My girl Marcy's updated page!
Original + Lore
Marcy was adopted from Team Violence after the calm raids rescued a bunch of pokemon modified by Team Calm.
Marcy is a bold duskull, who loves music and people, due to her near-sightedness in order to properly make out faces she has to get really close. Marcy is always up for a jam session!
Marcy is full-time at Doom and Goom, she helps socialize rescues and hatchlings before they are introduced to larger groups. We love Marcy!

Team Violence announcement! Please give some love to the Floaroma Sanctuary and their work! They give second chances to Pokemon from Kanto to Paldea, and the person running it even specializes in Pokemon with disabilities. The Floaroma Sanctuary is a truly wonderful shelter that has provided so many homes for Pokemon in need.
Also, I myself am diagnosed with narcolepsy, so Lyra is a Pokemon that hits close to home!
Adoption Spotlight!
Monday starting fresh during the World’s Fair in Kalos! Let’s go around the world this week for diverse Pokémon! Starting with Kanto, it’s Lyra the Jigglypuff!
Lyra is a service Pokémon that is trained to help people with narcolepsy. Sadly, she was not a good match for the person who had bought her due to previously unknown allergies, and she was brought to us to find her a new home with an owner that would really benefit from her.
Lyra, as a narcolepsy service ‘mon, is trained to alert when a narcoleptic episode is imminent, fetch help in case of injury, retrieve any medicine or items needed, protect her partner from physical harm, and waking her partner in the event of an episode. She is very well-trained in these tasks and will not be adopted to anyone that does not present need for her. The point of a service Pokémon is to promote and foster independence and provide much needed medical assistance, not to be a cute pet.
Lyra, when she’s not working, is a typical Jigglypuff. She’s musically inclined and very sweet! While she can have a bit of a temper, it usually only happens if her work is being impeded. She loves a good cuddle and gets along great with everyone!
If Lyra sounds like the perfect match for your care, contact Floaroma Sanctuary at this blog or stop in anytime Monday-Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, or Saturday, noon to 5 pm.

To be clear, Team Violence does not support Amity Park.
Every Pokemon deserves a place to run free and play. If they are not hurting the other Pokemon, they should be allowed to be there. Even if they are not what you, personally, may find cute.
There is no reason for the arbitrary restrictions of Amity Park.

Doubt it. Team Calm seeks to breed Pokemon that are docile. Judging by your prosthetic, these are not docile Pokemon. At least not to Calm's absurd standards.
Hey @team-violence can you take a look at this? It's uh...I don't even know how this happened.
[There is an image of a Very Small....Regigias?? On Zakuyamo's Couch. It was slightly Bigger that Big Man]
Now mind you, I tried to get the Mini-Gigas out of my base, but ...
[There is a second image of Zakuyamo's prosthetic arm....or what was left of it]

I am not sure what you want me to do here. I am not an expert of Regigigas, nor have I seen anything of the sort.

Team Violence announcement! New merchandise! The design above comes in both t-shirts and hoodies, with several background colors to choose from. They can be purchased over at <link>.
All proceeds from sales of Voltorb t-shirts and hoodies goes directly to the Kanto Power Plant Preservation Project.
The Kanto Power Plant Preservation Project is dedicated to the preservation of Kanto's abandoned power plant off of Route 10. The Power Plant has long since been abandoned by people. Many species of Electric Pokemon have taken up residence.
The Kanto Power Plant acts as a unusual ecological site, being an abandoned manmade structure. Over time, it has developed into an entirely unique ecosystem for Electric types not seen in any natural locations. It has become home to Pokemon like Electabuzz, Magnemite, Voltorb, and even legendary Pokemon like Zapdos!
Because it is not an active power plant, many land development projects are aiming to destroy it and rebuild in that area. However, destroying the Power Plant would destroy the home of many rare Electric Pokemon.
The Kanto Power Plant Preservation Project aims to prevent land development and estabilish the Power Plant as a protected natural area. They also actively research the Pokemon there, and are one of the very few projects that monitor wild Zapdos.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to register the Kanto Power Plant as a protected natural area. This is due to it being a manmade structure. In some sense, it is not natural. However, that does not diminish its importance as both an ecological site and a home for many Pokemon.
The Kanto Power Plant Preservation Project has spent many years fighting to protect this land. Currently, no land development is taking place in or around the Power Plant due to the Project's continued efforts.
More information is on their website at <link>. Any donations go a long way! Also at their website is their new livecam, which is currently watching a Zapdos nest. They are expecting to see an egg soon!

Thank you for your input! I do not know much about Mega Evolution, and this is extremely useful information.
is mega evolution actually hurting my pokemon?
i've heard both that it is and if you own a key stone you're a horrible person, and that the alola dex is just z-move propaganda
i don't wanna hurt my little (read: significatly taller than me) tyranitar, but mega evolution is also really cool and i don't want to stop using it without reason to :(
Hello. I do not have an answer here. I am very unfamiliar with Mega Evolution.
I believe it has to do with the bond between you and your Pokemon? I can not say for certain, I am not very experienced with battling, much less Mega Evolution.

hello!
I would just like to say you’re doing good work!
[attached: A photo of Steven’s team, centred on him and his Metagross. It appears that they’re enjoying a picnic in a cave.]
People take Metagross as an intimidating supercomputer Pokemon, when really, it’s just as beautiful as any other. And just as adorable.
-@champion-of-stone
Hello. Thank you for the kind words!
Metagross can be intimidating, but they are also big sweethearts. Sometimes a scary looking Pokemon just needs a snack!

Do you have shelter recommendations? I want an emotional support Dhelmise to help me not commit arson as often or lose my temper
Hello. First of all, if you are looking for a support Pokemon, you may also want to look into training. You would be hard pressed to find a trained support Pokemon at a shelter. Not to mention, needs can vary wildly, so likely the Pokemon will not be trained and attuned to your specific needs.
That said, you can absolutely adopt and train a Pokemon! Service Pokemon training is a process that can take a while, especially if you are seeking to have it officially registered as a support Pokemon. However, it is well worthwhile to give a Pokemon a fulfilling life.
A shelter recommendation would depend on your location. Dhelmise are local to Alola, so Alola shelters would be your best bet. My personal recommendation would be the Poni Island Aquatic Shelter. It is a very large and very well-equipped shelter on Poni Island. They specialize in aquatic Pokemon, which Dhelmise would fit the bill. The staff there are highly knowledgable, and would know how to begin finding resources to get a Pokemon certified for service and support as well as recommend a Pokemon that would work well for this role.

Oh my goodness! I am so happy to see her thriving! She looks so comfy. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
Tumblr media
@team-violence Thought you'd appreciate an Amber update eheh. She is going well, I caught this photo of her sneezing while having a nap on the grass earlier today! She really loves that fire proof blanket, more than any of her other toys. She's getting along well with my other small pokemon (a joltik and a zigzagoon) and I plan to gradually introduce her to my other mon's. Anyway, that's all for now!

(@team-calm-grunt)
I know you don't like team calm, though I'm still a person too. And I would like to adopt a pokemon. Preferably a bug type. I love Nacli more than the next person, but I would like to have a non-calm pokemon to just pamper. I got the money-
Hello. You misunderstand the purpose of Team Violence. The Kill Em with Kindness Fundraiser was a fundraiser and an event for adopting Pokemon that needed a home. Team Violence is not a shelter, it is primarily focused on outreach and charity.
Affiliating with Team Calm shows a lack of respect for Pokemon as a whole. However, I will do you a favor and contact a few shelters about your request. I will make sure I provide them excessive detail on Team Calm, and your involvement. They might blacklist you, but I suppose that is the consequences of your actions.
I could care less about your money, by the way.

This is highly concerning.
I hate you both, however. Just because one genetic experiment is arguably worse than another does not excuse anything. Unethical and inhumane genetic experimentation is still unethical and inhumane.
I advise both of you to go fuck yourselves.
In light of all the utter nonsense I have been witness to over the last few days. We are making progress.
I have discovered a method by which Hybridization may be once again possible, recent complications notwithstanding.
I am still working out the details of the exact procedure. However, I am for the moment very optimistic about what the results may be.

Ah, great!
[She takes the paperwork and the Pokeball over to her computer. She plugs in the Pokeball, and types in the information on sheet.]
You're quite the artist, by the way! You have perfectly captured Amber's, ah, "eepy"-ness.
[She hands the Pokeball back.]
Registered to your Trainer ID! Amber is all yours, please take good care of her.
[Lemon pats the Cyndaquil on the head.]
I'm gonna miss you, you little firecracker. Don't cause too much trouble!
[She looks at Sprite.]
Take good care of her, please. And thank you, giving a Pokemon a family is an amazing thing to do. You, and your Arcanine, are making Amber's life all the better.
Hii I- I think I'm here to pick up Amber, outside the lab eheh, writing this feels more polite than knocking [Sprite stands outside the lab awkwardly, his hiking pack placed down on the ground, a couple of feet behind him stands Tag (his Arcanine) ]
Ah- Hello! Please come in! Let me go grab Amber.
[Lemon briefly walks away, then returns with a Cyndaquil, Amber, wrapped in a fireproof blanket. The Cyndaquil sneezes.]
Do you want to hold her? I have to grab some of the paperwork and her items real quick.
