Idk what the answer to “have you moved on?” Or “do you miss them?” is. I don’t understand the question. Obviously, I think for a while and give a yes or a no but honestly, i really do not know.
Because. Can answer be a yes for anyone? No, really though. Can it be? If you’ve been attached to someone or something, if you have made them A PART of your LIFE, that means one whole part is missing when you’re supposed to move on. That means every single street walked with them or a meme shared or a movie watched or wish-list made or a book recommended or a GIF or a lunch ordered or ... anything and everything stays right THERE. Nobody changes the way home you travelled with them or removes the book they liked from your shelf or erases from history the particular ice-cream flavour you shared. Right? So, then. Technically, the whole concept seems so stupid to me. A big lie we tell ourselves and others to survive.
We maybe move forward, we may survive but we carry with us their haunting and daunting existence deep within us till our last breath and “tolerate” all the good they brought.
