I cant do it. Im sorry but i cant like mileven OR any mileven shippers they just pmo naturally. Like the way theyre living off of only what they physically SEE ON THE SCREEN just makes me tweak out idk. The lack of chemistry is just surreal to me. I just had a mileven tiktok on my fyp against my will and i just couldnt do it. I had to scroll right away without looking back. yes, everyone can ship whoever they wanna ship but this is just so bad like im not even sorry its really bad. and yes i an aware that this is childish and petty and i didnt have to make a whole post about it. but guess what? i AM petty and i AM childish when i want to be and this is MY account so thats enough of a reason i think. I genuinely have such mixed feelings about the end of Stranger Things, because on one hand we get to see the story end and have some closure. But on the other hand who am I without this show and these silly characters with their silly problems?

I don't like bad boy Mike fics or rockstar Mike fics, that boy doesn't have a single mean bone in his body and he'd WOULD NOT be able to handle popularity he's too awkward

Kinda like micro-feminism type stuff, the little thing I like to do with Byler is whenever people say "the gay guy in Stranger Things," I'll ask "which one?" And then they say "the one with the weird hair" and I'll say "which one? [the bowl cut or the awkward half mullet?]"

Favorite past-time. Great every time. Best part about it is that it has every time, and there have been a fair number of times now, been treated as an entirely valid question with no claims that there aren't two.

i think about how im not even scared for byler not happening because its simply impossible for them not to be together. when i think of them + el my brain automatically sorts them into byler and then el on her own because its always MEANT to be el. she has her own shit to deal with and she needs to figure out everything in her life. not saying will mike dont have anything to figure our its just that most of their problems revolve around unresolved things and unsaid words BETWEEN THEM. so yeah this was my short rant about how im not even slightly worried about byler not being endgame

every time im in ikea the byler brainrot overpowers all my thoughts

byler confession is gonna be so intense and one of the most memorable scenes of the whole show because think about it: what other ship has been given such a build up to a confession?

mike still has to discover the painting lie - that's gonna be a very big plot point in s5 and going to cause some drama (i don't necessarily think mike is gonna be furious, just very regretful of what could've been if he'd known.)

mike and will have no faith that the other likes them at this point. mike's hopes probably died in the pizza place, will's died in the van. meanwhile other relationships in the show had a pretty mutual understanding that the other liked them before they finally got together.

IT'S GAY. they're both closeted gay boys in a small town in the 80s who struggle with internalized homophobia and shame. it's gonna be fucking beautiful to watch them finally find the courage to confess to one and other, risking so much.

with everything that's set up, mike and will's kiss/confession is bound to be one of the most memorable moments of the show for sure

i dislike mileven because the relationship is unhealthy for both of them due to their codependency and no sense of identity without each other, and overall just lacks actual chemistry

you dislike byler because it's a threat to your ship and you think it's unrealistic
