i was under the impression (for a while) that jack was a mysterious being with a chill vibe and a pretty goofy side. upon closer inspection, you'll find that i'm playing two lies and a truth (not two truths and a lie, i said what i said).

from observation alone, jack is really good at immersive storytelling! one of the first zestial's i've encountered and am honored to have gotten to get more familiar with! he's almost as eccentric as his muse and for that, i'm honored we've crossed paths! we might fuck around but you're really down to earth and i like your vibe.

Finally, he was alone. This had to be Alastor's first unaccompanied outing since he'd arrived in Heaven, though whether it was because he had finally earned the council's trust or if they were just tired of him was beyond him.

Where he found himself now was a pharmacy; unassuming on the outside, but a wasteland of cotton candy regret within. Alastor loathed how much this new form of his matched the aesthetic of the store. He was here to fix that. Tonight, he would be pink no longer!

As the almost-angel slid up to the counter, he studied as the sole employee— a sugary-looking moth wearing a beret of all things— finished up sorting the medicines in the back. It seemed like he wasn't going to turn around any time soon, so Alastor fixed his grin and cleared his throat.

"Excuse me," he said, teeth gritted, "I was wondering if you had any..." And here he hesitated. He couldn't believe he was actually about to say this. "... Hair dye. Um, red."
