Xaaron literally once had new recruits pretend to be Decepticons and beat Impactor up because that was the only thing that would impress him, and it worked! Despite all the volatility, it's very obvious how much these two cared about each other.

Dreadwind and Darkwing

Two miserable partners in crime who combine, whose Nebulan partners are also incredibly gay (one of them picked up the other in a bar). It doesn't get better than this!

Ultra Magnus and Cindy Newell

An Autobot/human pairing, weird and interesting for several reasons. I'd be curious to know more about what other people think of Ultra Magnus being on vacation (!) and falling for someone when he sees she is also willing to save her friends. Cindy is a badass, too, protecting him later, but has no time for his suicidal Autobot code.

Blaster and Goldbug/Bumblebee

Blaster and Goldbug become the main characters of the comics for a while, and it's interesting to see how these rebellious heroes influence each other for the better. There are cute moments, too, like Blaster in alt-mode sitting inside Goldbug on the dashboard!

These are only some of the great relationships in the comics, this post is so long but I didn't even get to all my favorites that I've mentioned in other posts! There are way more possible ships and interesting dynamics, some of which are only shown in a single issue or story.
