fruité et floral avec des notes de caramel à la vanille. La bouche est riche et fraîche. Il y a une belle minéralité et beaucoup d'élégance. Je vous invite à regarder les autres photos. Le gros avantage de cette box est d'avoir un classeur avec des fiches produits et des fiches dégustations. Ça vous permet de pouvoir suivre votre évolution en tant que passionné du vin. Appellation: Jurançon Domaine: Camin Larredya Cuvée: La Part Davant Année / Year: 2017 Cépage / Grape: 50% Gros Manseng, 35% Petit Manseng, 15% Petit Courbu 🍇 🍇 Today here is a little bomb that I discovered thanks to the @la_winybox_de_valap of @ventealapropriete This dry Jurançon is a hit. Certified organic and demeter, it is a perfect wine for the holidays. On the nose the wine is very aromatic with notes of plum and dried apricot. On the palate it is fruity, mineral and of a good acidity. As the wine is dry it has no heaviness, a wine to make a whole meal. Foie gras, poultry and blue cheese will be perfect. Certifié bio et demeter, c'est un vin parfait pour les fêtes. Au nez le vin est très aromatique sur des notes de prune et d'abicot sec. En bouche c'est fruité, minéral et d'une belle acidité. Comme le vin est sec il n'a aucune lourdeur, ce vin pour faire tout un repas. Foie gras, volaille et fromage bleu seront parfait.
