Tried my hand at a new recipe this evening! Skillet cooked lemon pepper chicken and my take on an Italian recipe I saw online. The linguini noodles were purchased from the farmers market. The flavor we tried tonight was garlic and chive. I sautéed cherry tomatoes and spinach in olive oil and fresh garlic. Stirred in the noodles al dente with a little pasta water and finely shredded a generous portion of fresh Parmesan cheese. It was delicious!
