Poppy's car - when Il Mæstro retired, we wondered how he'd keep busy. Didn't take long for him to find this, a 1968 Impala convertible, one of 901 in this series. A real car. A man's car. And after getting a chance to drive it, I can say it's a damn BIG car. "It's smaller than your van," he told me. "Just longer in the front. It's got a 396 engine under the hood, someone replaced the original 307. Homemade butterscotch hot chocolate! Recipe: ½ cup granulated sugar ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup skim milk powder ⅓ cup dark chocolate chunks + mini butterscotch chips (You can leave out the butterscotch chips or substitute for any other flavor you like. Just be sure to not exceed ⅓ as this will make the hot chocolate excessively sweet) ⅓ cup marshmallows (I used this minis) To make the hot chocolate, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, milk powder and chocolate chunks. Add in about 3 to 4 tablespoons of the mix to one cup of hot water. Top with marshmallows and whip cream and enjoy!
