Genuinely think that if you design a piece of technology that is user unfriendly you should be brought before a firing squad.
#brought to you by wall heaters#it seemed like the most convinient way to heat my room#as we have solar panels so heating on electricity is the best option#but the user interface is so fucking god awful and unfriendly that i am genuinely considering sending a 'strongly worded' email about it#do you know what this thing needs?#two buttons to set the temperature and an on/off switch#do you know what this thing has?#a requirement to set the current day and time. a requirement to set the on and off time spans. temperature settings#oh and a grand total of four buttons for you to do it on#this piece of shit also comes together with an instuction manual so god fucking awful and confusing that you'll come out even more confused#on how to operate this mess#every piece of new technology should be easy to use and understand#the probability of user errors should be minimized as much as possible#it shouldnt be some tech bro flexing about how smart and educated he is#bro you put a radiator on the wall#congratulations#youve discovered america in the year 2023 of our lord
