WonFes aka Wonder Festival is the world’s biggest figure festival that takes place in Chiba, Japan. WonFes 26 Summer 2017 will take place on July 30th, 2017. Be sure to be on the lookout for new figure announcements, prototypes, and updates during WonFes!~

Well, I guess Good Smile Company is treating today as a stand-in WonFes. *o*  There’s a livestream right now, they’re posting a whole bunch of prototype reveals on their Twitter all at once today, and I think they still have a virtual convention panel for Anime Expo Lite 2020.  *o*!!!

10:26 PM 7/3/2020 EDIT:   GSC's virtual panel during AX Lite was already earlier this afternoon.  Unforunately, the AX livestream didn't get archived on YouTube.  I caught some of it earlier today, even the part where Aki-san was giving a tour around Good Smile Company's office.  But I thought after the stream, it would still be up on YouTube.  I was wrong.  ;_;

Thanks to Autobase Aichi, we have lots of pictures from the Wonder Festival 2017 summer show. Most notable for G1 collectors are production samples of Legends Kup, Hot Rod, Brawn, and other upcoming figures. Movie 10th Anniversary Dioramas: These impressive showpieces recreate scenes from each of the past four live-action films using figures of the time period. Look for Megatron holding Jazz’s bisected corpse, Optimus Prime ripping off The Fallen’s head, a blasted Shockwave lying half-ruined in the street, and more. Many of the figures have been customized to appear more film-accurate.
