parent teacher meeting
26.01.2017
So today was my parent teacher meeting. I got my mid-term report and I did surprisingly well! I got 3x A* 1x A 4x B 2x C This was way better than I had anticipated because my exams were fatally hard ;-; none of my teachers had anything bad to say which was also surprising because I’m always making stupid comments but hey ho.
On another note, I’m thinking of starting the 100 days of productivity so I can post different stuff to my account xx

guess who doesn't speak or learn spanish but decided to learn it in one evening for a gcse assessment tomorrow? Major cramming tonight :) On a better note, my mom friend @plutomathitis and I went to our favourite cafe because our tea place was closed to study

beat procrastination 🌬
1. TURN OFF ALL MOBILE DEVICES// ELECTRONICS. •unless you need your computer to study, there is no point in having extra distraction while you try to focus. Use one of those timed website blockers to prevent yourself from ending up on social media, and install the system where the harmful rays in your computer are dimmed down to prevent you from harm :) 2. MOTIVATE • this goes against my first point, but go on tumblr, search up studyspo or something, and get inspired to do your work. Having cute stationary also makes me want to revise and make cute notes. Think about the benefits of studying. It's definitely tough, but hard work pays off. Imagine where you want to be in a year academically, and focus on taking those first steps towards it. Laying around isn't going to get you anywhere. 3. CLEAR • having a relaxed, organised environment is crucial. Clearing. Your work space goes without saying, but also clear your mind. Take 10 minutes to meditate in order to clear your thoughts and freshen your mind.

If you live in the uk, you NEED to check out The Works. It's a new store that sells crafts, books, art supplies, music supplies, and a heck ton of stationary and such for such cheap prices. I swear it's so affordable, like most of the stuff is under £3. I'm not sure if it's available in other countries but have a look on their website. It's so helpful with revision and makes school more pleasant and organised ;)
