John Wall missed a dunk and heard all about it from Kyrie Irving

You need to hear this.

John Wall and Kyrie Irving have been rivals throughout their careers, but despite their rivalry, they’ve always kept it friendly between each other.

On Christmas day with the two All-Star point guards mic’ed up, we got to see that up close.

Wall missed a dunk and Irving let him hear about it while he was guarding him.

“You missed your highlight,” Irving said to Wall.

“Shutup,” Wall said back.

Irving then repeated himself.

That’s comedy.

When he returned to the bench, Irving poked a bit of fun at himself. “I don’t got bounce like that. I can get up every once in a while,” he said.

And toward the end, Wall was asking Irving for some of his new sneakers. “I still can’t get no Kyries?” he said.

I guess not if he isn’t finishing dunks.

Last week, Wall said he and Irving have a great relationship off the court, but always go hard against each other when they play.

Kelly Oubre taunted by Celtics fans (Video)

After his incident with Kelly Olynyk during Game 3, Kelly Oubre knew the boo birds would be out during Game 5.

For his actions last Thursday, which earned him a one game suspension, Oubre heard it early and often from Celtics fans.

Prior to the Wizards forward touching the ball for the first time, fans at TD Garden were letting him have it.

NBA playoff scores 2017: Bradley Beal was the quiet hero of Game 6

Beal finished with 33 points.

John Wall got all the glory after Game 6 when he hit a go ahead three-pointer with 3.3 seconds remaining. It was arguably the biggest shot in Wizards history, even counting the Bullets. It was definitely the biggest shot of Wall’s career. But they wouldn’t have been in that position if it had not been for Bradley Beal.

Wall was 1-of-9 in the first half with the Wizards on the ropes. But Bradley Beal was there all game long. He had 14 points at half time, 20 headed in the fourth quarter, and ended with 33. Beal was also the one who tied the game at 89 with 14 seconds left.

Kelly Oubre was on Game 4 tickets

Of all of the Wizards players to have his face on the ticket for Game 4 of the team’s playoff series against the Celtics, it had to be Kelly Oubre.

During Game 3, Oubre was the victim of a hard screen from Kelly Olynyk that led to the Wizards forward going after Olynyk and shoving him to the floor. You can see video of the incident here.

Not surprisingly, the NBA suspended Oubre for Game 4 because of his actions. Although he did not play, his presence was at Verizon Center on Sunday in more ways than one. Wizards owner Ted Leonsis sported an Oubre jersey to the game (photo here). Also, Oubre’s face was on tickets. Take a look.
