jannik and carlos are soooo normal about each other you guys. normal. so normal. so averagely normal and normalistic about each other. not obsessive at all. not tracking each other's every move and locked into a generational battle with each other where they still hold onto their tentative rivalry that is not quite a friendship but also something more. not about to be incredibly clued in to each other's physical cues or mental tactics or watching each other on a hairpin trigger and anticipating each other's microscopic moves for hundreds of matches to come. not playing a relentless game of mental chess that would exhaust most other people in three sets but they do it for hours and hours at the edge of physical and mental stamina each time. they are sooo normal i promise.

had to work on an f1 fic for a playlist exchange today so did not have time to tackle my sincaraz fic brain fumes... that said, sometimes fun things happen after sitting with something for a time... so i will continue... to sit with it....
