I finally met my Mum's new kitten on the weekend! Her name is Pippa and she's the love of my life! She's the softest thing ever and has the cutest little meow. I was half sitting/half lying on a couch and she came and plopped herself behind me and curled up with her little face resting on my shoulder. It's the happiest I've ever been! P.S. I had the biggest, but most amazing Saturday! It was exhausting and I'm still recovering, but I wouldn't change it for the world. Winter sore throat “tea”- In a jar combine lemon slices, organic honey and sliced ginger. Close jar and put it in the fridge, it will form into a “jelly”. To serve- spoon jelly into mug and pour boiling water over it. Store in fridge 2-3 months.

Self-Loving Spell

If you’re feeling bad or insecure about yourself, or you think your own character is stopping you from achieving your goals, you’ll need:

A pen

Two pieces of paper

A candle (black possibly or simply white)

Something for lighting it

Write down on the first piece of paper your defects or features you think are bad. More detailed it will be, more it will take effect. Then fucking destroy it, make it in pieces, and then burn those fucking pieces with the black candle. Your “defects” are a part of your humanity. They’re perfect. 

Restart the entire list, writing down your qualities and everything your “defects” helped you do in the past. Write your strengths and your merits and try to see the beautiful things that are in yourself. 

Now read it out loud. Then put it in a place where you’ll often see it, or in your Book Of Shadows, or you can also bury it. 

You are a fantastic and special human being and you deserve happiness and love from others but also from yourself.

FREEDOM FROM STRESS SPELL

Freedom from Stress Spell

If you have a lot going on in your life, a little magick spell might help take the edge off from all that stress. For this spell, you need the following supplies:

• 1 red candle • 1 white candle • Lavender oil • Cinnamon oil • Piece of red jasper • Piece of clear quartz

Place the red candle in front of you , and anoint it with the cinnamon oil. Light it, and think of all the things that currently stress you out. Hold the red jasper in your hand, and let all the stressful things pour out of your mind and into the stone.

Move the lit candle farther away from you, and set the stone at the base. Then bring the white candle to you, and rub with lavender oil. Light the candle. Now think peaceful thoughts and focus on being relaxed and stress-free.

Leave both candles to burn down, and take the piece of clear quartz with you to remind you to leave the stress behind.
