Hi, I'm Madeline – an international Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher (RYT 200-hr @uluyoga) specialized in Hatha, creative Vinyasa flows, dynamic Yin sequences, and restorative flows. I'm an American and Canadian based in Ireland, where I teach in-person and online group classes and private lessons.

After completing a BA from McGill University, a JD from Queen's University Belfast, and numerous corporate jobs, I drifted from my creative, adventurous, outgoing, and athletic nature–and I feared losing those qualities by continuing down the legal route. In my second year of law school, I started travelling as a caddy for European Tour golf tournaments and I couldn't imagine going back to a static office job where I primarily looked forward to weekends. My partner also gave me that nudge I needed to pursue a career in something that I loved and had already been doing everyday– yoga 😊 #yogabymadeline

Twist with me during my Tuesday morning class! 🕉️ 🐾 I love a down dog twist to stretch the side body and prepare for other twists in my practice. It can be done with straight legs or by bending the knee that's on the same side as the ankle-reaching arm.
