fitness !! today I completed these 3 workouts:
Hinafit - 4 Mins Slim Arms workout
LE SSERAFIM Kazuha - Ab workout
Hinafit - Slim Inner Thighs & Lower Ab workout
How I felt today after completing the workouts:
these three workouts were actually particularly easier compared to the others, especially the arm workout. I'd say the most difficult was probably the Ab workout. That's it for today.

currently on my summer break, so no updates on school!

day !!
like yesterday I woke up quite late, lazed around again before making some food and then going for my workouts. After the workouts I took a shower and then ate dinner before going to hang out with my family and watching some football.

day 1 stats ☼
wonyjang notes: this is the beginning of my stats!! I'm really excited to share all my progress with you guys and I hope to hear from you guys soon, please show your support and good luck to any of you beginning a new journey in self-improvement.

fitness !! I've chosen 6 particular routines specific to what I want to work on.
the routines are:
IVE Wonyoung - Pilates Workout
Shirlyn Kim - 9 Mins Thigh & Legs workout
Chloe Ting - 10 Mins Toned Arms workout
Hinafit - 4 Mins Slim Arms workout
LE SSERAFIM Kazuha - Ab workout
Hinafit - Slim Inner Thighs & Lower Ab workout
I can say, I've done the first 3 yesterday I just didn't write it down but you will definitely feel a bit of pain the next day in your abs and your arms, my legs not so much but I can feel how these workouts will help me in the long run.
How I felt today after completing the workouts:
Chloe Ting's arm workout was definitely the most difficult for me today, I still haven't given the bottom 3 a go yet but I'm sure that Kazuha's ab workout will be just as dreadful 💀 However, I'm excited to start seeing results. Make sure to take lots of breaks whenever you need!

day !!
my day was quite normal for a summer break, I woke up quite late, lazed around for a while, I made myself some food and then completed the first 3 workouts, tomorrow I will aim to complete the last 3 workouts, after this I relaxed for a bit before heading out for a walk around my block and then I went out to do some shopping. It wasn't my most productive day but still I did get everything I needed to done.
