Cassandra's had moon imagery since the first episode, my dudes. All the times her adventures are under the moon? Framed by the moon? A white headress that resembles the moon? An owl for a pet??

@cnotes We love you TTS crew and we’re still so proud of you!
I regret to inform you that TTS didn’t win in any of its categories. 😔☹️

My personal favorite of Bader (besides Stan):
youtube
I just recognized Diedrich Bader (Stan) in an episode of King of the Hill, and I never would have been so tuned into his voice if it weren’t for TTS. XD

Well, the position is no longer open, it looks like.
That’s ah.
That’s more than a li’l heartbreaking. After putting in about three weeks of work to show Mr. Chris.

Conversation
Captain: So. Who broke it? I’m not mad. I just want to know.
Rapunzel: I did. I broke it…
Captain: No. No, you didn’t. Fitzherbert?
Eugene: Don’t look at me. Look at CassAndra.
Cassandra: What?! I didn’t break it.
Eugene: Huh. That’s weird. How did you even know it was broken?
Cassandra: Because it’s sitting right in front of us and it’s broken!
Eugene: Suspicious.
Cassandra: No, it’s not!
Stan: If it matters, probably not… Pete was the last one to use it.
Pete: Liar! I don’t even drink that crap!
Stan: Oh really? Then what were you doing by the coffee cart earlier?
Pete: I use the wooden stirrers to push back my cuticles. Everyone knows that, Stan!
Rapunzel: Alright let’s not fight. I broke it, let me pay for it, Captain.
Captain: No. Who broke it?
Eugene: [whispering] Captain, Maximus has been awfully quiet…
Maximus: *indignent whinnying*
Eugene: Yeah, really!
*everyone arguing*
Captain: I broke it. I burned my hand so I punched it.

Look sometimes ya gotta protect people from themselves.
I think most fandoms have “[Character] Protection Squad"s, but since Secret of the Sundrop, we in the Tangled Fandom seem to have made a “Varian Intervention Squad.”

I'm not even sure if this position is still open on the TTS crew. Maybe they filled it already. Maybe I'm not good enough.
But god damn it I have never wanted so badly to work for a series as I have with this one. I've got to try. Just gotta finish these two storyboarding scenes in my project, and then I can apply. I can do this in a week.
It'll work. I gotta chase this dream.

A Tangled OC I put up on twitter! Professor Nicodemus, castle archivist/astronomer/know-it-all, Professor Nicodemus! Heavily based on the inimitable Prof. Ludwig von Drake, he’s far too excitable, far too forgetful, insatiably hungry for knowledge and more stepstools in the archives. Don’t ask him questions or you’ll be there all day. And make the poor man miss lunch because he was too excited.
He’s a good soft boi.

So I went into the other guards and I was originally going to go into these ones too, but given they only show up one or twice and we haven’t seen hide or hair of them in the new series, I figured I’d just briefly extrapolate.
Given how much fancier this fellow looks compared to the others, combined with the fact that in both times we see these guards they had no armor nor weapons, I’m going to guess this is an Honor Guard or Color Guard--even though it’s still sort of weird they have no weapons: usually even Honor/Color Guards still have weapons even if purely ceremonial.
Cross straps are very very late 18th century/early 19th century, as is the clawhammer coat--which, given the colors and look, might be similar to what the regular guards wear underneath their breastplates.
Hat is an Albert Shako cap, more practical than the typical shako caps of the time. Not actually invented until 1844, popular in Britain.
Overall these ones are weird but if they’re actually part of the Guard and not servants given military-style regalia or a continuity mistake, my guess is they’re technically the King and Queen’s personal guard unit, and very selectively picked. Probably an excruciatingly boring job but one of high honor.
