There is nothing wrong with being alone. Many people associate being alone with being isolated and lonely, but since when did those have to be bad? You need to find your true happiness without having to depend on another person. Being alone is the best thing you can do so that you may find out more about yourself. You may never fully know who you are, but that’s what life is for! You get the incredible opportunity to figure out what you like and don’t like, your passions and fears, what you believe in, and what you don’t. The Earth is our playground to explore and there will be times that you get blisters from the monkey bars or skin your knee from going down the slide without long pants on because we are meant to make mistakes. We are meant to get hurt and learn from what we did wrong. Life isn’t perfect and it never will be. We need to explore all the possibilities and have the opportunity to learn from every experience whether it’s a positive or negative lesson that we learned from it. Ultimately, they are all good for our soul to love, be adventurous and deal with the consequences that come from it, but in the end, it’s all worth it. 

Whether we go through good or bad times, it makes up the soul that you are today, and it’s ok to experience life by yourself. There is nothing wrong with doing things by yourself. You don’t need to depend on someone else to go do shit with you, go do it by yourself! You are the only person that can make you happy and I cannot remember where I heard that, but it’s true. Find happiness by yourself and then you can truly be happy with anyone if you choose to be with someone. Not everyone is meant to be in a relationship or get married, some people are perfectly happy without anyone and I salute you! I hope to get to that place one day where I don’t need another person and they are just there is I want them. That’s a big difference, needing someone compared to just wanting them in your life. Love yourself in its entirety, because you are a beautiful soul and you deserve to be happy, so let yourself just be.
