There is one theory about dazai going back to PM, and I believe in it for some part. I believe that Mori is planning to bring back dazai to PM. But I believe his plan wouldn't be executed as planned because dazai would be dead by that point. Why you may ask well because I believe something will happen to dazai because in one official art of Sango Harukawa dazai is depicted as doll hanging behind fyodor with his back point to viewers with visible blood on his coat. So I think something will happened to dazai that leaves injury one same spot where blood can be seen

In another offial art dazai can be seen with some kind of red flower on his chest which can mean many things but it's also can mean death or blood

I think dazai will die by some kind of wepon instead of other kind of death. There is too much signs that he will die that way....
