The Explosive Drummer one, so far not much on them beyond the design. As for what their deal is, I don't know. I am picturing them being fought in a pyramid themed ice rink though

Their name is a play on Pili Pao (meaning Thunder Cannon, from the name of archaic Chinese cannon design fei yun pi li pao (flying-cloud thunder cannon)
