The fact we now have Orange, one of AEW's most winningest guys, feuding with Trent, a former tag guy who frankly has lost most of his singles matches, has got me thinking of ways things could be evened out so hear me out.

A stipulation match. One that would reduce Orange's mobility somewhat and could also play up Trent's size advantage.

One that might even symbolically represent Trent feeling somewhat tied down to Orange whether he likes it or not, even.

Propaganda for Kevin: He already turned heel and Kevin has natural heel energy. So maybe this’ll just be a straightforward feud.

Propaganda for Randy: It’s Randy Orton, let’s be real here. Also, Randy might have a reason for plotting against Cody. If we’re really using the longform storytelling format here, Randy could be resentful that Cody is the WWE Champion since Cody used to be his minion back when they were Legacy. So, Randy manipulated Kevin into turning against Cody to throw Cody off and make him vulnerable.

Propaganda for Cody: Because so many mfs keep claiming that a Cody heel turn is on the way. Plus, it’d be a cool twist if it’s revealed that Kevin was right about everything, resulting in a double turn (Kevin goes back to face, Cody turns heel). This would also lead to a Cody-Randy feud since Randy would also feel betrayed, especially since Randy stood up for him.
