To All The Women of the World 🌎 Here is my Message on International Women’s Day Do power differently! Understand that power doesn’t always come from shouts, it can come from a whisper. Power isn’t always about physical strength, it can be strength of will and strength of heart. When I say I see warriors in you, I am not talking about the warriors of old who fought to the death. I speak of warrior spirits — those who see light in the darkness, those who find a path when others have said their is no way. You can make a difference no matter your size or stature. You can be the difference the world needs to see just by being you! And always remember that no matter what, even in the darkest of times there is someone in the world who is always cheering you on, encouraging you to keep going, to take care of yourself when rest is needed and to continue on your path. You never know how many lives you will touch in the process. If you made mistakes, treat them like lessons, acknowledge them and move on. For those who need to read this, you aren’t broken and those who feel like they are, remember when there are cracks in a wall, there’s where the light comes in. It may be the darkest moment in time when the light (an idea, a hope, a wish, a dream is realized). Remember that. Sometimes dreams leave one wanting. I remember a long time ago, when I still had night terrors, I wished to dream about the mundane, the boring. Many dreams I've had are of me walking down roads I've never walked on, traveling to countries I've never been to. They aren't the breath of fresh air that comes when I am awake, times like this where I can stare out at the ocean in a waking dream, taking in the magic that is my life.
