Le professeur de droit à Harvard y explique exemples à l'appui que les politiques de libre usage du spectre sont plus efficaces et porteuses d'innovation que la concession de licences.
Une lecture intéressante à l'heure où le gouvernement pense, comme le gouvernement Jospin au début de ce siècle, tirer de juteux revenus à court terme de la vente de fréquences...
