Phenomenal Vegas Pho 💯 . District One Level and Kitchen is known for their live whole main lobster pho . Shortly after I asked about the dish and price ($64), the server left. When she came back and I ordered, she said they just sold out . As disappointed as I was, we ordered their other signature oxtail and ribeye pho and I was impressed by both the flavorful broth and quality ribeye . The lobster may have sold out, but I’ll be back! ⭐️ Taiwan 🇹🇼 Eats ⭐️ . Taiwan Deli, located in Las Vegas Chinatown, is notable for their great hours and for authentic Taiwanese eats . The salty soy milk, pickled fantuan, and egg daikon cake are standouts but I’d skip the XLB or the oyster pancake . We chose to try Taiwan Deli because of the fantuan and stinky tofu they offer over Yummy Box and I’d do it again . Taiwan Deli reminds me of SoCal’s Huge Tree Pastry and that’s a very good thing . Donut Institution . Ronald’s Donuts is a no-frills, old-school donut shop beloved by the people of Las Vegas. I’ve been wanting to try their Apple Fritter for at least a decade . Finally made it to the Chinatown location to try an assortment of donut classics for take-out .
