[Grade 9 Yoongi’s letter to radio about his past love]

Recalling my past love…

Year 3 Class 3 No. 13 Min Yoongi (T/N: This is 3rd year in middle school)

Hello, I’m Min Yoongi from Daegu. I’m embarrassed to write a letter to a radio which I’ve always been listening to. Today, we were told to write a letter to a radio by our Korean Language teacher. I was thinking about what I should write about but while reading “A letter of delight” by author Hwang Dongkyu I remembered my past love and here I am putting down few words about it.

Grade 9, it might be a tender age to say the word “love” without feeling embarrassed. However, those heart aching memories were my true feelings. Last year, I was in Grade 8 and I’m embarrassed to say this but I had a girl I liked. But I was a complete fool so I couldn’t talk to her and we just remained as friends. The more closer I got with her, the greedier I became. I didn’t want to be friends with her anymore so I confessed to her.

But she accepted my confession so we st arted going out. However this is when the problem started. I got to go out with her but I couldn’t approach her easily and because I was shy I couldn’t treat her better compared to the time we used to be friends so our relation turned awkward. It was driving me crazy. After few days of our relationship, she told me we should just be friends and her words felt like they created a hole on one side of my heart. Of course, I understood her and I blamed my stupid self. Adults would say I shouldn’t be dating at my age and love isn’t for my age but there was nothing different compared to adults although I was young. I kept thinking about her even after we decide to be friends again and regretted “Why didn’t I treat her better back then?”. If anyone asked me to go back to that moment, I would go back to treat her better and confidently tell her that I like her and that I love her.

My heart hurts when I think about that time. Will she listen to this letter? If she does, I would like to tell this. I’m very sorry for what I did to you and my heart hurt because I hated my foolish self but now the past memory has settled beautifully. I would like to thank her for creating this memory. I decided to write this letter because I remembered it all of a sudden during class. I’d be grateful if my letter gets selected.

Momo Coffee!:: 9/22/2016

Hey Guys! As promised, I rushed my ass over to Momo Coffee today with my friend! It took us about 50 minutes by subway from where we came from, but it was totally worth it! Here are some (hopefully) useful directions for those who want to visit the cafe in the future! I totally recommend it~

1. You will need to make your way to Indeogwon (Line 4, Light Blue). Take Exit 8

2.Once you are out in the open, keep going straight. Like if the main road where the cars drive are in front of you, take the right way. Towards the buildings. Imagine you are in first person with the pictures

3. Follow the road for about 5-8 minutes I’ll post some landmarks so you can know you are going the right way. The last two pictures are across the road.

4. You will see a pathway on your right surrounded by beautiful nature (its so calm and collected in this area, unlike where my campus is) Take that pathway. You will definitely see Momo coffee.

5. You’ve made it! Welcome to Momo Coffee!

When I went there, it was a Thursday afternoon. We weren’t sure if they cafe was even open, but the main doors are a little on the right side of the building. You will see the board that Wonho wrote for the cafe!

There was a nice lady in there. I’m pretty sure it was his mother (I was way to shy and awkward to ask if she was though). Bless her soul for trying to understand my horrible Korean. The prices are quite decent for coffee and a slice of cake. They have a special Mondays to Fridays from 12PM to 2PM where you can get an Americano and cake for like 6,000w? I got the Cafe Mocha Iced and a cheesecake. The coffee was great! So was the cheesecake, but it was a little on the dense side, but it was still good!

On the side of the place you order, there is a small table full of CDs that other groups signed for the cafe!

There are also a bit of signed fan merch that Wonho signed. He marked Monbebe’s birthday!!! #ICriEverytime #ProtectMXAtAllCost

The shoes that Wonho wore in the Perfect Girl MV are also right there on the floor next to it!

There are Eevees and a Jolteon hanging on the window side, chilling.

There are also pictures of Wonho around the cafe, but I’ll let you guys see it for yourselves. I don’t want to give the whole cafe away :P

Overall, the place was super chill. Me and my friend basically had the whole cafe to ourselves. It’s a lot different from other cafes since its roomier and more open. I’m not saying this because Wonho has connections to the cafe either. There was wifi (idk if its for public use), but I couldn’t find the password :/ More people came right before we left, so that was good! There is also a Jokbal place (MoMo’s favorite food, coincidence?) I wish the cafe all the best! I will drag myself here just so I can enjoy the atmosphere and the coffee!

Jaebum: Welcome to our first K-Idol Parent’s Nite! This will be a weekly meeting where we can talk kids and give each other advice.

Rap Monster: Right now all of our kids are going through a lot. Jimin is possessed, V fell in love with a dog, Kookie won’t stop crying, Suga thinks he’s Mozart and J-hope is addicted to pills and Snickers so it would be helpful to talk about our struggles in dealing with this.

Jin: And I’m actually not even sure if my children and husband are real, or if all of this is in my imagination.

Kihyun: *to Shownu* Why are we here again?

Jinyoung: *to Jaebum* I didn’t let you drag me out here so that you could play Dr. Phil.

Jaebum: Hey everyone calm down. NamJin is just sharing their lives with us. This is a safe place. Jin I promise you, your family is very real.

Jaebum: Next! How about Seungcheol and Jeonghan. How are you guys doing?

Seungcheol: Pretty well. Right now we’re not promoting much and just taking a br–

Jaebum: Kihyun and Shownu! Would you like to say some things about being a parent?

Shownu: No.

Kihyun: Yeah they’re pretty chill. The only thing that bugs me is when the visuals won’t admit to gaining their features from my side of the family but besides that we’re fine….Also I did manage to get Jooheon from flipping me off 12 times a day down to 10.

Jinyoung:

Jaebum: Um I guess that’s something to be grateful for.

Kihyun: Yep

Suho: *enters with shades on and sits in the back*

Jaebum: Suho! I’m so happy you came! I knew this might be a little awkward as a single parent but hopefully we can be a help to yo–

Kris: *suddenly enters* Here!

Kris: I was bored and feeling nostalgic. SO SUE ME FOR FINALLY TRYING TO BE A GOOD DAD!

Jaebum: Um guys..
