every time someone tells me some new but unactionable piece of information at work i gain one STRESS POINT to a maximum of ten. once the counter reaches 5, i am afflicted with ANXIETY. Before taking an action, i must pass a DC 15 Wisdom check. on failed throw, take an additional 0.5 STRESS POINT and action takes twice as long to perform. at the start of my turn, i must roll a d20. If the roll is below 10, i spend the turn checking my phone, removing 0.5 STRESS POINTS. if the STRESS POINTS counter hits 10, i will shut down and refuse to work. I will spend turns checking phone until the STRESS POINTS counter is reduced to 7.

But yeah, work. I did an entire risk assessment and abuse prevention plan. When I went to save, it glitched out and I lost 3 hours of work.
