Love how the person interviewing my transition at the gender health clinic while my dad was on the phone with us (he provided absolutely no info whatsoever) asked if he misgenders me constantly, and I was like-

#miles autistic rambles#tw misgendering#tw vent#I honestly thought if I said yes that I wouldnt get to transition#unfortunately I'm staying with my dad for 3 months :)#who also threatened not to feed me (autistically picky) bc I critisized his new gf#tw ableism#she cooks stuff that I cant eat :)#and he says the classic “we have food at home *lists things I have to actively be starving to consume*#then tells me to respect my elders bc the “adults” have adult things to do and belittles my experience with being talked over ALL THE TIME#he has adhd and is like “things weren't difficult or bad for me”#ya bc you aren't autistic and grew up in a time where you HAD to mask and youre so used to masking its ur fuckin default
