CONGRATS ON BEING MARRIE!!!!! How do you feel???

I'm good! Very tired lol so much went wonky on the actual day, it was hilarious

In short summary:

•There was a tornado (everyone was fine)

•Our photographer canceled (weather adjacent)

•My maid of honor couldn't come (weather adjacent)

•We realized that we had no way to play music (fear established)

•We realized this as the ceremony was beginning (panic sets in)

•My cousin had to hold up her phone playing music (it was actually pretty loud)

In the end, tho, we had a lot of fun!

In game, WyrmClan is currently sitting all the way at Moon 115. At the moment, we're playing catch up to there! Once we get there, I'm hoping to have a specific limit that I allow myself haha

While I am still devastated by Ivy's loss and have So Many Feels about poor Ragged, I'm Obsessed with two of the Seedlings being apprenticed to his siblings and him and Turtle taking each other's kits as apprentices. Like, after all the clan has been through, they really are so close and it just means so much to me.

The Ferret and Rat families are just. SO SWEET together, and they mean so much to me. Something about these mentor-apprentice pairings really really gets me in particular just because of how interconnected they are. You just KNOW that Water and Wheat sing the girl's praises to their dad all the time, they are the proudest uncle and pseudo uncle ever and Turtle adores Owlpaw. She's such a breath of fresh air to all the sadness going on right now.

Honestly you do such a good job writing these characters I am actually quite sad to see Ivyshine go!! He's been my favourite since he showed up :(

How is Raggedspeckle handling this? Has she actually gotten sick from being near Ivyshine? How are the kits handling this?

Rags is absolutely devastated, of course she is, but at the same time it wasn't completely blindsiding. The whole family knew that Ivy was declining rapidly. Right now, she's choosing to focus on her kits and their well-being. She refuses to be like her mother.

None of the kids got an in-game grieving status, not like Rift and Rags did, but I specifically remember Rosemarykit having the overhead prompt that he was hiding in the nursery on the moon that Ivyshine died, which makes me think that he took it harder than his brothers.

Okay so, like, I meant to do this as an in-character response, with art, but I have forgotten how to draw cats from irl stress lmao so verbal it is!!!

Raggedspeckle hates her mother. Yes, she hated Frozentangle too. But Frozentangle didn't deserve to be murdered over some childish taunting. Fogtail was twice Frozentangle's age, twice her size and the deputy. There's no justification there for her. But what's worse is that, during her trial? Fogtail said that she did it for them, and all Raggedspeckle can think about is the way that her mother never really seemed to look at them after they got older, how she pulled further and further away. One word answers and empty eyes. The exile makes no difference to her, it's not like Fogtail was there before.

Turtlefreckle is numb. Under that, guilt is eating him alive. He can't help but wonder if he had tried harder to reach out to his mom if something would have been different, but he tried. He tried so hard to help her, to be there for her, but every attempt went unappreciated and unanswered. He wishes that she would've just talked to him, or if not him, someone, anyone else. No one should've had to die. He loves his mom, but he thinks that he might hate her a little bit too.

Under the guilt, there's nothing but anger.

Goldenpaw and Swallowpaw together is one of my otps. They are so cute to me and if they don't get to retire together, I am throwing this clan in the garbage. :)
