This is just over 1100 metres of 2-ply #handspun #merino. It's made up of 100g each of green and grey merino humbug combed top from @worldofwoolteam. In the picture, it looks more grey than green, but I can assure you that it's very Slytherin in person. It's my first proper spin on my new #kromskifantasia and I can't begin to describe how pleased I am with it. A few weeks ago, Mam mentioned she'd like some hand spun yarn as a birthday gift (in November). Was gonna try and blend a few bits I have at home, but decided to see what was out there, pre-blended. Showed Mam a selection with the colours she had said she'd liked (greens, blues, and hot pink - she likes colour does Mam), when I hear this, "Ooooooooh!" She points at the screen. "I like that." 🤨 But I thought... Never mind. 😂 I placed an order a few days ago, not just for this one (Finding Emo by Josh at @worldofwoolteam) but for a few others, and they arrived today. It is so soft. I cannot wait to spin it. (Yes, I am aware it's stupid o'clock in the morning, but I'm waiting for my washing machine to behave). Wasn't expecting this package for a few days so eeeeeee! Stuff it, gonna spin a tiny bit now.
