WEEK TWO
Tumblr media
↳ how to tame a mortal! — week one
never been dominated by two fox ladies? no? well, today’s your lucky day!
featuring, yae miko & tingyun x fem! reader
cw: face sitting, masterbation, fingering, cursing, pet names, pwp, oral fixation, slight voyerisum, cunninglius
“ my, my, what a pretty thing you are, little one.” miko purrs, grasping your jaw with her palm and lifts your head up, forcing you to exchange eye contact with her. sharp feline eyes stares down into your own with roguish intent, sending shivers down your spine. “ so pretty that i can just eat. you. up~ “ another sultry voice purrs in your ear and a warm tongue licks the shell of your ear.
“ fuck, don’t tease me, you two. “ you hold back a moan as tingyun drags her lips down your neck, nibbling and kissing at your soft skin. yae leans down towards your face, her hot breath fans against your lips. “ hah, tease? “ the youkai giggles, playfully fiddling with the obi of your kimono, “ darling, we haven’t even started yet and you’re already babbling. that naughty mouth of yours could also use a fix too. what to do with you. .hmm. “
the brunette’s arms snakes around your middle, she rests her chin on your shoulder. “ if our pretty girl here really thinks we’re teasing, why don’t we give her a show? “ tingyun suggests slyly, her tail swishing side to side. yae thinks for a moment before grinning, pearly white fangs peaking out from her grin. “ that’s not a bad idea at all, dear. perhaps we’ll make her sit there and watch us until she’s begging to be touched. “
you swallowed thickly at the mischievous tone of yae’s voice. “ that’s not—“ she presses a finger to your lips, “ nuh uh, it’s already been decided little one. think of it as part of our services to satisfy you. it’s practically entertainment, really. don’t you agree? ” tingyun nods, bringing out a red silk ribbon to restrain your wrists as she sets them behind your back. “ so be a good girl for us and enjoy the show.”she kisses your cheek before crawling over to yae who was seated in front of you.
you watch as tingyun gets pulled into a heated kiss by the older kitsune. tingyun’s tail sways excitedly as yae’s hands runs down her sides. you bit your lip, stifling back a soft whine as they undressed each other, revealing their bare perfect bodies—perfect bodies that you can’t even touch. how unfair! “ my, your fur is very soft and fluffy, sweetie. i’m almost jealous. “ yae chuckles, skimming a hand down tingyun’s tail.
“ th-thank you, miss yae, i’m honored. “ the brunette breathes, feeling herself grow wet while the pink–haired woman continues to teasingly play with her sensitive tail. “ mm! “ tingyun squirms as yae strokes her tail and kisses down her jaw. you squeezed your thighs together, poorly attempting to calm down your throbbing heat. yae nibbles at the younger foxian’s skin, careful to not damage her creamy skin. tingyun mewls, loosely wrapping her arms around the youkai’s neck.
yae trails her lips down the valley of tingyun’s breasts and decides to tease one of the harden buds. she swirls her warm tongue around it and tugs, eliciting a soft moan from tingyun. she repeats her actions a few times before pulling away with a wet pop. yae glances over at you, a mischievous grin dances across her lips. she notices the desperate expression sitting on your cute features which made her chest warm with satisfaction. “ here darling, let’s give the little one a nice close–up. position your back against me and spread your legs. “
tingyun gladly complies, and spreads her legs apart to show off her glistening pussy. you nearly drooled at the sight, watching intently as yae’s fingers spreads her soaked folds apart. “ i simply only played with your tail and touched you a little and you’re already wet. do you see this little one? watch closely.” with her middle finger, yae rubs tingyun’s clit in slow, broad motions. the brunette lets out a soft whimper, dropping her head back onto her senior’s shoulder.
“ n-not fair, “ you voiced out, (e/c) eyes glued to tingyun’s pussy, “ i-i wanna be touched that way or a-at least let me eat her out! “ yae chuckles at your words, now currently stroking tingyun’s folds, and coating her digits with her juices. “ hmm. .” she dips a finger inside her cunt, “ why not both? to think about it now, i do want that dirty mouth of yours to be put into use and i know just a way to do it. “
yae whispers into tingyun’s ear, pulling out her slick covered finger. “ oh, that sounds like a wonderful idea. i’m already eager to dive in, miss yae. “ the brunette’s emerald eyes peers at you with a predatory look. you swallowed harshly as the two women pulls away from each other and shuffles around you. one frees you from your restraints while the other quickly undresses you. you find yourself on your back with yae hovering her pussy over your face and tingyun between your parted legs.
“ before we continue, i will say that i won’t get up until i’m satisfied. as a kitsune, i have quite the stamina so don’t expect me to move after one release. “
before you can response, she drops her pussy onto your face, straddling your head with her plush thighs. “ don’t disappoint me, little one. “ yae says, rolling her hips as you stick your tongue out to lick at her folds and clit. tingyun grips your thighs, delving down to playfully blow hot air to your clit, causing you to gasp. “ and don’t forget about me, lovely. i’ll gladly make home in between your legs to satisfy my favorite human~ “ tingyun purrs.
she scissors your pussy lips open with her fingers and gives your folds several long licks. your toes curls in pleasure as her wet muscle greedily explores your pussy. “ mmph! “ a muffled moan erupts from your chest. the vibration easily goes up though yae, she grunts, firmly gripping your hair. “ ugh, come on now, use that mouth of yours or i won’t be moving an inch anytime soon. “
your arms curl around her thighs, pushing her pussy further down until your nose is nudging against her clit. your tongue circles around her dripping hole, lapping up her sweet nectar before entering inside. “ th-that’s more like it. .” yae moans beautifully, arching her back in pleasure as she continues to grind on your tongue. after several minutes, tingyun finds herself in cloud nine, eating out your pretty pussy—her tail hasn’t stop swishing the second your taste explodes on her tongue.
“ your taste might actually rival one of my favorite blends, “ tingyun mutters, reaching her hand down to push two fingers inside of her aching heat. filthy sounds of squelching and lewd moans fills the room. “ just like that, little one—mmm, that’s my good little pup. “ yae purrs, tenderly scratching her nails against your scalp. “ had i known that tongue of yours was decent, perhaps i should’ve of let you do this to our sweetie over there first. “
“ i’m not in a rush, “ tingyun continues, pulling away a bit after leaving multiple hickies on your inner thighs, “ but after you’re done, i would love to cream on our human’s tongue though. she wouldn’t mind taking care of me next, no? “ yae casts tingyun a sly smirk from over her shoulder before returning her attention back down to you. you poor thing, you look like you’re already completely out of it; eyes hazy with lust and face twisted with unadulterated pleasure and all.
“ oh, our little one wouldn’t mind one bit. “

inuyasha's time on the tree is honestly a subject that fascinates me. imagine you were a kid in the village where this all happened, fifty years ago. you hear rumors of the hanyo skirting around the village, but your parents tell you that miko-sama will take care of it - after all, she's taken care of every demon that's showed on the village doorstep, so this should be no different. and then she dies - the woman you thought was invincible, that everyone told you was invincible, untouchable, dies. she bleeds out surrounded by people, and you hide behind your mother's wrap skirt while you watch the pyre burn, and the smoke pour into the sky. your village's only protector is gone, and in her stead is a little girl around your age, who up until now has only held her sister's quiver. is she able to hold her sister's mantle and all that comes with it? it's a question too heavy for you to think on.
kikyo-sama's murderer - that's what they say he is - is pinned to the tree in the forest. you are forbidden from playing there anymore, but there are days where the ball rolls out of the street and into the foliage, and you chase it over the moss-covered crags until you find yourself there. and at first you're terrified to go any closer, plagued with images of the hanyo stirring to life and attacking you. but he doesn't stir. he doesn't move. he almost doesn't seem to breath, and it is only by the slow rise and fall of his chest, punctured with kikyo's arrow, that you know he must still be alive.
you can't fathom how he still lives.
you ask around. it's a touchy subject, and nobody in the village has anything good to say. the rumors are shrill and inescapable, like cicadas during summer: he charmed her, he bewitched her, he played at being her friend and betrayed her. always, he is the betrayer. you learn nothing from them and there is nothing to unearth. the right people to ask are no longer able to respond. the ones old enough to give you answers speak with restrained anger, rage tightening the skin around their lips. you visit kikyo-sama's grave, leaving flowers with the other villagers, but her empty headstone provides no answers, either.
the hanyo is silent, and the forest grows around him. you had never looked at him before, only knowing his face torn apart in anger and shock, moments before the arrow's magic overtook him. you, against all the chastisements of your parents, and all the recurring tales you've heard of youkai, find yourself at his tree without thinking. and it is his tree, just as it's his forest, because nobody dares to step foot in it. nobody except you. you linger by the generous shade of the trees, watching from a distance, expecting something. but the tree he rests against may as well be a gravestone, too.
you find yourself in the forest doing menial things, like collecting firewood, even though your mother tells you that it's best to avoid treading too far. the trees by the hanyo are too thick for someone as tiny as you to put a dent in, anyway, but you imagine it would be easy work for him - his claws peek just under the fluttering rim of his sleeves, and again you imagine him tearing himself free of his prison and stalking towards you. he doesn't. no matter how much noise you make, his eyelashes lay low, and his body hangs limp, like your sister's rag-doll.
you imagine this may be a mistake, but you continue to make the same choices. perhaps it's the lack of answers, or the childlike curiosity that tethers you back into the forest. maybe it's the fact that while you were able to gaze upon kikyo-sama from afar, you never quite knew her. you admired her as everyone else did, but just like the gods themselves, she was distant. the closest you'd ever been to her was the day of her death, when her mask of serenity broke into a thousand pieces, and she clung to her sister's arm for the first time, begging kaede to follow her instructions. a face of pain, a twin with that of the hanyo's - a thread between them, sewn together by the death itself.
somehow, this hanyo is the last remaining piece of the village's deceased priestess.
you move on with life. you grow older, and get married to someone in the village, and watch your own children get married - but the hanyo is there, just as he was decades ago, as unchanging as a statue. it's an unfair comparison, you think - any statue you've seen is cold and immobile, but the hanyo's blood pulses under his skin, like he's constantly running. though he looks peaceful, you still believe, after all these years, that he could escape at any moment.
but inuyasha doesn't escape. a girl in strange clothes frees him, and when his eyes flash open, you see life enter them again for the first time in fifty years.

“He’s the one who wanted to see. You hardly ever talk to him about youkai. I’m sure you don’t think there’s a need to, you’re trying to spare him. He can see that, but he can’t understand you if you don’t talk to him. He wants to help, but he doesn’t know what to do. You stand so close, and yet so far apart. Both unable to say what the other needs to hear.”

As someone who is- at best- a Touhou secondary, can you offer any insight as to why there appears to be/is so much drama surrounding whether or not Merry is Yukari? “Seemingly Unrelated Character B grows up into/otherwise becomes Character A” is not an especially world-shattering story beat, and after reading your document it seems unbelievably obvious by 2005.
There's nothing that I can say is the overall reason as sadly I'm not a mind-reader, but I have some theories (some of which may be true in parallel, some of which may not be true at all):
A.) Touhou is a series that many fans believe is highly up to interpretation (due to the fact that they are otaku unused to literary elements such as the unreliable narrator; you can see this in, for example, responses to Umineko) so there's a degree of resistance to anything being "obviously intended".
B.) Many Touhou fans enjoy having opinions on things without reading the works that apply to these things; the music CDs in particular are a case where "fans of fans" are very common. This isn't necessarily a problem when discussing what people like, but it runs into issues when discussing, say, authorial intent.
C.) Youkai are kind of nasty, and Yukari is a particularly nasty variation. Many people don't like the idea of humans in Touhou becoming youkai in general.
D.) Due to B, as well as the obscurity of the two works that are written directly from Yukari's perspective, many people have an incorrect idea of Merry's personality, Yukari's personality, or both; this leads them to have an incorrect idea of the differences between the two. This is the "well, even if Yukari was Merry once, is there anything really left of her since she's so different?" objection.
E.) Many people see the idea of Merry ending up as a youkai as something tragic- they enjoy the idea of her and Renko going on adventures in their modern day forever. This is despite the fact that their sense of ennui in and disgust with the modern world is more apparent with each CD published.
F.) Also coming from E and B, people often have an interpretation of the club members as "innocent" and "childlike"; there's a general degree of belief in sweet, innocent, childish whimsy being what drives their actions in the CDs. Yukari being self-admittedly too tired to have stupid fun like the members of the Scarlet Devil Mansion going to the moon on their idiot rocket can seem like a contradiction in terms, and makes it seem "tragic".
G.) Also coming from E, many people seem to have the mistaken opinion that in order for Merry to have become a youkai, something terrible must have happened to Renko, and she's really torn up about it. Either that, or that she'll never see her again- this latter is common even in more level-headed interpretations, but makes little sense with, for example, the idea of Yuyuko Saigyouji existing. Anyway, people don't like to imagine the club being torn apart so rudely.
H.) An extension from G- people don't believe that Merry could ever be or become a youkai without harming Renko as they simply don't seem to have a strong metaphysical understanding of youkai from other Touhou works (and this idea is often played up for drama in popular fan media).
Generally speaking, it's mostly "she's so unlike this, so either this can't be true or if it was true it would be a terrible tragedy. and i can't stand terrible tragedies, so it can't be true" as large segments of the Hifuu fandom are a little bit immature about the idea of anything ever changing. In a sense, it's kind of treated like Class S yuri. Add to this a good helping of people not reading and not believing that anything not stated in so many words can be true, and you get a perfect storm of idiocy.

Saiyuki Novel by Minekura Kazuya/Misagi Hijiri (published by G-Fantasy / Square Enix in 1999): Introductions and links to translations of the Drama CDs
This post was inspired by @miss-fiery’s musing on Sanzo’s seemingly unlimited supply of bullets. 😁
Tumblr media
As stated on the Saiyuki fandom wiki page, the novel consisted of three volumes. Interestingly, I have always thought of each volume as a separate novel.
Why? The plots are independent of each other. To understand and enjoy the stories, you do not need to read the novels (or volumes) or listen to the Drama CDs in order.
Now, on to the introductions and my brief thoughts on each volume.
Volume 1: Kaen no Zanmu
Goku rescued a baby in a wooden crate floating down the river (sounds familiar, right). Hakkai got rid of a salamander youkai who turned up to claim the baby as his prize. On closer examination, the Ikkou discovered that the baby possessed red eyes and hair.
They entered a nearby town, only to be greeted with hostility by the townspeople. It turned out that the town had a pact with a youkai, a different one from the youkai that Hakkai had killed. Each household were to send a member as a sacrifice to this youkai. Otherwise, the town would be attacked by the youkai.
The Ikkou met the baby’s young aunt, Rikei, who told them that she intended to send her nephew to the youkai again. The penalty for not sending a sacrifice was a wholesale massacre of the household. Moreover, since the baby’s parents were dead and she was his sole surviving relative, she reasoned that the baby would not survive anyway if she were to offer herself as the sacrifice.
The Ikkou, or rather, Goku, came up with a ‘brilliant’ plan to save both the baby and the town.
The hanyou baby served as a plot device and to highlight Gojyo’s and to a lesser extent, Sanzo’s pasts.
Translation of the Drama CD by KonnyakuHonyaku can be found here.
Bonus: Horiuchi Ken'yū played the unfortunate salamander youkai who met his end at Hakkai’s hands.
Volume 2: Kyouka Suigetsu
A bloodthirsty mass-murderer seemed to be making their way toward Chang’an. Several nearby villages had already been wiped out at the start of the story. Because of the gruesome way the victims were killed (torn apart as if by a youkai’s claws) and Hakkai’s past, the monk-enforcers tasked with investigating the murders considered him the prime suspect.
Goku befriended the sole witness to one of the mass murders, a boy called Yoku, who seemed to still be in shock. Yoku had no idea how the murderer looked like. He only remembered hearing the unseen murderer utter the word ‘Kanan’....
Meanwhile, Gojyo had to deal with a hostile new housemate whom Hakkai had brought home one rainy night. Sanzo was away on a mystery mission from the Three Aspects, a mission apparently unconnected to the case of the mass murders.
Hakkai’s past is the focus of this volume, which also explained how he met Hakuryuu/Jeep and why our lovable little dragon seemed to have two names.
Translation of the Drama CD by Anthey Oom can be found here.
Note about this translation: There are places that did not make sense to me until I listened to the corresponding sections in the Drama CD and realized that those translations were technically correct, if one were to substitute the phrases with their homonyms. My guess is that the translator did their best in a pre-jisho.com era. Although their grasp of Japanese did not seem to be as good as KonnyakuHonyaku’s. the mistakes are understandable, since Japanese is rife with homonyms.
[As an aside, virtually all subtitling projects of Japanese (TV) Dramas today employ Japanese subtitles, which can be machine-translated to English and then checked manually. One has to be very brave and foolish (or a die-hard fan) to translate by ear these days. I am still looking for a machine-translator that can handle Drama CDs and do not require installations on a Linux/Unix machine or expertise in Python. DeepL and Google Translate might work with short sentences but not an hour worth of dialogues. Until then, I am slowly translating some favorite BL Drama CDs in my free time, averaging 1-2 minutes worth of dialogues each night....]
Volume 3: Rasen No Koyomi
Having run out of bullets, Sanzo asked Hakkai to make a detour to a small town, where an old blacksmith acquaintance lived.
During the drive to the town, we hear a juicy tidbit from Hakkai about how Gojyo narrowly escaped a forced marriage. Later, we get more insight into why it is a bad idea for Gojyo and Goku to room together, at least, bad for the proprietor of the inn.
The flashbacks reveal an adventure of Kouryuu’s not long after he left the Kinzan temple. Wounded after an encounter with some youkai and having lost his consciousness, he woke up in the dwelling of a strange man, who sardonically replied to Kouryuu’s curt question of “You are?” with: “What do you want to know about me? Age? Name? Or my type when it comes to the ladies? My three sizes?” 🤣
Back to the present, after an apparently humdrum walk, Gojyo returned to the inn with a guest. The problem is, only Hakkai and Sanzo were able to see the guest, at least in the beginning....
The focus of this volume is obviously on Sanzo, but 39/93 fans will enjoy the tender moment between Sanzo and Goku near the end.
Translation of the Drama CD by KonnyakuHonyaku can be found here.

Spoilers of Natsuyuu Ch.125
Tumblr media
Not a summary, just something I think interesting (and important).
Spoilers under cut.
Tumblr media
Maybe it's just me but I think Tanuma's eye here is kind of different.
Tumblr media
Morio, Nakatomi family's adopted son. He wanted to help his adoptive parents as much as he could. He wanted to be their real family.
Tumblr media
It seems like Tanuma sympathizes with Morio. (He has been working hard to be Natsume's side, too) (Or he's thinking of Natsume who is also adopted)
Tumblr media
Miss No.7 says Ban has good eyes.
Tumblr media
Ban mentions Tanuma passed out due to anemia, and tells him if he wanted to leave with his tachi, he needed to forget whatever No.7 had said.
Tumblr media
That youkai inside mirror disappeared with Ban's presence. But without the youkai, Tanuma finally sees the pattern on the mirror... just like that tea cup he saw when he's younger. (In Ch.100)
Tumblr media
Ban: ——! You have strange eyes. The youkai tells him to run. So Tanuma says he is just dizzy due to anemia and takes his leave.
Tumblr media
The door leads to Nakatomi family's treasure.
Tumblr media
Nakatomi family's treasure. It started to fall apart because it wasn't someone from the Nakatomi family who found it. Even Morio, who was only an adopted son, and not blood related.
Tumblr media
Now Shinobu learns Natsume is strong enough to resonate with the collapsing doll.
Tumblr media
But, than, something seems to be appearing...
+
Okay, now I believe that this arc is not just for Shinobu reveals herself, but it's also for Tanuma. No matter what he had done, the adopted son of the Nakatomi family cannot become a member of the Nakatomi family, and Tanuma obviously resonates with him (he cannot get close to Natsume no matter how hard he tries). But at the same time, Shinobu seems in the parallel (she is a Matoba even she left the house.)
And...Ban has good eyes. Ban says Tanuma has strange eyes. In Ch.118, Tanuma showed his ability to distinguish between real and fake youkai related tools. Things are getting interesting...
BTW, in ch.123,
Tumblr media
I start to believe Clara may be its master...it's too random for it to just came and had a talk with "Black Misa", and Clara is still missing in this chapter.
The reason why Clara wanted to find "Black Misa" may be continued in other arcs.

Sano & Haru:Meddling Melding
PART 2PART PART2 PART 2-
So...here's part 2. Somehow all my major moments I found could be perfectly sectioned off into 3 parts
Enjoy I guess~ (chapters 38-80)
Tumblr media
☆Chapter 38。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。.。:+*゚
The return of mii-kun!
Past Sano saves Haru, showing that even when not around Haru physically he still is looking out for haru.
And this is very different from what their relationship was earlier. Before I wouldn't believe Sano trying to help or save Haru because he truly wants to see him safe (maybe to not get into trouble or because Mame wants to help him).
He is the FIRST one Haru calls for help (both times!) and also the one who organizes rescuing him. Sano is the first one to get to him, the one to grab, and even lightly insults him. Sano is so afraid and worried for our pathetic boy!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
☆Chapter 43。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。.。:+*゚
Ah yes...the chapter that has my "shoujo moment".
This scene is probably my favorite scene of them in the whole manga.
The way Sano sees himself as an outcast from the others (and probably now the other gods) and looks like he trying not to crumble in front of his teacher. How haru reassures him of who he is, that he is apart of their class, their makeshift family. How haru offers a shoulder to lean on while not pushing sano to tell him more info than he's comfortable with. Sano smiling (and not trying to pretend it didn't happen!) at Haru. You can tell how at ease and relieved Sano is when he's with Haru (and admits it!). How they both trust each other with their secrets and understand that when the other will tell the rest of the class is something only they can decide on.
I love this scene (this was also the scene that made me realize that this manga was going to a part of my "manga I've read and will keep up to date cause I actually like it" list...I read a lot of random manga for the sake of read manga so that's a HIGH honor!)
Tumblr media
☆Chapter 52。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。.。:+*゚
Tumblr media
I know that this chapter isn't that remarkable but this is my post and i get to decide what dumb little moments we focus on!
To be honest ever since I first read this chapter, I haven't really understood the root of Sano's emotions here (and trust me I know this is a me problem, please someone else explain this chapter also) BUT I WILL TRY!
Sano is a bit jealous of haru intruding at first. And that seems to play a part of his overall frustrations, but i think it mainly lies with two more reasons why.
1-Haru is getting treated like a dangerous madman by the other teacher. He is annoyed at this and from the context of the previous chapters it probably is because he, and many others, don't. Class 2-3 treats Haru generally like a normal teacher, maybe a bit more (a lot more actually) familiar than most people would but still! Sano also knows and has spent so much one on one time with Haru that he understand that any worries are not really valid. He knows who haru is and he decided that to him he isn't a bad guy. He knows how much Haru wants to be treated normal and not like an outcast. He, even up to chapter more current chapters I say, knows the most about Haru. Not even just about his past, the seimei situation, but also about stuff that only applies to Haru.
(and in the next chapter I talk about, he actually shows that he doesn't like people thinking bad about Haru when they don't even get to know him. Very "if you're gonna dislike Haru at least dislike him for real reasons and not because iof misunderstandings cause you didn't try to understand him")
And 2- He seems upset at the effect that Haru has over him. Haru has this aura that makes Sano feel so relaxed around him that has been growing along side their relationship. The manga really shows that when Sano opens up to Haru he acts more like a regular goofy awkward teen and less like a cool guy that only gets involved when he has to, something he most likely pick up after transferring to our favorite little youkai school.
He is annoyed by this (maybe because he doesn't have the same effect to Haru?). Annoyed that Haru just so purely cares about him being his best. That Haru can do this so effortlessly and genuinely it effects him. That it reminds him of what his brother used to be like...Or maybe he (and me) dont know why he feels this way!
For haru's part, he wants to see Sano being his best self and trying hard! He believes in him and knows that Sano can do better! And he wants to push Sano, and all his students, to succeed and be their best. If he has to compete against them or cheer them on, then he will do it!
Tumblr media
(Also this panel...just look at it..)
☆Chapter 54。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。:+* ゚ ゜゚ *+:。.。.。:+*゚
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(I chose this chapter/scene instead of 53 because that moment felt more about Sano distancing himself from his brother than his relationship with Haru.)
Like I previously stated, He doesn't like when others treat Haru badly, or like an outcast, when they don't even know Haru.
When he gets to Haru, he takes charge of situation. He the one that get him to open up to why he under the desk ( DEJECTED-AKI!?!?!?! THEY HAVE A DESIGNATED NAME FOR THIS?!?!?!). He's the one who gets him out, though by force. He even kinda references to chapter 52 with how he know that Haru doesn't need to be babied. He sees Haru for what he is, an amazing teacher who works hard to all his students can achieve their goals.
And he tells this to him! Sano us now so open to Haru. Before he would go full tsundere about how he sees Haru as a great teacher, dismissing and lying about it. But now he embarrassingly tells him to his face. He throws the words that he use to comfort Sano when he was feeling down about himself back at Haru.
He see Haru as someone who doesn't need to be coddled, not because he's loser adult (ok, maybe a bit because of that), but because Sano has seen how far Haru has come and believes and knows he is also a great person.
