SOUND OF MUSIC
WHAT IS IT FOR?
To release your mind and let all tensions go. Find your inner music and just express it through movements al'a musical style! Gives energy and happiness but also inspiration.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When feeling that you have zero energy, put on some music that gives you in a good mode. To get into a musical vibe, choose music from a musical or a disney movie.
Then, release all your present thinking about you surroundings and follow the music with your body. To best do this you need headphones. Then express every tone in the music with your body, and follow the rytmic. Is it fast go fast, is it slow go slow or is the music from any musical movie try to feel the music as you where in that musical.
After doing this, document your feelings in one way (sound record it, write it down or draw). How did you experience this? What was your feelings before and after? etc.
WHEN SHOULD IT BE USED?
This method for โself-giving-energyโ can be used everytime you feel down, sad, when you have zero energy in your body, when you need inspiration or when you just feel like it. Take 3min- 1 track to make you feel more happy and let the music go into your body.
