So, I actually had the idea for extra panels of Foggy being haunted by Frozen's ghost post murder, but opted out in the end for the sake of getting Moon 26 out in the end. But um. Let's just say that Frozen didn't end up in StarClan?

My idea being that she decided to go the DF out of sheer spite, just to be able to get revenge for her murder. Hence the cursed family line comment lmao

Hi, can I make a suggestion? This is really only meant to help - putting your book out there is really brave and I commend you for it, and writing a book is a difficult process and finishing it even harder. Congrats!

I just want to say that, especially with a vague abstract/summary of a novel and with no excerpt or even just a few paragraphs of a chapter, people are going to feel hesitant about purchasing a book by an author they don't know and can't look into for 15$. A lot of people won't buy books they know are good for that price! And this is your first novel - they don't know the length, the feel, your writing style... That's a bigger gamble than most people are willing to risk for a money and time sink.

I saw your Blaze post, and I think it's genuinely a good marketing scheme to get your book and your name out there.

However, the downside to a digital novel and a campaign like this is that, unlike in a physical bookstore or even on most sites like kindle, someone curious can't flip through a page or two to get a feel for the writing style or see if the story interests them, and asking someone to pay a relatively high amount of money for a complete gamble is going to get you a lot less strangers buying the book!

I totally understand needing money fast and desperately, and also knowing that if you set a very low price minimum, people are rarely going to go higher than that. However, might I suggest posting the first chapter or two free, and then posting successive chapters individually at low prices or as a whole for one larger price? This means people who see your Blaze post or other marketing tactics can easily and quickly get a feel for the story and become hooked on the plot without immediately setting a high price barrier, and then after they're interested, they feel far more comfortable paying you what you deserve for your work, because they know they want to read that work.

Again, congrats on finishing your novel! I'm sure it's wonderful! I just want to make sure you get as many people as you can paying you for your hard work.

Fog now absolutely paranoid, assuming the death and literally everything ever going wrong is Frozentangle, while Frozentangle just goes with it because it makes her look scarier.

Our girl is just out there lounging on the dark forest's most luxerious rotting log, plotting her nefarious plots. Maybe she didn't even kill her, but just the idea that Fogtail believes she could have makes her feel powerful.

Fiercechasm is more willing to lean on her clanmates and kits for support, I feel like? She sees the little bits of Plumneedle in their sons and is able to recognize that, yes, it hurts, and she misses her, but that Plum would be furious if she neglected Sparrow and Swift in her grief.

It hurts to lose her. Maybe it always will. But they'll be okay.

Idk why, but.. when Fogtail inevitably does go to the Dark Forest and probably sees Frozentangle.. it's just a thought I had, but I feel like, at that point, Frozen wouldn't even be a cat anymore. Vaguely shaped like one, maybe, but whatever she is now, it isn't Frozen. Frozen could feel other things, but now all she wants is vengeance. And what better way than not to only have her murderer there with her, but also still torment Fog's lineage.

I feel like Fog would then regret killing Frozen, but not because she took a life. No, because now she's damned innocent generations to absolute hell because she couldn't take it anymore.

Sorry that I rambled, it's just that the update got me thinking SO HARD
