Oooh!!! I HAVE ACTUALLY OMG I feel like people should focus more on their relationship, it’s so sweet!!! 🥺 here are some of them!!!

Mappi headcanons:

- This one isn’t originally mine but yeah I believe in Filipino Mahiru supremacy HONORARY PINOY FR

- To me she seems like the kind of person who would have little habits/ticks she likes to do like twirling her pencil around, bouncing her leg while she’s sitting, skipping around in place those sort of things!!!

- She also likes to gesticulate with her hands a lot so she can get her point across, and it helps her keep track of her thoughts too when she’s speaking to someone

- Her, Kazui, and Mikoto like to hang out occasionally! I feel like they would volunteer together at an animal shelter to help out! :D

- She would show up to Haruka, Yuno, and Mu’s high school graduation and make a whole banner for them! She would make the biggest deal out of it because she’s just so proud of them you know 🥺

- Loves to bake, is really good at it actually (she would definitely do those pie competitions some people have you know whoever makes the best pie gets a ribbon yeah that, she has so many ribbons :3) , but struggles sometimes with cooking, Shidou helps teach her some skills and come up with easier recipes for her to make!

- I also think she would totally stress bake just so she could vent out all her emotions djfjfkfk which results in a lot of cookies and cakes being made. She gives all the extra ones to Amane!

- This is the dumbest one but I headcanon that she’s just extremely good at DDR, SO MUCH SO that one time she was at the arcade with Kotoko, she attracted so much of a crowd with how high her score was while everyone else cheered her on. It was at that moment that Futa Kajiyama, who was also at the arcade at the time, swears to beat her at this game one day LMAO

- Is the sole focus of the majority of the pictures on Kotoko’s camera, has a polaroid picture of them together in her phone case, also they have matching charms on both of their school bags—

Amane headcanons:

- She would definitely do color guard in school! It’s one of her main passions, along with band! I want Amane Momose to play a trumpet I think it would be amazing

- Kazui, Shidou, Futa, Mahiru, and Kotoko are at her games often, they all cheer her on ofc <3

- Shidou always loves to celebrate after her games with giving her pancakes! Ofc she denies them and lets the others eat them, but she’ll save one pancake for herself just to show her appreciation (cue Shidou crying in the corner while Kazui tries to comfort him LMAO)

- I feel like she would be an avid collector of pokemon cards, or just like any trading card game for that matter. Futa always takes her to card game stores so she can pick out the newest packs and they can build decks together. Sometimes Mikoto joins in but he has no idea what he’s doing jhdfbhjd

THIS IS HOW I IMAGINE AMANE AND MIKOTO PLAYING CARD GAMES TOGETHER LMAO

- In the beginning, she wasn’t that good and Futa would always beat her, but now they're evenly matched, and she always revels in the victory whenever she wins in a game against Futa >:3

- Yuno would help with picking out new outfits for her! I feel like they would frequent the mall often lol. Haruka also joins them on occasion, and him and Amane love to look at all the stuffed animal and book stores together!

- Her, Haruka, and Mu would probably take an art class over the summer together and all of them would be so invested in it that it becomes a hobby!

- Once Amane gets to high school, I think it would be cute if Mu gave her a hand me down uniform with custom stitching and everything. The uniform has embroidery all around it where everyone contributed to something on the uniform

- Kotoko takes her to martial arts training classes, which she enjoys a lot. She tries out the new kicks she's learned on Futa and Shidou <3

- Kazui always gives her piggy back rides 🥺

- Amane has a pet cat named Sango, whom she loves very much 🥺 she is very sweet and spoiled, and loves cuddling with her. It helps Amane when she has trouble sleeping, or if she has a nightmare

- I said before how Mappi would give Amane all the extra sweets she's made, but I also think that Amane herself would try to learn how to bake, so Mappi offers to be her taste tester! Sometimes she creates inedible things and Mappi suffers but it's with a smile as Amane smiles back at her and continues on baking! :D (she'll tell her what she did wrong later dfkjnfd)

- Amane always loves to help out with cooking dinners! She would help Mahiru peel and cut all the vegetables! They would also frequent the food market together I feel like, and Mahiru allows Amane to pick out a few sweet treats like candy that she can take home

- Mahiru buys a little cat charm for Amane's bookbag! She also helps cat sit Sango whenever Amane is busy

- Around the holidays, her and Amane would go to all the festivities around town! Looking at the Christmas lights, drinking hot chocolate, all of that! Amane would start snowball fights with Mappi, and they both get competitive really quick lol (spoiler: Amane always wins <3)

Puffs and Typhoons (Black Clover)

Heyo so! I don't remember who requested this if anyone at all- but I love Yunleo alot and when I saw it on my request/cloud watching page I said: "Screw it- I'm writing it!" And here we are! I also couldn't find any good gif's with them so I made a doodle for the occasion! (Ignore the hands I know they're terrible) I hope y'all like it!

Summary: Yunleo have a tickle fight. That's the gist of it :D

A deep breath, then a soft puff of air, brushing reddening skin.

“AH!” Yuno scrunched up immediately, cheeks reddening at the noise he let out. “Leopold!”

“Hahaha! Did I surprise you with my new technique?” His boyfriend cheered from beside him, satisfied with the reaction he got. “I call it the Candle’s Kiss! Shall I do it again?”

“What kind of name-Ah! Nohooohooho!” Yuno yelped, already giggling as Leopold’s arms came around him, trapping him against his chest as more puffs brushed his neck, making him double over. “Sthahahhap it tiihiihickles!”

“Does it now?” Leopold gasped in mock shock. “I had no idea!”

“Ahehehehe!” Yuno would have retorted with something in words had Leopold not puffed again. Wigging a hand free, he pulled his Golden Dawn hood tighter around his neck, blocking out the puffs. “Thehehehre!”

“Oh my, whatever shall I do now?” Leopold leaned in so his chin was resting on Yuno’s shoulders, the arms around his torso finding his sides. “How can I tickle my boyfriend when he’s guarding his neck? Arms up and out of the way- easily letting me tickle him….here!”

“PFFT-GEhahhahahahahhaha!” Yuno spasmed with a squeak when Leopold dug into his ribs, the pressure just right to send him tumbling backwards. “Nohohoohoho fahahhahahhahair!”

“Yes, fair!” Leopold grinned when Yuno released his hood, quickly diving his face against his neck and nuzzling away. “All is fair in the art of tickling!”

Yuno whined through his mirth at the feeling of tickles against his neck once more, sinking further into Leopold’s arms as he tried to get away. This only gave the redhead more spots to tickle, and soon he had two hands in his armpits and a face pressing kisses into his neck like no tomorrow.

Oh dear- he was rather screwed.

“LEHEHEHHEOPOLD PLEHAHAHHAHHSE!” He cried, cheeks as red as his boyfriend’s hair as he scrunched and giggled, feet kicking against the grass and hands finding his face, hiding it from the world. “STHAHAHHAHAP!”

“Oh, so you give up?” Leopold declared, pausing his neck kisses for a moment. The hands in his armpits still tickled, but it wasn’t so bad now that his neck was safe. “Do you wish to submit to me or accept your fated tickling?”

“Iihiihihihihiiehehehe! Iihihiihih’ll chhohohoohohose…thhhiihihis” Yuno’s grimoire came up almost instinctively, flipping to an old page. “Wiihihhind magic! Typhohoohohoon!”

Leopold was about to ask what kind of spell that was when he was suddenly being lifted, a few feet in the air and spinning in a slow pace. He oddly felt like one of those rotisserie chickens he’d seen Mereoleona cook. “Whoa ha HA! This is amazing! Yuno, what kind of spell is this?”

“An ohohold one.” Yuno stammered out, getting to his feet. “Gohohood for catching rascals.”

“Ah! It’s certainly fun!” Leopold sat back, taking it all in. “How do I get off?”

“You don’t.” Something in Yuno’s voice changed. Leopold peeked.

“Yuno? What are you- Ah! Ahehahahahhahahhaha!” The redhead yelped when hands attacked his knees, Yuno scribbling at the joints. “Ghahhahahahahh! Yuhuuuhuhno wahahhahahaait!”

“No way- you didn’t wait for me.” Yuno teased, giving his knees one last squeeze before they spun away. “Ah, there you are.” He quickly reached down to Leopold’s chest and armpits when they came into reach, repeating the action and making his boyfriend cackle and squirm. “This will teach you to tickle me!”

“Ahehahahahhahha! Yuhhuuhuhuhno, lehehehehet me dohoohohown- AHHAHA NOT THEHEHHEHRE!” Leopold squealed when hands attacked his belly, giving it a solid pinch and prod before it spun out of reach. Knees, armpits, neck, belly- that was the order he was getting tickled in with each rotation. “Whahahhahahit I’m shhahahahahAHHAHAHARRY!”

“Are you gonna keep tickling me?” Yuno asked, pausing the mini tornado so he could easily reach Leopold’s belly, going for his weakest spot. “Are you gonna behave?”

“YHEHEHEHEHEHS! I MEHAHAHN NO! I MEHAHAHHAN YEHHEHEHEHHS!” Leopold cried, feet kicking and hands swatting helplessly as he tried to protect his tum.

“Which one is it? Make up your mind.” Yuno laughed, reaching inward and kneading the sides of his stomach.

“IIHIHIIHLL BEHAHHAHVE! IHIIHIHIHLL BEHAVE NOW STHAHAHHAAP!” The flame mage cackled, unable to fight down another squeal. Finally, the tickles came to an end, the wind beneath him lowering him down gently until he was against the grass once more. Gasping for air, he tossed an arm across his eyes while the other held his belly, weak little puffs of laughter escaping his tired lips. “Ahheheh…hehehehe..thahaht wasn’t bad.”

“What, the tickling?” Yuno snorted, sitting down beside his boyfriend, letting him scoot up so his head was in his lap. “I suppose I could have gone harder. Give you a raspberry or two.”

“Ahehehe! I mehahehant the speehhell.” Leopold giggled at the phantom feeling, smoothing a hand over his gut. “Your control is great! I bet your siblings loved it when you carried them around in that.”

“Heh, you know? They did.” Yuno smiled, something soft crossing his eyes as he thought of home. “They’d love you. You're so…bright, you know? It’s hard not to love you.”

Leopold blushed, his smile wide as he reached up, running a thumb against Yuno’s cheek. “You’re sweet today.”

“I mean it.” Suddenly his eyes widened some, a thought crossing his head. “Hey…this is a little bit on the impromptu side so feel free to say no but…do you want to come visit them? The next time we get time off at the same time?”

“Visit Hage?” Leopold asked, eyes wide.

“Yeah! You can meet everyone there! I mean- it’s nothing fancy compared to the capital, and we’re only good at making potatoes-WHOA!” Yuno yelped when Leopold tackled him into a hug, sending them both tumbling backwards.

Then he was kissing him, gentle and fierce at the same time. Yuno was starting to melt into it when Leopold pulled away in his excitement.

“I’d love to! I want to meet your family!” Leopold grinned, eyes shining. “If you’d have me, that is.”

Yuno grinned, nodding before pulling the redhead back down, kissing him again and again. They could sort out the details and send out letters later. For now, he just wanted to bask in the happy feeling of it all.

Leopold was coming to Hage with him.

Lorelei is David's bright, sunny, and extroverted "Big Sis," and Henry Legolant's fiancée from a betrothal arranged by their parents that they both end up actually wanting in the end. Though she is a little bit clumsy and quirky, she is naturally cheerful, open-minded, and kindhearted and has a great sense of humor and a warm, friendly nature that makes her very popular even amongst the most serious curmudgeons. 💖

Fun Facts Under the Cut 💙 (Warning: Spoilers for the Spade Arc)

Lorelei is David’s “Big Sis," and they're very close. Technically they’re cousins, but Lorelei was orphaned and raised by David’s parents from the time she was around 10, so David basically grew up with her as a big sister since he was around 4 or 5 when she came to live with them.

Lorelei has “Lucky Magic.” It’s similar to David’s dice magic in that it changes things just slightly in her favor. For instance, when she trips, she falls on soft ground or ends up catching her balance on conveniently placed things or when she gets lost, she ends up stopping to ask for directions at the location she was trying to get to in the first place. Lorelei's magic is extremely weak though, and, as such, her grimoire is very small and thin.

On account of her weak mana, Lorelei is not a magic knight herself; however, she loves to visit David at the Golden Dawn's Headquarters. Since she has such a naturally cheerful and sunny personality, she often tries to make a game of trying to get some of the more serious Golden Dawn members to smile. For instance, she once got Alecdora Sandler to smile by asking him about his favourite memories of Captain Vangeance. She has not succeeded in getting Yuno, Langris, or Letoile (who she ‘not-so-secretly’ ships with David) to smile yet, but she’s working on it.

Before her parents died, they had arranged a marriage for her with Henry Legolant. The Swallows and the Legolants considered it a win-win because Lorelei's parents were ashamed of her lack of mana/magical ability and Henry's parents were worried they’d never marry Henry off and their noble line would die out because of his curse. However, his curse didn’t affect Lorelei much since she had weak mana to begin with.

Henry and Lorelei used to play together quite a bit when they were little. Lorelei never saw Henry, but he would build things for her out of the floorboards and tiles in the house and she’d guess what they were. She was always very fond of Henry and considered him a dear friend, and Lorelei was Henry’s only friend, for a long time, even if they never saw each other [and I think he may have been a bit sweet on her (in the most innocent kind of way) 💕]. However, when she was taken in by her aunt and uncle (David’s parents), they were much more accepting of her lack of magic and were much kinder to her than her own parents. As such, they didn’t want to give her to Lord & Lady Legolant (because Henry’s parents are awful), so they called the engagement off, and she wasn’t allowed to visit Henry anymore.

After Spade, Lorelei heard about Henry's curse breaking and decided she should visit him. She shows up randomly and unannounced at the Black Bulls’ hideout introducing herself as Henry fiancée much to everyone’s confusion (and probably Captain Yami’s "Oh hell no—we’re not doing this again" 😂) She’s really just there to tell Henry how happy she is that’s she has heard he is cured now, and also because she has been curious about her friend she has never seen. Unfortunately, because she has never actually seen Henry before, she accidentally though well-meaningly mistakes almost every other man on the squad for him 😅(while he avoids her for a little bit because he's Henry and he's shy. Poor thing.)

Eventually, Henry and Lorelei end up getting married because they actually love each other and that's what they want for themselves. (Her aunt, uncle, and David are incredibly supportive as are all of the Black Bulls, of course). They have five children together, the eldest of whom is Summer.

Lorelei has a strong maternal streak and has always wanted to have children. She is a wonderful mother to the kids she has one day.

Lorelei is incredibly clumsy and has a tendency to unintentionally trip over, run into, or break things. When she was little and her parents would bring her to the Legolants' country house, Henry (from a distance) used to adjust or extend the stairs so she wouldn't fall down them and get hurt.

She has a pet canary named "Dot" and often sings with her.

I've watched a few videos for MILGRAM now! So how about Haruka, Mahiru and Yuno for the character bingo? :0

YOU REALLY GOT ALMOST ALL MY FAVES HUH..

haruka. OH GOD HARUKA. man. many thoughts, i have many thoughts about this guy. i'm gonna be honest, when i first heard about him, i was like "ah. so he's just a sad boy with mommy issues. okay." I ALSO THOUGHT HE WAS THE "PROTAGONIST"?? I REALLY JUST IGNORED ES DJDKSDLGJFD. so yeah, i wasn't that interested in him at first and even disliked him because of the animals part. as someone who has many pets that part made me a bit anxious but as i learned more about him.. yeah. yeah, i actually like him. STILL WANT TO PUT HIM IN A SALAD SPINNER. I JUST THINK IT WOULD BE NICE. i watched his second drama with eng subs recently though.. i really sat there like "my boy, i ordered your acrylic figure and it's supposed to come soon. and you dare to disappoint me like this??" MY MOM ACTUALLY JOKED ABOUT ME PUTTING HIS FIGURE IN A CORNER WHEN IT ARRIVES TO "PUNISH" HIM 😭😭 okay, okay, it wasn't really a disappointment, but.. yeah. this guy is literally the "look, a little guy!! oh, he's a bit fucked up actually.." meme.

YUNO. GIRLBOSS. i love her so much, she's so pretty and she's such a good character!! her second mv really shows how well-written she is.. the aesthetic of her mvs is so good too.. her acting like this carefree and cheerful girl, but her real personality being much colder and her feeling empty inside.. WOW. and her saying that she doesn't need a reason for her actions is actually so interesting? like usually characters immediately go "okay, here's my tragic backstory, forgive me now please" in situations like this, but yuno really went "i don't have a reason. and even if i do, why should i tell you" OKAY QUEEN. IT'S YOUR BUSINESS, YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHARE WITH US. BUT there's this one moment, i feel like i should've picked "canon isn't real" for her too.. i love yuno as a character a lot, but at the same time.. if her crime really is what most theories say (and i think it was confirmed in the second drama, if i'm not wrong), then it kinda makes her case a bit boring? like we have characters who did really interesting and TERRIFYING crimes, but then here's yuno.. and she didn't really do anything wrong? i don't know much about how her case would go in japan, like is it legal or not, but still, i doubt that she should be in a place like milgram for that. tbh i really wanted her crime to be something completely different maybe a "black widow" type of character, haha.. because it would at least explain why she's here.. but if her crime really is not that special, it turns out to be kinda underwhelming in my opinion :( so at the same time i REALLY hope that people are gonna vote her innocent because she does not deserve to be voted guilty at all, but also.. it just doesn't feel right, like THERE MUST BE MORE. like yuno's case is not that bad at all compared to other crimes, IT'S NOT EVEN A CRIME, so what is she even doing here? anyway, i love her, yuno really wakes up every day and chooses to slay and i love that for her.

MAHIRUUUUUU. MAHIRU. I LOVE HER. SHE'S GOOD. of course someone who made an oc like allen and so many other similar ocs would say that listen, i have a weakness haha get it like haruka's mv for characters who have big sister energy, characters who are obsessed with the concept of love AND i love characters with the same hair color (even though she's not really blonde.. i think. she does look blonde in official art, but her hair color is a bit different in her mv?) SHE REALLY GOT THE WHOLE BINGO. i love her character so much, she's so goofy 😭😭 but also those moments that make you feel like she's kinda.. trying to repress the memory of her crime in a way.. yeah, those are good. like mahiru acts like such a silly character who's always like "anyway do you have a crush on anyone? <3" but when someone asks her about her crime, she's like ".. ah, yeah, i guess i did do that". i can relate tbh. about the fandom being mean, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE GUILTY VOTE AT ALL. even if those theories about her are correct, i still don't think she should suffer like this? haha thank you kotoko.. like it's a hard pill to swallow, but it must be said that i doubt mahiru did those things on purpose and her face in the end of that mv really says that. HER COVER OF PSYCHOGRAM THOUGH.. y-yeah, i'm not sure what are they trying to do with her, like is she really supposed to be a yandere or they just want to make us think she is one. anyway, i'm a mahiru apologist <3

Here’s Mama Himiko’s relationship with her children!

HIMIKO x KICHI

- “....You’re not a kid anymore aren’t you, Kichi?” Himiko said to her oldest son, Kichi is often clingy with her mother such as leaning his head onto his mother’s lap. But Himiko always petting Kichi’s head whenever he does that while smiling (cue on Yuno being speechless on Kichi and Kokichi who just laughing at them)

- Despite of her words, Himiko always accepted affections that Kichi gave to her. Feeling that she’s rather Kichi to be like this.. It’s much better than Kichi who always isolated himself in his room

- Not only leaning his head on his mother’s lap, Kichi also loves to hug and kiss Himiko’s cheek. Sometimes he did that in public successfully making Himiko’s really embarassed “Nyeh..!”

- Ever played on the stage once as the mentalist, sometimes Himiko asked to Kichi “Do you really don’t want to play on the stage as the mentalist ever again?” However Kichi refused to play on the stage ever again and always said that Yuno is more fit to inherited his mom’s profession since he wanted to inherit Kokichi’s profession instead

- Honestly, Himiko feels a bit lazy for seeing Kichi’s report card.. Yeah, her oldest son is a genius who always got A++ in the entire school subjects (except in cooking and art) Ah yes, Kichi ever got C on his favorite subject (Physics) once in Middle School because of his annoying teacher that caused the whole class also got a bad grade at that time “YOU GOT C??? IN PHYSICS?? YOUR FAVORITE SUBJECT?? WOW WHAT KIND OF MAGIC IS THIS??” Said Himiko with really shocked expression--

- Somehow, Himiko knew why Kichi often clingy to her. Maybe it’s natural since Kichi is her biological son..? “Im so sorry for what i did in the past, Mom..” Himiko somehow always felt that whenever Kichi’s clingy to her..

- Himiko always scolded and lectured Kichi whenever he did fuss in the entire house, no worries.. no object was destroyed :)

- Almost burned the entire kitchen once while cooking, Himiko never allowed Kichi to cook ever again since then

- Seeing how happy and cheerful Kichi is now, Himiko always feel relieved and calm.. especially when Kichi is together with his precious best friends..

HIMIKO x YUNO

- The two really close to each other since their personalities is really similar

- They often disscussed about their day and problems

- Ah yes, the two felt really embarrassed whenever Kichi and Kokichi did something dumb in the public. Somehow they really synchronized with each other at this and immediately left them (Kokichi and Kichi) behind...

“How the hell we’re on the same blood with them, Mom...?”

“No Yuno, they aren’t our relatives. Just leave them”

- Somehow Himiko more enjoyed to see Yuno’s report card despite Yuno isn’t much different with his older brother. Himiko claimed that Yuno’s school grade is more variant than Kichi’s

- Himiko often worried about Yuno’s future because of what happened to her youngest daughter in the past...

- Yuno really despises magic and became really traumatized of it because of her past, and that’s what made Yuno the way she is. Considering this Himiko always aware to not do a magic training in front of Yuno... or talking about magic when Yuno’s around...

- Yuno sometimes confides about Keiji’s blunt words and actions to Himiko, and Himiko always report this to Maki whenever she thinks this has went overboard. But on other side, she thinks that they would make a good couple :3 (Himiko knew that Yuno has a special feeling on him)

- Knowing how much Yuno despises magic, Himiko lets Yuno to choose and make her own future, Himiko will support Yuno whatever kind of future will she choose.. Maybe magic always makes her happy but not for Yuno.. Himiko wouldn’t force her principle to Yuno since magic really “destroyed” her youngest daughter... and Himiko totally knew that was her fault

Sweet Punishment~Yoritomo route - Premium END

Yuno: "Okay, I understand. I will accept your punishment, but at least take me to your room....!"

When I pleaded with tears, his hands finally stopped.....

Yoritomo: "I'll take your word for now. I'll punish you in my room properly....okay?"

Yuno(blushing): "Mm....."

The words, spoken in a sarcastic tone of voice, made my heart beat faster.

At that moment, a loud cheer went up from the whole audience.

(Oh, it looks like the winner of the martial arts competition has been decided.)

Yoritomo-sama puts on a mask of a perfect smile as if nothing had happened and stands up on the spot.

Yoritomo: "All of the soldiers showed a lot of training and played very well. Well done to all who took part. Then you had a very good fight at the end. Congratulations."

Winner(smiling): "Th-Thank you very much."

Yoritomo(smiling): "In recognition of your achievements, I would like to offer you a prize and.....You can challenge me to a fight."

(Challenge Yoritomo-sama?)

Everyone else hadn't heard of it and a murmur spread.

Morinaga: "It's not every day you get the chance to cross swords with Yoritomo-sama."

Shigehira: "You're not going to hold back, are you? That would ruin the name of the samurai."

Yoritomo: "Of course not, I want you to come at me with everything you got."

Winner: "I will!"

Surprised by the sudden turn of events, Yoritomo-sama's gaze caught mine.

Yoritomo(smiling): "Let me give victory to my beloved. Let's cheer for a good fight."

Yuno(smiling): "Yes....!"

Yoritomo-sama smiles back at me and heads off to the ring.

He then received a wooden sword from Shigehira-kun and faced the winner.

Morinaga: "Begin!"

At the start of the match, the wooden swords of the two fighters stepped into the ring and clashed violently.

Each time the blades meet, a dull sound is heard.

Their expressions are serious and neither seems to be backing down at all.

Yoritomo(smiling): "You're doing well."

Winner: "All thanks to Morinaga-sama and Shigehira-sama, who trained us for this day!"

(Yoritomo-sama is amazing, but the other guy is also a winner.)

The audience was glued to the action and cheered for both fighters.

At first, I was cheering for them, but then I realized that I was cheering more for Yoritomo-sama.

Yuno: "Yoritomo-sama. Do your best.....!"

When I raised my voice the loudest of the day----

For just a moment, my eyes met Yoritomo-sama's----

(Eh....)

Yoritomo: "You are very strong. But....."

Winner: "-------!"

Yoritomo-sama's blow, which took advantage of the slightest gap struck the winner's shin.

The next moment, he was on the ground, with the point of a wooden sword at his throat.

Yoritomo: "I think you need to drop your center of gravity a bit more."

Winner: "----Morinaga-sama, said the same."

Yoritomo-sama offered his hand and the soldiers stood up with his help and bowed deeply in thanks.

The game was settled and the biggest cheer of the day went up.

(Both were amazing!)

When I feel the heat rising in my chest, this time I firmly intertwined eyes with Yoritomo-sama's.....

Yoritomo(smiling): "Did you see my victory?"

Yuno(smiling): "Yes!"

(I couldn't take my eyes away from Yoritomo-sama.)

(The man I love is always cool.)

(Thus easily stealing my gaze.)

The embarrassment of being humiliated in public was forgotten.

All I could see now was the man I love.

...............

Yoritomo: "Now that the martial arts tournaments are over, we can settle down for a while."

Yuno: "........Yeah."

I stare at his profile, which is tinged with relief.

Perhaps of the aftermath of the previous game, I found my eyes following Yoritomo-sama.

(But I can't blame him when he looks so handsome.)

As I make this excuse to myself, the night-blue eyes reflected my image.

Yoritomo: " What's the matter with you? If you keep looking at me like that, I'm gonna have a hole in my head."

(I'm caught.)

Yuno(blushing): "No, not at all. But is it alright for us to leave the party like that?"

I changed the topic to hide my embarrassment.

In the main hall, a feast was held to celebrate the success of the tournament.

(Yoritomo-sama. said he was 'tired' and left the party.)

Yoritomo: "It's okay to let them enjoy themselves however they like. More importantly, you...."

He pulled me and trapped me in his warm hands from behind.

Though I was slightly nervous, I gently rested my back against his chest.

Yuno: "Congrats on the success of the tournament. The last match was really something. I fell in love with you all over again."

Yoritomo(smiling): "Geez. It was a good opportunity for them to hone their martial arts skills in friendly competition with each other. Maybe we can do it again, not just in the autumn."

Yuno: "Yes. But you have been busy for a few days. So rest early today."

Yoritomo: "Rest? Did you forget what you said earlier today?"

Yuno: "Eh...."

(What was that?)

Yoritomo-sama lifts the edge of his lips mischievously at my reaction as I look back at him.

Yoritomo(evil smile): "You said, you'll take my punishment if I brought you to my room."

Yuno: "!that's..."

-----FLASHBACK-----

Yuno: "Okay, I understand. I will accept your punishment, but at least take me to your room....!"

Yoritomo: "I'll take your word for now. I'll punish you in room properly....okay?"

------FLASHBACK ENDS-----

(It's true I said that....)

Yoritomo(evil smile): "You buried your face in the belly of that little fox like this, right?"

Yoritomo-sama buries his face in my shoulder and his smooth hair tickles my neck.

Yuno(blushing): "I'm sorry, I'm really sorry. Yoritomo-sama, said that I could rely on him but..."

Yoritomo: "That's not all."

Yuno(blushing): "Eh?"

While I was confused, he picked me up lightly and sat face to face on his lap.

Yoritomo(evil smile): "I also have to punish you for breaking your promise and overworking yourself. In addition, you relied on that small fox for relieving your stress than depending on me."

Yuno(blushing): "ah...."

His neat face approaches and he lifted my chin as I sighed.

Yoritomo; "You never rely on anyone when it comes to working. It's one of your charms, but....occasionally, I can teach your body to take it easy."

Yuno: "Eh? Hmmm....."

While I was off guard, he kisses my lips along with biting them.

The heat that had crept in for a moment explored my mouth, and my breath came out through my lips.

Yuno(blushing): "Mm...ah......ha.."

A relentless kiss that quickly disturbs my breathing...

Yuno(blushing): "Mm..Yoritomo...sama."

I grabbed him by the collar and called his name in need.

Finally, after nibbling my lower lip, he allowed me to breathe....

Yoritomo(evil smile): "You are surrendering that easily?----But this is not the end."

Yuno(blushing): "Mm..mmm...."

Shortly after I could breathe, our lips locked again.

Our tongues tangle and dreamy wet sound started to flow out.

(I can't...anymore....)

Small tears start to fall from the corner of my eyes, and the face of my lover comes to my sight.

When my hand was gripping his collar, he realized I was at my limit.

Yoritomo(smiling): "Goddamn you, you look like you're melting just from kissing me."

Yoritomo-sama laughs as he kisses the corner of my eye as I leaned on his chest.

Yuno(blushing): "Mm..it's all you...fault."

Yoritomo(evil smile): "That's right. But you don't seem to hate it, right?"

Yuno(blushing): "Well..."

Yoritomo(evil smile): "That's an honest reaction. You really are worthy of being punished."

Yuno(blushing): "Ah...."

Just like in the daytime, he started stroking my legs over my kimono.

Maybe because of the afterglow from the kiss, my body was even more sensitive.

(Somehow, I feel weird.)

I feel embarrassed by my overly sensitive reaction and bury my face in Yoritomo-sama's chest.

Then, a very happy voice comes from above.

Yoritomo(evil smile): "How about I let you choose your punishment?"

Yuno(blushing): "eh..."

(Is it not over yet?)

Yoritomo-sama smiles meanly as he takes a hand towel from nearby and looks at it.

Yoritomo(evil smile): "Do you want your wrists tied or be blindfolded?

Yuno: "That's mean."

Yoritomo(evil smile): "It's up to you to decide...whether not to see me or not touch me. That's your punishment.

Yuno: "!"

(Both the choices are terrible.)

Yoritomo-sama's hand happily comes to untie my obi.

Yoritomo(evil smile): "Choose your fate before I take off your kimono because autumn nights are long. I'll see to it that you never break your promise ever again."

(You look beautiful..)

My body tenses up at the thought of the punishment that awaits me.

However, a part of me is expecting a little bit more...........

The sound of him removing my obi echoed in the room.

Both nervousness and anticipation made my heart raise.

Why you should get into Black Clover.

I know some people are undecided on whether or not they should give Black Clover a try, so I came up with a list of reasons why they might like the series, and why I think it’s worth the time. If you have any to add, feel free to!

1. Asta is an amazing protagonist. He was born without magic in a world where everyone had it to the point that the only means of transportation are magic-based (spatial magic, brooms that you have to feed your mana to etc), and as an orphan in one of Clover’s outskirt villages to boot. Yet Asta worked hard every day anyway, and through his own efforts became the 2nd physically strongest character after Yami. Because of this, he got a Grimoire from which (so far) three swords can emerge, and which allowed him into the Magic Knights. Asta’s main sword cannot be held by anyone else both because of its massive weight (which Asta can easily endure because of his physical training), and because the sword sucks the person’s mana out of them (which doesn’t affect Asta since he has no mana).

Despite always seeming cheerful and headstrong though, Asta actually suffers from deep-seated insecurities and depression. Being the only person without magic in the world, he was subjected to ridicule, discrimination and comparisons ever since he was a young child; and in the beginning of the story he almost had his breaking point, had it not been for Yuno’s words helping him get back up, which is when he swore to never come close to giving up again, as well as made sure that his personal issues wouldn’t interfere with his self-image and relationships.

Asta also tries to understand his enemies, where they come from and what drove them to act that way, as well as tries to help them. He doesn’t like going straight into the fighting, and would much rather settle it verbally, since that wouldn’t result in any casualties. He values life, and doesn’t want to see others throw theirs away for something that could be easily resolved with words; so every time one of his enemies dies of their own volition, Asta is shaken by their actions. He also has respect for most of his enemies, and was even seen picking flowers and putting them at the enemy’s grave while being saddened by their death, even though he had no obligation to.

However, Asta does want to hold bad people accountable for their actions instead of symphatizing with their backstory right off the bat. He will understand their motivations, but if they’ve already done the evil deed, they’ll have to deal with the consequences and make sure they’ll never do anything like it again. Like I hinted above, by “consequences” I don’t mean death. Asta never stands for the death sentence, and instead tells his enemies that they’ll have to spend their lives making up to the people they’ve hurt, both by serving time in prison, and by apologizing and outright helping others. After they atone for their sins, Asta is also wholeheartedly fine with becoming friends with them and helping them be better.

Asta is a truly inspiring and refreshing character, and has come to be one of my favorite characters of all time, even though I don’t usually fall for the protagonists. He’s humane, kind and has a certain charm that drags you in; and he’s per overall a feel-good character who motivates you to be your best self.

2. Black Clover has the best fleshed out female characters in all of Shounen so far, and they’re not sexualized. It was made obvious in the latest popularity poll, where we had 5 women and 5 men in the top 10. The only issue I’ve seen from the fandom regarding Black Clover’s female characters is that “they all have a crush on someone”, but that’s wrong. Black Clover has some great female characters that don’t have anything to do with crushes and romance, and the most striking example is Mereoleona. Other than her, we also have Theresa, Puli, Dorothy, Fragil, Nebra, Grey, Mariella, Kahono, Charla, Elf Fana and the Witch Queen.

Noelle may have a crush on Asta, but it’s not her defining trait. She has her own personal issues that stem from her backstory, and she works through them as the story progresses. She gets plenty of character development, and a lot of screentime. The anime tends to exaggerate her crush on Asta for the giggles, but the manga handles it pretty well. Mimosa, Charlotte and Charmy are all strong women whose crushes only come in second place to their actual parts in the story. Their crushes aren’t there solely for the trope either, since they serve as one of the girls’ motivations to get stronger.

To top it off, the women fight on equal grounds with the men, and some of them are even stronger than the best male fighters in the series. Mereoleona for one, is done so well that even the men watching the show had to admit she’s probably stronger than Yami, who is one of the strongest people in the entire series, Asta’s mentor and one of the fandom’s favorites.

As for the sexualization, there have been three instances in over 200 chapters that I can think of, one of which was in the anime and I am fairly sure Tabata didn’t even want to add them in (I’ve read a post once that said Shounen Jump probably has an agenda of a minimum amount of fanservice they push onto all their authors, and it’d make sense if it's true).

3. Yuno is different from the typical Shounen rival in a refreshing way, the rivalries shown in Black Clover are generally healthy and the show makes a point of showing you’re always stronger when you’re supported by and working alongside your friends. Yuno doesn’t “turn evil” & isn’t on bad terms with Asta; instead, he’s supportive and genuinely wishes for Asta to thrive and become his best self. Their rivalry is based on mutual respect, friendship and trust, and they’ve known and lived with each other since their early childhood.

While Yuno does encompass the “gifted kid” trope, he never once thought he was better than Asta, and instead of gloating about his magic, he continued to work hard magic-wise and physically (which many wizards tend not to, especially the gifted ones). He holds similar values as Asta, and wishes to become the Wizard King to make the country more accepting, equal and overall a better place. Because of this, the end of Yuno and Asta’s rivalry could go either way, since both of them deserve the title of Wizard King, and there’s no way to tell which one of them will become the Wizard King for sure, even though Asta is considered the main protagonist (I sure hope Asta will, though).

Other important rivalries are Luck and Magna’s, two misfits who prank but nonetheless still respect each other and who would go to amazing heights to make sure the other is alright; Asta, Yuno and Leopold’s, which helped Leopold grow; and Nozel and Fuegoleon’s, who have a slightly more tense rivalry, but who have competed since their childhood and who care for each other despite some of their moments of animosity.

The Black Bulls are a prime example of the found family trope, and their relationships with each other played major parts in each of their character stories.

4. Black Clover deals with several issues we also face. One of the main themes of the show is classism, and the way the poor and the disabled struggle in the corrupt system made by the rich and abled. Despite being orphans from the country’s outskirts (meaning one of the poorest places with the least amount of magic in the entire kingdom) Asta and Yuno’s goal is to attain the title of Wizard King, who is the strongest and most beloved wizard in the entire kingdom. To do so, they have to gain the citizens’ support and approval, and tear down the walls that oppress the poor and uplift the rich; but because of several centuries of discrimination, most royalty and nobles believe they are superior to the peasants, and that’s painstakingly clear from the moment Asta and Yuno leave their village and head for the more noble-populated cities.

Family problems and abuse are present in a good chunk of the Black Bulls’ stories, but the blame is never put on the victims. Instead, each of them gets their own arc in which they deal with their trauma, and it’s all handled well. Their issues don’t magically stop in their respective arcs either, but rather that’s the starting point of the change.

There are also several instances thorough the show that deal with suicide (mostly from the enemy’s side), as well as Asta’s great distaste of it and attempts to stop his enemies from killing themselves for their cause. Asta’s speeches on this topic are always positive and motivational, and I like reading them since they make me feel better, too.

Another shared issue is the racism, which also delves further into genocide. I won’t say too much as to not spoil it for those of you who will read/watch Black Clover, but this theme is related to the humans and the elves.

5. On that note, there are several races in the Black Clover universe that we know of so far. They are the humans, who the series is mainly focused on; the elves, who play a very big part of the show’s first saga; the devils and the dwarves. It’s likely that we’ll also get introduced to more races as the story goes on, and so far all of them have been done nicely.

6. The art style of the manga is stunning and the anime is also getting good. Per overall, I’d say the manga has the better aesthetics, but the anime does come in clutch with some of the fights (a couple of them were also extended in the anime, which was great; and Black Clover is known for its use of different animation styles in fights), while the music also helps add a certain feeling to the scenes that didn’t hit so hard in the manga. The Black Clover anime’s openings and endings are by far one of the best in all of anime. Even if you don’t plan to watch the show, you should definitely watch those. Currently we have 8 ops & eds, and they’re all bops. They’re one of the many reasons why Black Clover has become famous, anime-wise.

Also, since I’ve seen a lot of complaints about Asta’s voice in the earlier episodes, it does get much better. The VA was new so his voice acting wasn’t too good, but it’s really come a long way since and it now fits Asta’s character perfectly. You should give it at least ten episodes before you make an opinion on whether to continue or drop the anime version (although I’d say it gets really good after thirty).

7. The series lets you choose what kind of pace you want. If you’re into faster paces, then the manga’s the perfect fit for you. Some people complained that the story moves too fast in the manga, but I personally like it. If you’re into slower paces, you can try checking out the anime. Since Black Clover’s an ongoing anime rather than one split into seasons, Studio Pierrot had to try and stall for time so the anime wouldn’t close in on the manga too soon; meaning the original content got stretched over a couple episodes, but nothing too bad.

8. Black Clover doesn’t have many fillers. People complain that it does, but it doesn’t. As of right now (ep. 96), there have been 5 purely filler episodes, out of which some were recap episodes. Other episodes have had some filler mixed into them, but it’s not obvious and it does add well to the story. We also got Yuno’s first mission (ep. 13) and the Light Novels animated (ep. 55-56 & 85-86), and those are to be considered canon.

9. The mystery of Asta and Yuno’s backstory pre-canon. The series takes a different approach with the protagonists’ backstory, and instead of telling us everything outright, it only shows Asta and Yuno as babies, left at the door of a church in Hage village at around the same time, 15 years prior to the story. At the time, they only had their names written on their clothes, and Yuno also had a necklace. Right now, we still don’t know who their parents are, what were the circumstances of their birth, if they’re blood related or not, and how come they were both left in the exact same spot, nor why there out of all places. I’m assuming this will be important later on in the series, since one of the arcs has already teased a possibility that was denied by the end of said arc.

10. The story mainly takes place in the Clover Kingdom, but there are three others that will become a focus later on. Diamond Kingdom, a hostile country that deals with black magic, human experimentation and wars; Heart Kingdom, a neutral country rich of mana that prefers to remain unseen and whose citizens use an unique style of magic; and Spade Kingdom, the most massive of the four, and also supposedly a militant country of winter. So far in the story we have learned several bits about the Diamond Kingdom, while the information on Heart and Spade is still very new and brief. This does for a nice change of settings.

Also, since I’ve brought up the ‘unique style of magic’, Black Clover has a great power system, based on the elements and their subtypes, and even the most bland-sounding magic you never even thought of, can do wonders.

11. Black Clover is a funny show and it has various types of humor. Not only does it have comedic relief, like with Sekke, Yami and Gordon, but in the anime we also get Petit Clover, which is a short and usually amusing chibi-styled moment at the end of each episode. This was derived from the manga’s omakes in the same style and I’m guessing it had some success, since earlier in the year we also got an entire Petit Clover-styled series, named Mgyutto! Black Clover.

I’m a fan of both the manga and the anime, so I’d recommend reading and watching the series, but it’s fine no matter which you choose, and I hope I convinced at least some of you to get into this great show!

AkaYona Ladies Week 2019 - Festival

Iguni normally didn’t attend these tournaments. A flash show put on by King Il to let warriors both seasoned and fresh show off and use their skills in an era that otherwise did not let them. It was curiosity that made her decide to come with her husband and two sons this time, and what she heard about she had to see with her own eyes.

The heads of the tribes were very often part of nobility. If sons weren’t succeeding their fathers as generals, the generals were passing their positions on to the strongest nobleman they had ties to. They married equally esteemed women and continued an esteemed bloodline. It was how she married into the Fire Tribe’s Kan family and simply continued with life and tradition.

However, every once in a while a general shook things up, but only once in a while. Iguni had certainly never heard of it happening in recent years. The Earth Tribe general had taken a commoner as a wife. A women who came to his castle as a mere gardener.

She was curious.

“Excuse me, may I offer you a cup of tea?” a soft, cheerful young woman asked from the side. She wore an equally radiating yellow and pink silk robe with a white tunic bordered in gold. Her hair was pulled back in a simple hairpin adorned with painted flowers. She appeared to be one of Hiryuu Castle’s court ladies dressed up for the festivities. She accepted the offer and watched as she walked away, gasping as the young one nearly tripped with the tea tray in her hands.

As the young woman left her mind, Iguni focused on spotting the families of the other generals. Ahn Jun-gi was present by himself, though that was par the course. He never brought his daughter, and his wife never seemed to want anything to do with him. General Mundok’s party was just getting seated. His adopted grandson was expected to put on an impressive show, or so she had heard from the grapevine.

When she spotted General Geun-tae, the same young woman who had served her was pouring him a cup. To her surprise, she then proceeded to sit next to him. Briefly, before he stood up and headed towards the preparation era for participants. The young woman laughed and smiled, happily interacting with the folk in the Earth Tribe stands. An even younger woman who appeared to be an actual waiting lady sat next to her.

Throughout the tournament, she could see the mistakes she made. Shooting up from the seat to cheer her husband and Earth warriors on. Attempting to get out of her seat, only to be coaxed by her lady-in-waiting to sit as she left to get whatever it was she needed. Having a sense of grace that came more with being soft-spoken than being forcibly dignified. Slumping over and appearing outwardly bored. This young woman oozed an air of freedom that was being caged.

“Have you seen Geun-tae’s wife?”

Iguni turned to see her husband standing next to her. When he arrived she didn’t know. Between the matches and observing the Earth Tribe stands she hadn’t heard him slip through.

“Yes. She appears rather young,” Iguni trailed off.

“Indeed. And far too filthy. A gardener!” he said mockingly. “Geun-tae was always an obnoxious brat, but even I expected more of him.”

“Her upbringing is apparent,” Iguni spoke up, “but she appears to be adapting very well. She’ll be indistinguishable from any other noble woman in no time.” She said nothing more and fanned herself.

He snorted a laugh before walking away, allowing Iguni to exhale an aggravated sigh and snap her fan shut. She called her own ladies-in-waiting forth, giving them instructions to gift the Lady of the Earth Tribe with flowers and a silk red robe as soon as the tournament was done.

The young woman who had it easy comparative to her, being part of the more relaxed Earth Tribe, was still part of Kouka’s sometimes tumultuous nobility. She would face the negatively judgmental stares, scrutiny far taxing than if she was already a woman in the noble class, and she only wished the best for her in her journey.

“Oh,” she paused as she prepared to leave for intermission, “I never caught her name.”

“Yuno of the Earth Tribe,” a lady-in-waiting answered.

“What a cute name for an equally adorable woman.”

Hikaru

Body and Appearance

1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? Hikaru is about 5'8. He's slender with a muscular body especially around his abs, chest and arms. 2. How old is he? 28 3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? Hikaru never slouches; his father looks down on it. Also his training has taught a certain way to carry himself. 4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? Hikaru is in great shape. He runs every morning and tries to eat well. He has no known illnesses. 5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? At first glance, Hikaru would see like he was always tense, but really from his martial arts training, he could be quite fluid and quick on his feet if need be. 6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? He is very attractive; he definitely lucked out with his parents genes and girls are always trying to be around him. However, he doesn't let this get to his head and he sees himself as a normal looking man. 7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? Light skin-slightly tanned. No imperfections or scars. 8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. He has black short hair, slightly shaved in the back but in the front its longer and he either leaves it down or uses gel to slick it back. 9. What color are his eyes? Dark brown 10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? Huge bright smile that people rarely see nowadays. 11. What are his chief tension centers? His shoulders, from sitting at his desk for a long time. 12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit? Hikaru dresses like a gentleman majority of the time. He is a suit man especially a black suit man. He wears a suit to work but wears a white doctor coat over his dress shirt. 13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them? Yes, they always fit well; he sees to it that they do and that they are comfortable because he bought them and they weren't cheap. 14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences? Even when he's not in classy dress mode, he still still dresses well in cargos , khakis, jeans etc. Though from time to time he still wears a suit, depending on how he's feeling. 15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando? Boxer briefs are Hikaru's underwear of choice. Speech 1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse? Deep and soothing. 2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate? He talks loudly when things have especially irritated him, but other than that Hikaru is a pretty calm speaker. 3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics? Hikaru has a definite accent which he tries to taper down while working or in front of his American friends. 4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency? He is fluent in both Japanese, his native language and in English because his father wanted him to learn in case he had to take over his medical office in America. 5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations? He speaks Japanese while with his family at home, English in professional settings and English with Aija though he is trying to teach her certain words. 6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words? He is a good speaker. He never has to think about his words and tries to be as professional with them as he can. He tries to do this often with his patients. 7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change? He is as Aija told him impeccable with his English. That goes for writing as well. Though he rarely gets mixed up if somebody is talking in Japanese to him while somebody is talking in English and gives a mixed up word once in a while but he clears it up and goes on with his business. Mental and Emotional 1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart? Hikaru is quite smart. His father wanted him to take many classes growing up: His mother made sure he did good in school and made sure he had the best tutors available to help him. 2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate? He does both really depending on the situation. 3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical? Really its both...for example when it comes to his job, Hikaru is always logical. He doesn't want a mistake made because of a gut feeling. But when it comes to personal matters, he can be intuitive. He knows what he wants and doesn't want. He is more practical. 4. What kind of education has the character had? Hikaru graduated early at fifteen. Then he went to college for the four years and also medical school for eight years. 5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about? Medicine, martial arts, business, violin and etiquette. He wants to learn more ways of cooking as he is always intrigued when Aija is cooking something new. 6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert? Introverted majority of the time, but Hikaru does love spending time with his friends when he can. 7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven? At first glance, Hikaru looks like he always has a stick up his ass. He's very quiet and to himself especially at work. Aija finds out that it's because of his father and that before he came to America he was happy go lucky and fun. She is currently working on bringing that Hikaru back to the surface. 8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic? Hikaru can be very judgmental. Aija had has her share of him making wrong assumptions of her a couple of times. He doesn't always mean to be but since he is always in his head thinking, he really doesn't realize that he's thinking outwards toward the person as well. 9. Is he more likely to act, or to react? Act. He does 10. Which is his default: fight or flight? Hikaru will always try the peaceful route first; he knows that he can kick ass, but doesn't want to do so unless he really has to. 11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks? Hikaru now has a witty kind of humor but back in the day when he was hanging with his friends, he was happy with all kinds of humor and was even quite the prankster. 12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them? No. 13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person? His dad's lack of appearance made him more of a man at a earlier time. He was free to do as he wanted at first and during that time he was happy and friendly, but when his dad came back and told him to earn back the family honor by working with him in America it turned him into a stoic and cold man. 14. What does he fear? Not ever having the freedom he wishes for. He wants to be his own person. 15. What are his hopes or aspirations? To have his own medical office. To find a cure for cancer. 16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him? That he pretty much was a delinquent back in Japan as a youth and almost brought dishonor on his family. Also that he was almost killed trying to save Briseis from Takumi's evil cousin and the Yakuzas. Relationships 1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents. Hikaru has a god awful relationship with his father, Ryutaro. Ryu was never around his family much when Hikaru was young, because he was so into his work and the family business instead of them. Because of that Hikaru never bonded much with him and the only reason he speaks with him at all is because he is trying not to dishonor his family more than he already has and only works with him because of that reason also. When they do speak to each other, it's forced and tense between the two. Hikaru has no problem tuning his dad out if he needs to and that ticks Ryu off more than anything. He expects Hikaru to respect him as if he's some kind of king and not his father. Hikaru's relationship with his mother is better though he's not lovey dovey with her. Chinatsu knows that Hikaru is hurting inside because of his father's disregard for him and so tries to spend a lot of time with him when she can. They go out and do things together and have talks. But he knows that his mother would do anything for his father so he distances himself from Chi at times too. 2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like? Hikaru has a younger sister in college named Asami who is 7 years younger than he is. They have a really close relationship. So much so that when Asami came down to visit her family from school, she chose to stay in Hikaru's one bedroom condo instead of in the family house. They joke and talk a lot and he's very protective of her. 3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand? He has a very close relationship as well with his grandfather, Ryunosuke who is dying of cancer. When Hikaru found out that his grandfather was dying, he changed his choice from being a pediatrician to an oncologist. Yuno was proud of all that Hikaru did in his life and when he found out that his father forced Hikaru to be here to work for the business and leave Aija, he told him to go with his heart and do what he wanted to do with his life. 4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them? Akane. He sees her as another sister. After having a slight crush on her, he decided that what he was really feeling was a sibling kind of feeling. 5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet? Takumi is Hikaru's all time best friend. They practically grew up together and their families are close. They also went to music lessons together. Takumi learned piano while Hikaru learned violin and while Takumi took his music to the stage and Hikaru didn't, whenever they see each other they still make time to do a duet together. 6. Does he have other close friends? Hikaru would easily give up one of his kidneys for Takumi's wife, Briseis. That's how close they are; she is his female best friend. He is also close to Sotaro. In America, he spends most of his guy time with Andrew. 7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people? He makes friends though he needs time to get to know them first. It took him a while to get buddy buddy with Chris. 8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends? Friends. He's not very close to his family. 9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once? He starts off single, being a playboy and going from girl to girl for his own sexual reasons. Then after meeting Aija he ends up being with her and even marries her later on. 10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse? Nope, even if he started out being a player, he would never see himself being disloyal to Aija 11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest? He had a crush on Akane first and even on Briseis at first, but he knew he wanted somebody of his own that was on Brie's level. 12. What does he look for in a romantic partner? Somebody who takes care of herself well and doesn't need a lot of saving. A woman who can stand up for herself verbally and physically if needed. A woman who loves sex as much as he does. 13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any? Yes, he ends up having two daughters with Aija: Nariko and Natsuki. He's close to Nari but Suki is Daddy's baby girl. They are joined at the hip. Not at the point of him being a grandfather though yet. 14. Does he have any rivals or enemies? Does his father count? 15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?He is straight. 16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him? Hikaru is a sex god. He loves everything that has to do with sex. In fact he would have sex with Aija every day if she'd let him. 17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits? He loves being dominant; but mostly in sex. He doesn't like his socks on while having sex and even though he wold have sex with clothes on, prefers to be completely nude. Licking and sucking on toes is a no no for him. He's also not too thrilled with sucking on fingers being a doctor he likes to have his hands clean if that is supposed to happen. Beliefs 1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type? He is a Libra and rightfully so. His chinese zodiac is year of the Rat. There are certain thing in there that go with him but not all. 2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life? He is spiritual. Not so much religious like his mother is and they aren't really all that important to him. 3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it? Treat his mother, his sister and his woman with respect; if not prepare to feel either a kick or a fist to the face. Don't mess with Takumi and Briseis...that's a beatdown. Don't mess with his dog either...that's also a beatdown. 4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent? He believes everybody has the right to believe what they want. He is indifferent. 5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them? He holds no prejudices on anybody and doesn't believe he has a right to. Daily Life 1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt? Nobody knows right away, but Hikaru is filthy rich. He is born into wealth because of the family business. However he has always wanted to be normal and so doesn't ever flaunt his money around in somebody's face. 2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him? Hikaru is a definite upper class person. His family is famous in his area in Japan and he is always invited to different parties and events just for having the Mizuno name. It hasn't changed and even though he goes, he still tries to find ways to be normal. He doesn't want his family to define him as a man. 3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others? Hikaru lives in a condo. It's very immaculate and he tries to put a oriental flair in it as well. He lives by himself except his dog, Yume. He also let's his sister crash there from time to time. 4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on? Hikaru doesn't mind spending money on things. He has his own sports car, a private plane, and his own lavish home in Japan. He likes to eat out and do lavish things. However...he doesn't make his life all about it. He would also enjoy a evening at home as well, watching tv. 5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else? He is an oncologist. But he works also in his father's medical office as a manager so he gets rare cases when the other doctors need a consult. 6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time? Practicing martial arts, playing violin, going to different places of the world, dining out, dancing, hanging with friends, playing sports, working out, studying medical cases. 7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? He loves to eat out or eat in and prefers Japanese meals, but he will eat practically anything. He drinks alcohol but not in large amounts. He is a social drinker. He doesn't like eating a whole lot of sweets, but enjoys a few. He thinks it's amusing that Aija is the complete opposite and will eat and snack on candy all day. Ikemen Genjiden “His Sweet Punishment”- Yoritomo Route Summary

One afternoon, Yoritomo calls everyone including Yuno for a meeting. When they all arrive, he casually asks them what they think about autumn. Kagetoki said it was the best season to read books, Tamamo says good food is most available during autumn like chestnuts and sweet potatoes and also others gave their own opinions on what they usually do during that season. However, Yoritomo didn’t get the answer he was searching. Tamamo asks the same question back to Yoritomo and Yoritomo smiled and said ‘Training’. Morinaga smiled and agreed with his answer and added it’s the best season for training the soldiers.

Yoritomo decides to hold a tournament among the shogunate soldiers, just a friendly match in order to motivate them. He of course will reward the winners accordingly. Yuno gets all excited about this and offers to help them with whatever she can do. Yoritomo rejects her offer saying that she’s just going to overwork herself. Yuno says the same back to him and they started to have a small couple fight. Then they realized the others where still sitting there watching them. The others somehow found that they both are perfect for each other because both of them tend to overwork. Yoritomo assigns them their duties for the tournament and throws them out leaving both Yoritomo and Yuno alone in the meeting hall.

Yoritomo starts hugging her but Yuno complains that they shouldn’t be doing ‘such’ things in public. But Yoritomo just smiles and keeps on hugging her tightly. He allows her to work however she wants for the tournament like treating soldiers and stuff but orders her not to overwork herself. If she does, he won’t hesitate to punish her. She agrees with this and then the training for the soldiers begins.

In the training hall, Morinaga was the one in charge of their training and Tamamo had a lot of free time so he was also present. Yuno was treating some injured soldiers. The soldiers were very happy with Yuno treatment. One of the retainers called Yuno for some work related purpose and when she rushes out from the training hall, she bumps into Yoritomo who was entering the training hall. She apologizes for bumping into him but he just smiles and ruffles her hair and turns it into a birds nest and asks if she was overworking. She says she’s okay and followed the retainer. She was glad that she bumped into the man she loved rather than any other man.

When Yuno leaves, Yoritomo enters the training hall and Morinaga decides to take a break. Both Tamamo and Morinaga went to Yoritomo and started discussing about the tournament related stuff. In between, Morinaga commented that the soldiers were happy that something like this is going to be held and they didn’t mind Morinaga’s hardcore training because Yuno is treating them. Being treated by a beautiful and kindhearted Yuno makes them even more motivated to train. Hearing this Yoritomo just smiled and said that as long as they are fine he’s okay with it. Morinaga asks why he’s not jealous and Yoritomo was like “What? Me and jealous? Who are you talking to? I’m the Saii Taishogun blah blah blah.... He didn’t actually say that stuff, I was just exaggerating (¬‿¬ ). Anyways he acted all confident and Tamamo was unusually silent.

That night, Yuno was in her room still working and Tamamo enters her room. He asks why she was still working even though she was clearly looking tired. But Yuno wanted to help them as much as she could and Tamamo knows that. So for that reason he decides to relieve her stress and changes into his little fox form. He tells her that she could stroke his exceptionally soft fur to calm her stress levels. Yuno couldn’t decline his kind offer because she herself knows that she needs to relax and goes with it. She started stroking it gently and when she starts to feel its softness she soon gave in. While stroking his fur she thinks about Yoritomo and at the same time she stuffs her face in Tamamo’s belly (little fox form) and nuzzles.

Then she hears a voice outside her door and someone enters her room. It was Yoritomo and he catches her snuggling up to Tamamo’s little fox form. Both Yuno and Yoritomo were frozen seeing each other and Tamamo casually leaves saying that “interrupting a couple’s privacy is a crime.”

Yoritomo had a “are you cheating on me?” expression plastered on his face but didn’t say a word. Yuno, thinking that she might have made Yoritomo angry, was about to apologize but he cuts her sentences and tells her to rest because tomorrow is the tournament. He acts casually and like a gentleman leaves her room.

Next morning, as usual Yuno was helping the soldiers but to her surprise they all were acting pretty weird. Like they just talk hesitantly and leaves quickly. Yuno didn’t mind much about their strange behavior and sees Yoritomo. Yoritomo had “I’m a perfect Shogun” smile on his face as he walks to Yuno. He casually pulls her and tells her not to work today and escorts her to the audience spot where she[’ll be sitting next to him. Yuno wanted to say something but he already made her sit down with him. The he started hugging and cuddling her in front of everyone saying that it’s a cold day as an excuse. Yuno was hesitant because everyone’s eyes were on them and some of they started whispering, especially the maids on how jealous they were of Yuno. Some of them where saying they look so lovey-dovey. Yuno blushes hard but didn’t want to question Yoritomo’s gentleness because of her embarrassment. She too started snuggling up to him.

Soon the tournament starts and everyone started to cheer the soldiers. Yuno leaned forward while watching the match but Yoritomo pulls her back and asks her which team will win this round. Yuno watches them fight while thinking of an answer when she suddenly felt something on her lap. She looks down and notices that Yoritomo’s hand which was on her waist is now on her lap and started to stroke her lap. Yuno started trembling from his touch and asks him what he is doing. Yoritomo gives her his evil smile and but didn’t stop. He slowly touches her inner thigh and Yuno already realized that he was punishing her for last night. She tried to resist as hard as she could but he opened her kimono and his hands started touching her inner thigh and pinches them. Yuno couldn’t help but moan loudly but the audience cheered at the same time, making her lewd cries blend in with them. Yuno was already at her limit and starts to tear up. She pleads him for taking her to his room rather than doing it in public.

Premium End:

Yoritomo had a very evil smile when she said that and stopped his hands. Then there was a cheer among the audience addressing the winner of the martial arts competition. Yoritomo stood up and congratulated the winner and announced that the prize for the winner would be to challenge Yoritomo himself. The cheers didn’t stop and all of the people there were excited to see Yoritomo fight. The the fight between the winner and Yoritomo started and Yuno excitedly cheered for Yoritomo. At the end Yoritomo wins the battle.

That night, when everyone were enjoying their victory feast, Yoritomo and Yuno snuck out and went to his room. Yuno kept on praising Yoritomo’s skills during the battle. Yoritomo was like ‘I didn’t do anything that is worthy of praising’. After this she tells him to rest and was about to leave when Yoritomo said “Rest? Did you forget about the punishment?”

Yuno thought about what she said during the event and realized she dug her own grave. She tells him she said that at the spur of the moment but Yoritomo didn’t want to here any excuses. And like that they started their ‘Punishment session’. Before going too deep he asks if she wants her hands tied or blindfolded and tells her it’s her choice.

(Now for so reason, I really want an Aphrodisiac event and Memory loss event badly!!!)
